Hi,
As stated, I updated my iPhone 4s to version 6.1 and can't make any calls now.
Restoring it to a prior state doesn't rollback the iOS version, so I'm stuck with a brick now.
Does anyone have a solution to this?

Any errors on the device?
Is it activated?
Is it saying "No Service"?
Unsupported SIM?
Have you tried removing and reinstalling the SIM?
Replacing the SIM?

I updated my iphone to ios 7.1.1 and after that my contact photo when i call or call others to me is a small cycle of that picture i choose ... How can i make a big picture when i call my contant and when others call me ?
It's not clear why Apple made this change; speculation (which is not really allowed in these forums) is that it was done to protect the privacy of the caller.

In the phrase " i wanna be able to reveive the call without being able to answer nor see who is calling" what do you mean by able to receive the call but not be able to answer it or see who is calling?

Office 2004 Applications Won't Work in Lion
You must have Office 2004 which is a PPC-only suite and will not work in Lion. You need to upgrade to Office 2011 - Mactopia - or you can try the freeware suite, Libre Office, that is functionally similar to Office 2007 for Windows except it works on Lion.

You should still have the old version in your App Folder.
I have iMovie HD 6, iMovie 9, plus iMovie 10 and all run just fine in Mavericks. -

There are two places where vibrations can be set.
One is the Settings > Sounds
The other area is Settings > Notifications
If you have an app set to Alert, it may have a vibration set for it.

Question: I tried to download google earth to my iphone and its been 6 hours. The icon on my phone shows waiting. I don't think this will finish so I want to delete this icon. I hold down on it until it flashes but will not let you delete. What do I do?
There was a glitch obviously. I recommend a restart. While the phone is powered on, hold the power and home button. Keep them held down while the phone powers down and starts back up don't release till you see the apple logo.

And there lies his problem.
As I said, call AppleCare and they will let him know which carrier it is locked with. Then he needs to contact that carrier and see what their unlocking process is and if he qualifies. If he doesn't he needs to return the iPhone and get his money back. -
