TS2776 when I connect my I phone to my computer, I Tunes says it doesn't recognize my device. It did just a few days ago! Help
I need help. When I connect my I phone 5 to I Tunes it doesn't load it and I get the message that It doesn't recognize this device. To unplug and try again. I have done this 5 times and always get the same message, but when I plug it in it offers the option to download my pictures. What do I do to get it to reload and Sync?
Reset the device.
Try a different cable.
Try a different USB port.
Reboot the computer.

I would like to know if "Restore Backup" to my new phone will load up all the information I have which backed up from my other phone. I only "clicked" on "Backup" when I connected the new phone to my computer. I was afraid to click on "Restore Backup" to have all the other information I had from my other iPhone load up to my new iPhone. Hope you can help. That's up to you. Do you want the data on your old phone on your new phone? If so, you follow the directions here:

Recently some of my contacts are no longer displaying in my contact list, but I know they're in memory because when one of them calls me my phone recognizes the caller. This happened a few days ago, so i must have changed some setting,but I have no idea which one. Can anyone help?

Adobe Acrobat Pro XI 11.0.06 when I reduce file size or try to optimize, I get this error: The document could not be saved. A number is out of range. I do the exact same thing every month and it works. I did it a few days ago and it worked. I receated the pdf, I renamed it. tried to do it before I imported more pages. no go. the 16 mg pdf will normally reduce to 5 or 6

Are you facing the issue with any pdf file?
Please try updating Acrobat to 11.0.7 and check.
You might also want to repair Acrobat and see.

Here is my problem:
I'm unable to download the latest software iOS 6.0.1 to my iphone 4 because there is not enough available space. I tried to sync my iphone to itunes and it says, "itunes cannot read the contents of this iPhone. Go to the Summary tab in iPhone preferences and click Restore to restore this iPhone to factory settings."
I backed up my data to icloud to ensure everything is backed up. Is there a way to verify if data was really backed up in icloud?
What else can I do in order to free up enough space to download the newest version iOS 6.0.1? Current version on the iphone is 5.1.1 and there is only 1.6 GB of space remaining. I need 2.5 to download the software.If you really are running OS 10.4.6 you have a long way to go!

Hi, my phone was stolen a few days ago and just a few days ago the phone was online and it automatically locked itself since I've put it under lost mode and the thief probably switched off the phone immediately so that I cant locate it. Is it possible for me to have the last known location where he/she turned on the phone so that I can track it down from the last location? Thank you
Correct.
The only way to locate/disable/erase any lost/stolen iPhone/iPod Touch is through Find My Phone or a similar app. However, this requires that Find My Phone be setup/activated, on your phone, before it was lost/stolen. You would then login at iCloud.com & try to locate it. This requires the phone be turned on & have an Internet connection. There is no other way to locate a lost/stolen iPhone. Apple can't/won't help you, nor will your carrier. Report the loss to the Police, your carrier & Insurance company. Change all of your passwords.
If your carrier offers Blacklisting & they Blacklist the phone, it will be unusable as a phone.
If locked with a passcode, and running iOS 7.0, then phone cannot be activated or the passcode removed without knowing your Apple iD/Password. It will be nothing but a useless paperweight.
If not running iOS 7.0, the phone can be forced into recovery mode & restored. -
When I connect my iPhone (5s) to my computer it says that it's storage is full and that I have over 4,000 pictures even though I have deleted all of them. It won't allow me to add music or anything else either because it says my phone is full. I have restarted my phone and the computer multiple times, but it still tells me that my phone is full.
iPod touches or any iDevices from Apple sync only to one computer. If you sync to a different computer, all your music will be replace with the music from the new computer's iTunes. If the music were purchased from iTunes, you can re-download them again otherwise the music on iPod touch will be deleted. Do you have iTunes backup?

I have music on my iTunes library that I want to put on my iPhone 4S, but when I plug in my phone to my computer, my device does not appear in iTunes. It is connected to my computer, but iTunes won't recognize it... I have restarted my phone and computer, uninstalled itunes and reinstalled it, and punched a wall. idk what to do..
Unplug your Iphone out of your computer and replug it back in. It took me several times before I could do this

Thanks for that 'sberman' - because my iPhone is backed-up to my work computer (only at this stage) I have had to call our IT Department in Adleaide. (4 times this morning). The last guy managed to get the phone into 'DFU Mode' - no more recovery mode screen - (kind of 'asleep' perhaps) from my understanding of same. I am awaiting a call again from IT so they can get my computer to actually recognise my iPhone on the C Drive. This also happened to one of my colleagues in Newman (WA). She got so frustrated with the whole process that she bought another phone the next time she was in 'civilisation.' She hasn't had any problems since. (Cross fingers).

WiFi says I need a password but there isn't one when I connect with my phone
The title says it all. I'm trying to connect to McDonald's public WiFi and when I connect with my phone, it works normally, but when I try to connect with my Mac, it says that either the connection has timed out or I entered the wrong password.
I'm running OS X 10.7.4 Lion.I've never actually managed to connect to the network, it automatically disconnected and reconnected to my usual one.

hey guys, iv recently changed over from the 4 to the 5 and i have lost my 5. Luckily a few days ago i downloaded find my iPhone but when i log in it tracks my old phone and not the new one. I have logged in so i dont know why it wont connect. I'm really upset about lossing it, if anyone one knows how to fix the problem or another way of tracking my phone that would be great.
The iphone 5 can only be located if connected to a data or mobile network. If in Airplane mode or switched off, it can't be found.

Try resetting your iPhone, I think you need to hold down the middle button and the off button at the same time, this may help.

That usually means that you previously synced your iPhone to a different computer. An iPhone can only sync to one computer. If you try to sync to a different one the iTunes content on the phone will be replaced by the contents of the new computer. -

Does it even give some sign that the cable was plugged in? Don't know with i4's but my i5 will do a characteristic beep, indicating that it has begun charging. If no signs of life occur, may be that the cable or its connectors are damaged and need replacement.
