Txt file missing after deploying war

All,
i've encountered weird problem when i'm deploy new war to the server. i want my class read the txt file. so that i've put the txt file at the same path as class as well at src/javapackage. here is the path..
F:/myapp/voip/src/clientpkg
so that i assumed when i deploy the war file to the server all classess & txt file will be kept at the ...
webapps/voip/WEB-INF/classes/clientpkg/
but when i checked at the clientpkg directory, the txt file is missing. what shud i do now?
here is my code to read the txt file..
private boolean migration25Cpes() throws Exception {
boolean status = false;
try {
System.out.println(System.getProperty("user.dir"));
System.out.println("read the file again/");
InputStream in = this.getClass().getResourceAsStream("list25cpe.txt");
Reader rin = new InputStreamReader(in);
BufferedReader inputFile = new BufferedReader(rin);
String readSource = "";
while ( (readSource = inputFile.readLine()) != null) {
System.out.println(readSource);
System.out.println("the input now : " +inputFile.read());
inputFile.close();
catch (FileNotFoundException e) {
e.printStackTrace();
return status;
}

Then you have to find a way to tell JBuilder to include the text file in the jar. I don't know JBuilder, but I'm guessing that right now it is probably building the jar from the compiler output directory, which contains only class files.
There may be a setting to copy non-java files to the compiler output directory, or you may need to put stuff you want to appear in WEB-INF/classes in some other location for it to be picked up by the JBuilder war-creator.

  • Images and js files within a deployed war file are generating 404 errors.

    Greetings,
    I have an odd situation in that image files and js files that are part of a deployed war file are generating 404 (not found) errors when accessed via https but ARE found when accessed via http.
    Unfortunately we are required to use https.
    I have verified via jar -tf that the files are indeed part of the war file. So, it is not that they are missing as is evident when accessed via http. (they appear as expected)
    A work around is to create the sub directories under the document root, on the ohs, and populate the sub directories with the images and js files that were used as part of the war file build. While this works, it doesn't explain why they would generate a 404 error when referenced from within the war via https.
    The war file works correctly on our 10g installation.
    I also have a very simple deployed war file and it too seems to have an issue finding direcotries/files that are part of the war file when referenced via https but not http.
    We are using Oracle 11g OHS and using the WLS Admin Console to do the deploying. We also are using the OSSO for the performing the required authentication.
    I have an SR in with oracle and have been working with them but I thought I would post here too.
    Suggestions?
    Thanks in advance.

  • Application won't run if ressource .txt are included after deployment

    I finished a project that plays .wav and .mp3 files as a SoundBox. In JDev, everything works perfectly. Once deployed, I can get the .jar to run if the 2 main .txt are not present in the .jar directory (the application uses them to load everything) but of course the window is empty. If I copy the 2 .txt in the same directory as my .jar, the .jar simply won't start. (or maybe it does and closes right away, I don't know)
    I use the mp3spi1.9.5 library to read MP3 but even when I only include the .txt for .wav files, it still won't open. I made sure all the resources I need for this application are present in the right directory.
    It seems like the application cannot read the .txt file once deployed. (using BufferedReader).
    Any ideas as to what is provoking this and how to fix it?
    Thanks

    One reason i can think of is if your server name & domain name are same?

    Hi!
    I'm not sure this is the correct newsgroup for this Q. Forgive me if it's not...
    I'm deploying an enterprise application with one web application and a set of
    beans on WL6.0 sp2.
    Deployment goes fine without any warnings, but when using the servlets, a message
    is sent to the log informing that the default context failed to deploy.
    1. What are the most common reasons for this, and what are the actions which may
    eliminate some sources of error?
    2. Do BEA have a checklist or tools for this as WL does not present any informative
    message?
    3. Which DTDs does WL use? The ones in lib/weblogic.jar?
    Kind regards,

  • HT4477 One complete family file missing after installing iPhoto 11 ??

    One complete family file of photo's is missing after installing iPhoto 11. Installation went smoothly, and all other files complete. Have checked thru entire photo lists, including photo list at the top. Found two photo's in that should have been in that photo list that were downloaded 2 months prior to installing iPhoto 11. I keep files of each family branch on left side iPhoto window. Only the one file is missing. ????

    I meant folder. Have 6 kids, and to keep track of each family quickly, I set up folders on left side of iPhoto. All others are there.

  • Issue after deploying war file???

    We are moving from a windows box to a unix box...
    We had installed jdeveloper - jdev11113install.exe (along with weblogic server and adf libraries) earlier version on the windows box and deployed a ADF application war file on that box which worked fine.
    Now i have installed jdevloper -jdev11115install.jar (along with weblogic server and adf libraries) a newer version. Now if i deploy my adf war file on this weblogic server its not fully functional. I have some bars and charts which dont load on one tab but loads on the other.

  • Music files missing after sync with iTunes

    All of my devices are updated to the last version.
    I created playlists to manage syncing music from iTunes to iPhone.
    Sometimes my music files would be missing on my iPhone 6 running iOS 8.1 after sync with iTunes 12.0.1.26.
    When music missing, they look OK in iOS playlists, but will appear a "waiting for copy” symbol on the right side then jump to next song one by one when I try to play.
    It's really weird because it happens randomly, I totally have no idea when it will happen again, more even far from why ...
    Zen style APPLE !!

