Two mxml component share same as combobox

Hi all,
     I write custom Combobox component. At the first mxml component call Main.mxml , I have added it. Such as:
---- Main.mxml component---
<mx:Canvas xmlns:mx="http://www.adobe.com/2006/mxml" width="100%" height="100%" xmlns:component="component.*" >
<mx:VBox>
     <component:AutoSuggest id="stock" dataProvider="{StaticDataCollection.stockArray}" autoCompleteSuggest="true"               styleName="
myComboBox" width="65" tabEnabled="true" tabIndex="1" change="upperLetter(event)"/>
</mx:VBox>
<mx:VBox
>
<component:TradingDiary id="tradingDiary" catalogueDetailList="{catalogTotalLst}" selectIndex="{catalogIndex}"/>
</mx:VBox>
     From above code, I also use TradingDiary component, and at this component, I also used combobox AutoSuggest component such as:
---- TradingDiary.mxml component---
<mx:Canvas xmlns:mx="http://www.adobe.com/2006/mxml" width="100%" height="100%" xmlns:component="component.*">
     ....<mx:VBox id="vbBelongStockName" width="155" paddingTop="5">
 <component:AutoSuggest id="stockCode" dataProvider="{StaticDataCollection.stockArray}" autoCompleteSuggest="true"styleName="
myComboBox" width="65" change="upperLetter(event)"/>
 </mx:VBox>
      And now, when I operate to this combobox, both combobox at Main.mxml and  TradingDiary.mxml have same action ? How I solve my problem.

Hi quoc_thai,
I think since you are giving the same dataProvider StaticDataCollection.stockArray for both of your components and also you are calling the same function on change event ...change="upperLetter(event)". Are you applying the same logic in both the function in your two components...??
I think StaticDataCollection.stockArray gives you a reference to the static stockArray(Array) of your StaticDataCollection class. Since you are giving the same dataProvider to both of your components I suspect you are facing this problem.

    You can install any app on two or more devices that share the same ID.

  • Two Coherence instances with same JVM

    Hi all,
    I have a special case need your advice.
    we have an architecture platform build on top coherence to support some system data (session persistence data...etc).
    and we are building applications on top the platform, the applications also need coehrence to support Application distributed data.
    which is the best practice:
    - Load two coherence instances with two separate configs
    - share same instance with same config file
    to isolate clear two parts, we prefer first solution, but we don't know which is drawback for this solution.
    Best regards.
    Jerome

    Hi John,
    I beg to differ: all you need to do is ensure that Coherence is loaded by two independent class loaders and not from a common parent class loader.
    Of course, you can't reuse the same ports so you can't rely on the default Java properties for overrides, but you can use the operational configuration descriptor override feature to specify different settings for things like cluster address, and similar.
    Best regards,
    Robert

  • How do I change an Apple ID on one of two devices that share the same ID?

    I have two devices with the same apple Id. My iphone and my daughters iphone. I can uncheck her # from the imessages to keep messages from going to her phone. I would like to get a new apple id for her phone so as to separate both of our phones.. How do I change my daughters iphone apple id to one different than mine?

    Just make her a new AppleID - https://appleid.apple.com
    On her device, log out of iMessage with your AppleID, then log back in with her new AppleID.  For iCloud, first go into the iCloud account settings and disable find my iPhone, then delete the iCloud account.  Now add a new iCloud account using her new AppleID.
    You both can continue to use the same AppleID in the iTunes and App stores if you wish to share purchases.  If not, just scroll to the bottom of the feature page in the store, log out with your AppleID and log back in with her AppleID (she will need your AppleID and password to update anything purchased with your AppleID though).

  • How do I share one itunes account between two users on the same computer

    How do I share one itunes account between two users on the same computer without taking up twice as much space on my hard drive?

    You would need to move the itunes folder to a location that both users have permissions to access such as the Shared folder or any folder on the root level of the macintosh HD.
    You can find instructions here http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1203 This method allows you to share the content without sharing the same library.

  • Can two computers share same ITunes library over Airdisk?

    Hi all,
    I have a Macbook and a PowerPC G5 and a Drobo (external hard drive) hooked up to my AEBS with only ITunes music stored on it.
    I want to be able to edit and browse my ITunes library from both my G5 (which I can already do) and my MacBook (which I can't). When I try to change my ITunes library location from within my MacBook, nothing shows up. It's a blank library, even though I can edit and browse the Drobo (as an Airdisk) through the finder. How can I edit and browse my ITunes library from my Macbook if my G5 is also using the same library? Two more quick points...
    1) I have tried the "sharing" feature and don't want to use it. It doesn't allow editing of my library and won't show cover art.
    2) The above situation happens whether my G5 ITunes is open or closed.
    Thanks everybody for your help.

    Yes, two computers can share the same library.
    I periodically copy my iTunes library from my Mac Pro to the Mac Mini.
    They aren't using a single library. Each computer is using its own copy and you have two sets of library files.  It can certainly be done that way but if between copy sessions you edit a bit of each library then it is a bit of a muddle trying to make sure your versions are synchronized with each other.  For example, ratings are stored only in the .itl file, so if you rate a song on your second computer it will get lost the next time you copy over from your first.

    Thank you Joe - I tried this but it's only showing a teensy amount of music - the stuff on the second users account as opposed to the giagntic library on the 'main' account. I actually went to a Genius Bar and they said that apple doesn't really want you to share music between accounts - parents don't want to hear their kids music etc. Which seemed strange, but it might be the case sadly   Thanks anyway!

  • TS2972 I have multiple libraries on the "same computer" with two different desktops, can't I share between two libraries on the same computer?

    I'm trying to use home sharing to share content between libraries so some of the combined content in a given library, can be synced to an ipad.   Instad of having mulitple computers, i have multiple libraries on the same computer using two desktops.  How do I share within the same computer?

    iTunes must be running for home sharing to work.  There is no way to have home sharing running simultaniously for two users on the same computer.
    Simply add the media files using File > Add File/Folder option in iTunes.

  • HT5177 How can two people edit the same FCPX file? One company, so both people/computers share the same license. Example: I work on revision A and my boss takes it and makes revision B and gives it back to me using two separate computers.

    Have the project, events and media on one drive which is common to both macs.
    You can download FCP X to both macs using the same Apple ID that it was purchased with.

  • How to share iphoto with two users in the same imac maverick

    I can´t find the way to share iphoto/itunes with two users in the same imac with maverick software

    In conclusion, the new software is worse than the old one, really?  Because in my old mac I could share easily without copy with an external USB
    It's not iPhoto that dropped the ball but the system.  I believe it was Mavericks that broke the Shared folder compatibility for iPhoto, not iPhoto itself.
    Also having the library on an external HD is a good way of freeing up space on the boot drive to assure optional system and application performance.

  • Share a library between two users on the same mac?

    It is possible to share a library between two users on the same mac?

    It's doable. As it's been pointed out Aperture has no provisions for file locking so you can't have two users accessing the library at the same time. This includes having one user having the library open only for browsing. Aperture doesn't have a +Read Only+ mode, when it opens the library, even if you make no changes to any images, the library will be written to.
    This also means you can't have one user open the library and then stop using Aperture but still have the library open and then have another copy of Aperture open on the library.
    Of course if you have two copies of Aperture running even they are on different libraries you'll be in violation of the license and you'll have bigger problems to worry about then a toasted library.

    can two iTunes accounts share the same appleTV simultaneously ?

    This should help:
    iTunes: How to share music between different accounts on a single computer
    Note that when it says "publicly accessible location", it needs to be a place where everyone has read and write access. The most common such place is the Shared folder in the Users folder, but you can place the music elsewhere if you change the access permissions manually (don't start tinkering with permissions unless you're confident you know what you're doing and can reverse things if they get messed up).
