Ttcwadmin -create -dsn name returns error TT48008

We had a functioning Oracle Clusterware managed Active Standby Pair configuration, but wanted to add an additional application to the cluster.oracle.ini.
I did: ttcwadmin -stop -dsn <name>
Then: ttcwadmin -drop -dsn <name>
I updated the cluster.oracle.ini on both nodes adding the new application.
Then: ttcwadmin -create -dsn <name>
(ttCWAdmin:) crsctl.c(23373): TT48008: A cluster for the DSN <name> has already been registered.
The description for TT48008 says: Stop and deregister the cluster corresponding to the DSN, before you create a new cluster with the same DSN.
I thought that was what the ttcwadmin -drop did. I have done ttcwadmin -shutdown and the -init, but the error remains.
The command: crsctl status resource -t
gives no indication of what resource I should unregister (delete?, crsctl has no unregister option as far as I can tell)

We have since determined that there is a bug in 11.2.2.3.0 which does not allow more that 1 application to be defined, but here is the info requested after success:

I've configured NWDI. I added my new SC I've created via SLD into "Software Components for Development" section while creating Track Data on CMS.
But I left empty of the section "Required Software Components" on Track Data.
I'm writing above to be sure if this is the cause.

Hi Huseyin,
The problem is what you have mentioned. You need to define the dependency that your software components has on the three required SC's. Also you then need to checkin the three base SCA's into your track.
Please refer to help or search in this forum and you will know all that is required before you start developing the development component.

A Strange Doubt.
Can we create the dsn name through Java Program.
When we are trying to connect to the database using Jdbc-Odbc Drivers we need to specify the dsn name.
Usually, that dsn name we have to create manually in control panel---odbc32 adminstrator.
Is it possible to create the dsn name using a java program without going for odbc32 administrator.

Yes it is possible. But there's a little problem. To create a DSN you need to access the Windows registry and this is not Java-compatible. But it would be possible through a DLL accesssed with JNI...

Creating DSn connecting database in the same drive)

Hi I am creating a DSn by Java prograame
I have a Java file DSN.java where a fynction is written
createDSN(String driverType, String dsnName, String filePath)
I have all my .java files in D: Drive
and when i am giving filePath as
String fP = "\\folder1\\NameOfMyAccessfile.mdb"
it is trying to create DSN( name as dsnName ) by mapping it to file in C Drive but normally it should try to create DSN connecting the database in the root directory.(in my case it is D drive)
My JDk is in C drive
Please help me how to create DSN when the database is in the root directory?

Error when deploying web service do not have a property of the name return

Using Jdeveloper 11.1.1.6 and Oracle 11g database.
I created entities classes from tables then created a Java Service Facade and then a web service from the facade.
When I delpoy (to Integrated WLS) or try to test the web service I get:
javax.xml.ws.WebServiceException: class src.jaxws.persistXXX do not have a property of the name return. (I put the XXX there because if I remove the class from the web service then another persist* class gives the same error.
I've checked the definitions and there's not a name 'return' anywhere other than return statements in the methods.

I found this in a google search:
OK, I've solved this myself. I was using -p with wsimport to name the package of the generated class. When I removed this from the generated class, everything works fine! I'm not really sure why but I think it's because the wsdl is using target namespace.
Does JDeveloper use this switch during deployment? If so, how do I remove it? Thanks, Dave

"unable to create *file name*" error

I imported videos from ipod touch to iphoto. Then i try to export the videos on either desktop or external hard-drive and it gives me the "unable to create *file name*" error in both cases. To export videos i go FIle-Export, choose kind "original". Tried to do it with several different albums, and it doesn't work on any of them. Didn't have an issue for exporting pictures though.

I developed a Biztalk Application aims to upload a flat file data to our system MS SQL Server database. It works fine until one day, an exception is generated as below.
"Error encountered while executing the transform project name.map name. Error:Unable to create the transform. Microsoft.XLANGs.Engine"
It continues to generate an exception until I restart the Biztalk instance. And it happens occasionally, no pattern, cannot be traced and debugged.
Anybody has an idea about this error? Please help, thank you very much.
The Biztalk Server is running on Hyper-V Virtual machine, Biztalk Server 2009 on Windows Server 2008.
The Biztalk Application consists of Mapping Functoid, Orchestration, Flatfile Schema, Flatfile Disassembler Pipeline, SQL Send Port, File Receive Port and Send Port

I think it might happen because of large message (Out of Memory exception). As you said you have flat file as inbound, you are doing mapping and then sending it to MSSQL
SO you can check below mentioned things
1) Any custom pipeline component is used in receive pipeline. (if so optimize the code)
2) This issue haapen only with large message (BizTalk convert flat file to XMl to if you have 1MB file corresponding XML will be of higher size)
again all thing mentioned above is assumption.
YOu can use debugdiag tool to see if memory leak is happening

You should not install it again..
Boot the computer into safe mode and try the uninstall again.
No luck you will have to manually uninstall which is a pain. Delete the files and open regedit and delete the registry entries.. better still use the system restore to go back to a previous system where you had no 4.2 installed..
Or just ignore it and install the latest 5.6.1 and if it gives trouble well do a clean install of windows.

Create array of available DSN names inside a vi

Is it possible to read the list of available DSN names and create an array that could be wired to the open connection vi?? I have an application where I will have 60-100 tables of information with six columns in each table. when the tables start to reach 5k-10k records, will the file become too large?? I will add 600 records to each table every day of the week.

After creating the package pass the parameter to package like this

Package will allow to download the spread shreet. If i try to pass the a complex query to package it is returning error as mentioned below
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error
In the above package there is a procedure called procedure excel_content which actuall prints the data in the spread sheet this is where the error is coming from there is a variable called vsql have declared it as clob to hold large string but still i am getting the same error when trying to pass a big string.
Please check the error and let me know.

Hello, I get the error

when I try to create a maintenance plan. I checked and the Microsoft Web site and
other forums said it may be that integration services is not installed so I tried installing it
and it said that it is already installed.
The accompanying messages with the report are:

SCCM 2012 Deploy --- Error = The software change returned error code 0x87D00324(-2016410844).

Deployment to the client is successful but the error reported within Clients "SCCM Software Center"

Can't figure this one out and I did some googling with no success in finding a solution?

Yes, that I am aware of that.....Windows on Windows, for running x86 apps on x64 Windows<o:p></o:p>
When I first created the detection method I had only created the "WoW" Check
for Flash value in the reg, which was running against both x86 & x64 Win 7
systems, and forgot to include the x64 check/, either case, the error appeared
on the WOW check. Presently I have 2 "Detection Clauses" one for x86
and the second clause is x64 ( non WOW Path), and still receive the same erorrs
on both x86 & x64 systems. ( and x64 system have both reg entries since Win 7 has both x86 & x64 versions of IE)
Looking at the registry of an x64 Win 7 system I find the Adobe Flash registry entry is
located in both Wow6432Node and also in the x64 sections of the reg.....<o:p></o:p>

When Default Value is selected the boxes/options below that allow for more detailed
information to be entered when performing the "reg check"? This is
where I had been able to enter specific Build/Version to look for, Flash
11.4.402.265, so that if it does not discover the build # it will proceed with

I figured having the option to check for Build/Version # would omit SCCM reinstalling on
systems that have build 11.4.402.265 already?<o:p></o:p>
From what I understand is that Adobe Flash x64 installs both versions x86 & x64 since Win 7 has both IE
x86 & IE x64 bit versions by default, and this would explain the Wow6432Node reg
entries and the true x64 reg entries in both locations when installing.
Overall, I am thinking I may be heading in the wrong direction in resolving this, as x86 & x64 versions install on the systems, so this tells me it is detecting when / what needs to be installed, the issue seems to be how it reports back after installing......
Looking further, I view the Content Status Page, and there reporting info in Asset Detail under [Success] all others { / In Progresss / Error /Unknown } has no info......

Help with excel, DSN name

Hello!
I have been searching this forum+google to fin how to acces an excel file.
In some of the examples it says:

c = DriverManager.getConnection("jdbc:odbc:Thename","",""); // TheName is the DSN name
and I wonder what is "DSN name" how do I create that?

I have managed to create a DSN using controlpanel->Administration tools
I have added a "System-DSN" named "Mymembers" which is going to work with my *.xls file "c:/mymembers/mymembers.xls"
I get an error that says (my traslation)
"Cant find the object 'mymembers'. Controll that the object exists and that the right searchpath are given"
My syntax looks like:

Wmiprov.log - WDM call returned error: 4200

I have swtiched to an ASUS motherboard, but I have a feeling that it may be a problem for other nForce motherboards as well and I know that you guys are always on top of things in here...and I was hoping that you could confirm or deny my theory. There was another person in the ASUS Forum that has this same thing happening, so at least I know that it is nForce + 3.13 driver related somehow.
Windows XP Pro - I've noticed that my A7N8X-E is logging WMI errors in the file c:\windows\system32\wbem\logs\wmiprov.log. The error message is logged every ten seconds and states this exactly:

To troubleshoot where it may be coming from, I tried a few things:
1). Started in Safe Mode. It was NOT logging the error.
2). Started in regular mode with all startup applications disable, it WAS logging the error.
3). Disabled all extra devices in Device Manager, still logging the error.
4). Uninstalled the 3.13 drivers, the error logging stopped.
5). Reinstalled the 3.13 drivers, the errors started logging again. In fact, I checked the file right at the point in the driver installation where it pauses to tell you about the dangers of the IDE drivers and it was already logging the errors.
Does anyone else have this occuring on their motherboard? I would really appreciate it if you could check. If not, does anyone know what might be causing this error to logged.

In my case I can completely stop the "WDM call returned error: 4200" by disabling my network interface card. To try this, right-click on Network Neighborhood and choose 'Properties'. Then right click on your Local Area Network and choose "Disable". Then check the log file again in a few minutes to see if it quit loggin errors. In my case it did stop logging errors. To test further I uninstalled the nForce onboard LAN and installed a 3Com network card instead. It also creates the WDM call returned errors as soon as you enable the TCP/IP protocol for the device.
Microsoft says that error #4200 means "ERROR_WMI_GUID_NOT_FOUND, "The GUID passed was not recognized as valid by a WMI data provider".
I don't think this is a serious error and I doubt it causes any problems, but over at nforcershq.com...I have heard from other people that receive the error too. All of my Intel based machines NEVER receive this error. There is very little information on the internet regarding WMI errors, but they are designed for driver programmers to debug problems with their drivers...they really aren't meant to be useful for the end user. I only came across the error because I was running a hard drive activity monitoring program to diagnose a different problem and I kept seeing that I was writing to the log file every ten seconds...so I decided to open the log file to check it out.
In the mean time I have turned off error logging because it will save on hard drive activity. My system was logging the error every 10 seconds. You can turn off the logging by running this from the 'Start -> Run' button "wmimgmt.msc" Once the window opens, right-click on 'WMI-Control Panel' and choose 'Properties'. Click on the 'Logging' tab and choose disabe.
One easy way to check which version of nVidia drivers you downloaded is to go to C:\nvidia\nForceWin2KXP and look at the next folder name to see if it says 3.13.

This may sound like a stupid question but how do I find out which set of nForce drivers I have installed (I just download them and install them and I can't remember which ones I have on this partition - I rewrite "Drive Image(s)" quiet a lot also so it's not easy to keep track.
In the "nForce Control Panel" I have the Audio Driver version 6.14.0366.0 (3.66)
and Control panel version 1.00.00.036 (3.66). Am I right in assuming the drivers I have are 3.66?