    It sometimes takes awhile for the info to download from itunes.
    try this:
    Reboot the device by pressing and holding down the home and sleep/wake buttons (power) at the same time until the apple logo appears on the screen, then let go.
    If that doesn't work then reset the device by going to settings/general/reset/reset all settings

  • Source files missing after wsus install

    2 days ago I decided to install WSUS and SUP on our SCCM 2012 server and all was going good until this am when I discovered the folder that I keep all of my software deployment  in under the sourcefiles share was empty. I did take a snapshot
    of the server before I started the install and everything seemed to go well, I could see my updates and it was syncing fine. Now if I boot the server normally the folders disappear under \sourcefiles\applications. If I boot to the snapshot they are there but
    after a while they disappear as well and the updates show up under software updates without the wsus role installed on the server. I can see the folder right now and I am copying the contents to an external drive. I had setup windows server backup to back
    up my whole hyper-v server sccm and sql are on the same box but I could not get backups to open at all, so this snapshot and the one I did when we did the initial install are all that I have. I have the sourcefiles shared out and mapped to my desktop and the
    size of the share keeps changing as well.

    I'M pretty sure I had WSUS configured right, I have a lab at my house and it is working fine although it is on Sever 2008 and is 3.0 not 4.0. I have made some progress today, I found this blog about SCCM 2012 and WSUS last night which really helped. I removed
    WSUS this morning and the updates were still there but if I read the article correctly it says they will remain in sccm for 7 days when they are "tombstoned" so we will see. I am running a scheduled sync right now and it's almost done but I have also created
    a folder under software updates and moved all of the files there. During my sync I have been doing a search on that folder for expired "no" and selecting all and moving them back to the root folder.
    http://blogs.technet.com/b/configmgrteam/archive/2012/04/12/software-update-content-cleanup-in-system-center-2012-configuration-manager.aspx
    Anyway thanks for your help

  • File upload after deployment

    hi everbody,
    i had deployed the file upload code in unix server and the page is successfully opening after attaching functions and menus. Now the page has only messagefileupload type item for file upload. so please please can anybody tell how to upload the file to a specific directory. my code i have used is in application module is like this but after selecting a file and click submit the file is not being uploaded.
    String path= "/u03/prodcomn/temp/"+fileName;
    if(testprofile != null){
    System.out.println("path.."+path);
    FileOutputStream fileOutput = new FileOutputStream(path);
    fileOutput.write(blobIn.toByteArray());
    fileOutput.close();
    }

    the above code is perfectly correct and it is working , the silly thing that i didnt notice is in winscp i didnt refresh and see after file upload in the page.
    i had wasted whole one day for this.
    thanks

  • Render files missing-after duplication and also after moving

    I have to replace a drive, which is still working well, so i went ahead and tried to move libraries with all its content (Events,projects,reneder files), which doesnt exist as an option... as far as i was able to figure this out....
    then i went ahead to move events, where as one in 5 was movable the others would only have copy as an option.
    which strikes me as oddity already...
    after this was done i compared the content of libraries between the 2 drives, and was in shock.
    the render files were all missing, needless to state here, that i wil NOT re-render weeks of work again...LOL
    so i went and googled this, and came to thousands of answers on how to move or copy events to a different location , but always on the same HD.
    there was absolutely nothing about moving Libraries with the Events and Projects and render Files all together explained ,....  ANYWHERE!
    is there anyone out there who knows how to do this, so the render files actually move over to a new HD and ,...of course,...are reconnected there propperly and usable?
    manually moving these render folders will NOT reconnect them to the projects,.... just as a FYI ...
    why is there no instructions in the FCPX help menu on moving " Everything "..??
    but thousands of article on how to move only parts and pieces .....

    using disk utility to do a clone of the old drive to a brandnew   drive... would this have done the trick?
    you know the restore to destination trick....
    or would have these renderd files still not connect since the drive might have a unique manufacturer id number...
    yes ...the new drive would have been called the very same as the old drive...
    the old drive has a clicking noice so seagate replaced it...
    and i am in a challenge to move all stuff over now...to the new drive...

  • Tool generated files missing after upgrade to Oracle Workshop for Weblogic

    Hi,
    I'm trying to migrate a beehive/netui web-application from Bea Workspace Studio 1.1 to Oracle Workshop for WebLogic 10R3. The application builds successfully, but when I access the application, I get a "Missing Struts Module Configuration" error.
    I checked the build folder, and discovered that several tool-generated files where missing. Entire _pageflow folder is missing and all of the controls related files are missing.
    Anyone have an idea of what is going on here?
    Rune

    Rune,
    Could you provide details on the migration process you followed ?
    Also are you trying to develop and deploy against WLS 10.3 ?

  • MSVCR80.dll file missing (after latest iTunes update).  Unable to reinstall iTunes either.  Fixes?

    After installing the latest iTunes update, I am unable to open iTunes (The program can't start because MSVCR80.dll is missing from your computer).  Plugging in my iDevices won't prompt iTunes to open, either (they are viewed only as mass storage devices).  I attempted to reinstall iTunes, but recieved an error message that said I had insufficient rights to install (I am an administrator).  Is anyone else having similar problems?  Is there a way to fix it that won't include uninstalling the current version of iTunes?  Don't want to lose all my files!  Thanks for a rapid response, Community.  I appreciate all the help I can get.

    Hi bookishwench,
    Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.  This article has steps you can take for the error you're seeing:
