TypeError: this.getDomNode() is undefined

Question

Hi,
I have RT issue when i want to show the popup which is defined as a declarative component.
i add this component like this:

<af:declarativeComponent binding="#{createNewPlanPopupComp.impactedTargetsPopupParent}"
viewId="#{createNewPlanPopupComp.impactedTargetsHandlerViewId}" id="dc_dc1" />
I use the firebug to see the response of this page, and the content have the content of the popup which i want to let is show, and also have this:

<script>var hints = {}; var popup = AdfPage.PAGE.findComponent('emT:r7:0:m_region:pl1:contextBar:createNewPlanFromTemplate:dc_dc1:systemTargetsPopup'); if (popup) { var peer = popup.getPeer(); peer.bind(popup);  peer.fireContentDeliveryNotify(hints); }</script>
But it have RT issue when run this JS:
