TS2634 Do I have to make a reservation for the Genius Bar to bring my earpods, that just failed.
I bought my EarPods seperatly by mail from Apple 6 months ago. I have everything that came with it in the box (letter and EarPods box). They just failed on me, and i was wondering, since the 1 year warranty is still avalibe, do i have to make a reserveation for the Genius Bar to get them exchange.

message "there was an error processing your request" keeps coming up on the screen as I try to sign in to make an appointment at the genius bar?
Same thing was happening (2015). Never found out why but easiest solution is to call AppleCAre and they will set up the appointment.

I don't live anywhere near Delaware. I didn't book any appointment (yet) at the genius bar.
this is very weird because at first I thought it was some glitch where someone typed their email wrong and sent it
to mine accidently, but it even uses my name. why is this happening? didn't someone hack into my account?
the reason i am concerned is that could someone use my applecare if they registered with my apple id?Somebody at scheduling incorrectly typed your email address instead of the intended address. For example the email should have gone to [email protected] and they typed [email protected] The error could have been as simple as a single character mistyped.

On my iPod touch it says on the settings i am connected to my home wifi but when I look for the 3. Bars beside the time they are not there this therefore stops me from using internet please help

Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

Why do I have to turn bluetooth off for the cameras on the iPad to work?
On this doggone iPad 2, neither of the cameras will work until I turn off bluetooth. Even that is not entirely reliable, though, as I just had both cameras working, switched out to another application, came back to the camera app, and it was locked again...no still mode, no video mode with either camera. Bluetooth was NOT on. Doesn't seem right in any case. If I'm trying to use the iPad for a video chat, do I have to choose between being able to use the camera and being able to use a bluetooth headset?
I am having the same airport issue.Should i just wait for a possible update or just assume its a hardware problem and try to get my mac fixed?
If your wireless connection fails in both Mac OS X and Windows like the other poster, you should have your machine checked out at the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store.
If it's a matter of dropped connections in Mac OS X, call AppleCare and open a ticket so they can track the issue. The more calls they get, the more data they have and the faster engineering can track down what may be causing your issue. -

How much time takes when the iphone arrived on the apple shop and i come to pickup the iphone?I have been told from the stores its best to order online. They are not sure of deliveries (ie. they do know but they dont tell their customers, just in case the deliveries dont arrive).
Regents Street - said order online as I may be waiting for a month.
Brent Cross - Had no idea when I can pick up - I put my name down anyway.
Whitecity (Westfield) - Said I had to come into store and reserve.
Situation I reserved on 19th July, have recieved no confirmation email, no moving up email, no pick up e-mail.
To be honest I think the stores in London you may be waiting a long time (ie 3-4 weeks +), else where in UK maybe 2-3 weeks.
I know the USA stores are much better with reservations, with confirmation asap and updates to say you are moving up, and pick up much faster, just a shame its not offline! -

Depending on what your needs are, you may use Pages included in iWork or purchase it separately (usually there is an evaluation copy with any new mac, I guess) or try other publishing apps. I once used MS Publisher, I remember it was something like a more sophisticated word processor, right?
You may try the cheaper DTP iCalamus or Word for mac. -

Open the reservation for the Production order
Hi,
I have post the GI for Production order MB1A with movement type 261 from 100 peaces components. I would like to cancel a partial quantity of components from this posting (about 30 peaces). After cancel it the reservation for the production order has to be open for 30 peaces of components.
I've canceled it through MB1A and mtype 262 but the reservations weren't open and in the PO (component overview there is always the sign"the Final Issue for This Reservation").
Which T.code and mtype could I use.

Have you cancelled the movement (of 30 pieces) by selecting the "with reference" option from the menu?
If not, then reverse the current cancellation document. Then again cancel the 261 movemtn by selecting the with refernce button from the menu. It will sove the problem.

how can someone use a stolen iphone? does erasing the phone (which I feel like I should do) make it easier for the thief to use the iphone? If I don't erase it, it doesn't seem like anyone should be able to use the phone because of my password. Also, is it possible to retrieve anything that has been sent to the phone (i.e. text messages) since it was stolen through icloud? The "find my iphone" app says the device is offline but it rings when I call my number -- any idea how that would be the case? Thanks!!
You have a password, so good move on your part. Whether you erase it or the thief does, they still get to use the iPhone as theirs. Which is more important (pick one), protecting your data or punishing the thief?
Ringing occurs at the carrier. Chances are you're going to voicemail after only two or three rings. If you have an iCloud backup also a good move. Re-read my question in the first paragraph. -
Make goods receipt for the items w/difference after the proof of delivery
Hello experts,
I do like to know how finish the process of proof of delivery, when I does have items with differences over the quantities that arrived to my client. For example, one sales order for 20 units. I did the delivery note, and posted the goods issue. Then I did the Proof of Delivery, confirming 19 units and the deviation reasons, saving the document. Then I made my billing document for 19 units of material.
The deviation reasons was a damage material, my questions is: How does make goods receipt for the items with difference over the quantities after the confirming of proof of delivery?

Thinking in the process, I have found a solution to do it. If the differences was caused by unknowing reasons, like stolen or whatever reasons and the material will not enter again in the warehouse, we donu2019t need to make any process.
But if the causes was a broken material, a lapsed date expired or unknowing others reasons as a consequence the material will enter again in the warehouse; I have customized a returns order, and a returns item with the option not relevant for billing to conclude the process.

The battery life between charges on my iPad has plummeted to about 2 hours. The guy at the genius bar said the charge should last about 10 hours and suggested it might be an app (unfortunately I didn't have the device with me and the nearest Apple Store to me is 2 hours away). Does anyone know of apps that cause heavy drains on power? It also does not charge when it is plugged into my MacBook while I am using the iPad but it does when I am not using the iPad. I mostly use the iPad to read e-mails, play Team Lava games, read books through iBooks or Kobo and the ABC Player. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
Restore is about the only option left, short reinstalling the whole thing as new.
Before you restore, go to I tunes and turn off automatic sync. Then plug the machine in. Upload any photos that you have taken with the pad into I photos, or where ever you keep your pictures. Then, in I tunes, transfer any purchases.
If any apps or purchased music get lost in the process, you can download them again for free.
You do not want to make a backup of what you have on the pad now. If you do, when you restore, you will simply recreate the same problem.
What you want to do is restore from a prior backup. Do that.
Then run the system status app and see what the CPU numbers look like. If they are ok, then you can start to re add apps until the problem shows up.
If this does not do it, then the last step is to set the pad up as new. Check the numbers, then add the apps and settings back one by one. While it is likely to be an app, it may be a setting somewhere.

Dynex tv turns off/loses power
my 3-year old dynex tv has started turning off on it's own after only about 45-60 seconds of use. the red light (indicating power to the unit while off) goes off also for about 45 seconds. then the red light comes back on and i am able to turn the
