Sign out from your pple Id on your Device and Go to https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/ and then Sign In with your Apple Id here and Under your Primary Email Address click on Resend Next to Verification Email Sent. Now Go to your Email Account and Verify your Apple Id again by clicking in the Link inside the Mail that you might have received from Apple. Now Sign In on your Device and try to make a Purchase and if it is for the first time then you will be asked to Review your Account and if you have entered your Credit/Debit card in your Account then you will have to just Enter your 3 Digits CVV Number and then click on Done. And then you can try downloading any Application from AppStore or Music from iTunes Store and check if its working.

I'm also experiencing the same issue.
I've had to reset my password 3 times in the last 3 days.
At first, I couldn't get my email. I sweated it out for 12 hours, reset my password and I was good to go again. 48 hours later, I ran into the same issue. Only problem is, not only do I get the 'Incorrect username or password' on my device, but my iCloud.com login no longer works. so now I can't read my messages on the web OR on my device/computer.
I have went to appleid.apple.com and reset my password there: no luck.
I have reset the settings on my device: no luck.
I have Erase and Installed iOS 6.1.2: no luck.
I have restored my device back to factory settings: no luck.
I have performed a DFU restore: no luck.

If you activated the Find My iPhone service (in Settings>icloud), and if the device's batteries still have a charge, the device is not turned off and has not been reset and is connected to wifi, then you can try to track it. Using a computer, log into icloud.com and look at the Find My iPhone page. On a device, invoke the Find My iPhone app (get it for free at the itunes app store) and log into the icloud account.
If it is offline, then one of the requirements listed above is not met (like being connected to wifi, or if the device was stolen and the thief reset it).

Shouldn't the IP address be on the box you bought the machine in? If you have the box, take it to the police as evidence that it's your machine. If I were you, I would set the firmware password when you get it back, but make sure you have the password written down in a safe place. If you forget it, there's only two ways to reset it. Either pay $400+ for the tool that can do it, or pay almost nothing for Apple to do it, I think it depends on where you live. The firmware password is this encrypted password and it can't be hacked either. The password prevents anyone from booting the machine into recovery mode, thus preventing them from restoring the computer to factory settings or performing any other functions. It's not stored in the hard drive so replacing that will be of no use either.

Try to change your Apple ID back to your old email address (http://appleid.apple.com) in order to set up and activate the phone. After the set up please sign out of iCloud and turn off "Find My iPhone" (Settings > iCloud) - do that on all your devices -, then change your Apple ID to your new address again and then add your iCloud account on you devices again.

Find My iPhone: Apple ID Not Verified

I've been trying to get this app to work for quite some time.
Whenever I try to log in with my Apple account (using my Gmail address and associated password) I just get the following message:
"Apple ID Not Verified
Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > MobileMe to take steps to activate your account"
However I don't even use a MobileMe account, so it's obviously not listed there!!
Does anyone know what the problem might be? I never have trouble logging into the iPhone or Mac app stores after all.

The problem is you haven't set up Find My iPhone on your phone. All you've done is down load the app. Useless in finding your own phone since if your phone was the one lost, how would you be able to tap it?
It looks to me like you haven't followed through on that message...you didn't add the account. And Mobile Me SHOULD be listed, along with Gmail, yahoo, aol, microsoft exchange and Other . It's just another possible email server for people to chose. If it's not, you should probably reset network settings, do a restore or something like that. You do not need a Mobile Me account to set up Find My iPhone, but you DO need to go thru the Mobile Me email option. It has nothing to do with any app from the app store, mac or iOS. You are pretending to set up an email account.
Get the latest software
Tap Settings
Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars
Tap Add Account
Tap MobileMe
Make sure your AppleID is entered correctly
Add your AppleID password
Make sure Find My iPhone is on
Verify your account (check email, click on verify now in that email, do what the link says)
Return to the previous place
Make sure everything is on.
The Find My Iphone App is for other people to use to find their iphone. Obviously, you can't tap on that app to find your phone when its lost.
To see how it works, go to me.com and log in with your apple id and password. It will automatically find yoru phone, providing it is turned on.

It is not possible to create a new iCloud account using a Windows machine. You must create the account using a Mac (10.7.5 or more) or an IOS device (iPhone etc). Once that is done you can sign into and use the account on your Windows machine.

You must initiallly activate iCloud from an IOS device or a Mac. You cannot inititally activated from a PC.

I already quoted the minimum requirements, look in the post before yours.
You will have to upgrade your Mac to at least 10.7.5, upgrades are not free, you buy them from the App Store. Mountain Lion is the best but your Mac must be compatible.
Here is a list of compatible machines.
Also note that some older apps (Office 2004, Appleworks) will not run on Mountain Lion.

I've tried both. First, I tried on my pc, where iTunes had installed iCloud when it last updated. I have iTunes installed on this computer (and on my iPad and iPhone), but that wasn't the issue.
So I went online, thinking I needed a separate iCloud Apple ID, but it prompted me for my current Apple ID and gave me the message about my ID being "valid" but not an iCloud account," which, lol, was what it had asked me to do in order to create one.
