Better place cursor on Select keyword and press F1, plenty of documentation available with examples.
Or execute transaction ABAPDOCU and see.

Hi Experts,
I need to execute on Oracle Qurey in Receiver JDBC.
The oracle select Query contains
1. Many Select statments in the parent select statment
2. In side child select stament there are standard SQL fiunctions like.. NVL()
3. Parent select statements is operating on 5 tables...
4. There is big where clause, in side the where clause thare are some more select statments and standard SQL functions
5. It has order by caluse as well.
On total, it was a full pledged SQL Select statment, which has all types and varieties of twists in side it.
Clinet is not agreeing for Stored Procedure. He just want to execute Big Select statment form XI and get back the resltant rows.
It is Sync scenario...
Can this be achived using XI by using Recever JDBC adatper by passing XML SQL statment..

GR55 Report - Need to add Document type in selection parameter

Hi Friends,
Our client needs to have document type in selection parameter for one report group which has 4 reports attached.
Changes have been made and now document type is already there in selection parameter. But irrespective of document type Output is same.
That is if i Give docuement type or not it gives me same output.
This report is bein copies n new report is made.
Can any one help me out with how go proceed further.

You just copied the output from an existing one right....
Inorder to get the report documenmt type wise you also need to change the output format of the report.
Ask your ABAPer to get this tobe done...

Type to selection tool quick command not working in InDesign CC

When I have the type tool selected in InDesign and hold command for the selection tool, it's not working. When I hold the command button it highlights the selection tool, but as soon as I click my mouse, it reverts back to the type tool. Also, when I change the size of my text box it does not resize the text in the box, even if I hold for a a few sec before moving the cursor.

@Cindy – usually all 3rd party developers will provide some information for installing and uninstalling their products. First see if you can find some information on their web sites.
Also there should be a dedicated Adobe Extension Manager app where you can look up the installed parts of InDesign. Since I do not have InDesign CC installed, I do not know exactly, but its name should be something like "Adobe Extension Manager CC".
If you start this app it will show all parts installed with InDesign (or other apps that are installed).
Usually at the bottom of the list are the 3rd party installed components. They do not state "Adobe Incoroprate System" as author. Never uninstall (remove) the Adobe ones!

If you select one, a new option is available at the right. In my case here the "Entfernen" button ("Remove" in English).

I need to change the text in the Header area of Rfx. I need to chagne the Application title from Select Rfx type to Select RFQ type and create RFx text to Create RFQ. Kindly help me in finding out. I debugged FPM_OIF_COMPONENT and IDR component. Kindly guide me how can i change the texts.

Hello Arun,
if you want to translate wordings, labels come from text elements from /SAPSRM/CL_CH_WD_IDEN_MAP_RFQ class.
Check /SAPSRM/CL_CH_WD_IDEN_MAP_XXX class for any other documents.
If you want to hide those wordings, activate CT_FIELD_DEF-IS_METADATA_HANDLED parameter from DEFINE_FIELDS method from /SAPSRM/BD_FPM_IDR_FIELD_DEF BAdI (enhancement spot /SAPSRM/BD_FPM_IDR_OIF_EXT).

TF10121: The path '' is not found or not supported. Type or select a different path. After SQL2012 install and Solution upgraded to VS2010

I have recently upgraded a solution from vs2008 to vs2010. This solution happens to contain several .rptproj file (SSRS 2008R2 reports). I was able to upgrade the solution after I installed SQL2012 (which installed the necessary templates
into vs2010).
However whenever I open the solution the Output window now pops up and continuously lists the same error (shows output from Source Control - Team Foundation).
TF10121: The path '' is not found or not supported. Type or select a different path.
I have tried reinstalling Team Explorer SP1, and VS2010 SP1, but with no change.
If I unbind the solution from source control the messages go away. Rebind and they return.
The problem doesn't always start straight away, it may take a few solution explorer clicks.
Opening an rdl into the editor seems to halt the messages, until I go back to clicking in solution explorer (similarly the issue doesn't always re-occur first click).
E.g.
TF10121: The path '' is not found or not supported. Type or select a different path.

Audit.rdl has been automatically checked out for editing.
Then no errors until going back and clicking in solution explorer (which is using auto hide)

Based on the current information, it seems to be the known issue described in the following KB article:
FIX: TF10121 error when you right-click a project file of the project or a folder in the project in Visual Studio 2010
The root cause of the problem is that we hold onto a stale reference to the old project and get back an empty string when we try to get its directory path. To resolve this problem, contact Microsoft Customer Support Services to obtain the hotfix. For a complete

Besides, there is one easy workaround. If we close the solution and re-open it prior to attempting to re-add the project, we should be able to add it successfully.

In some .pdf files i've opened, I've been able to type in select places. How?

Mostly, job resume's. However I'd have a lot of use for that myself. I'll try and clarify: When filling in a pdf document, when it's open with adobe reader, some areas are highlighted and I can type into them. What I'm asking is how you do this? This might be a InDesign question instead, but if I make a document to save as a .pdf, how to I set select areas so they can be typed into?

'File type being selected by keystroke' feature gone?

A minor thing, but still disappointing that it may be gone...
In previous versions, when in the file requester, with the File Type field focused, I could type the first letter of the format I wanted (ex. J for Jpeg), and it would select it. That was a nice little feature that sped up the saving process (...didn't have to open up the File Type pulldown, and scroll through the selections until I found the one I wanted).
Is that now gone in CS3 (extended), or is there some setting I can change to get that back?

Ah, I figured it out... I have to click the Use OS Dialog button. For some reason, the Adobe dialog doesn't have that feature (...what's the difference between them anyway?!)

S_ALR_87012277 Tcode has currency type field, I have a requirement to change Currency type to change selection field. user want to run 10,30,60 currency types same time rather than each currency at a time. Copied SAP program RFSSLD00 to Zprogram and SDF LDB to ZSDF but this program and LDB is looking complex to modify. Is there any simple way to get this get this?

For one of my requirement i need some quires.Please help me.
Queires : To retrive the name1,name2
logic   : pick customer No from MHND-KUNNR and use table kna1-name1.
logic   : pick customer No from MHND-KUNNR and use the table kna1-name2.
for Address Line 1 to retrive the ADRC(HOUSE_NUM1),ADRC(STREET).
logic: Pick the address number from the table KNA1 and then go to the table ADRC to pull the relevant field.
for Address Line 2 to retrive the ADRC(STR_SUPPL1 ),ADRC(STR_SUPPL2 ),ADRC(STR_SUPPL2 ).
logic: Pick the address number from the table KNA1 and then go to the table ADRC to pull the relevant field.

Note: Based on the fields in my selection screen i.e, BUKRS i have got the remaining data....in your case you may have some other key fields of MHND table so you can use them also in where clause where required.

Add Exchange rate type to Selection Screen in BEx

BW Experts,
Business raised a request to add Exchange Rate Type(KURST) from TCURR table in the selection screen of BEx so that they can select the required rate and target currency for a particular key figure.
In Query Designer we can provide variable for currency by going into the context menu of key figure but not sure how to provide a variable on Currency Conversion Key.
Please suggest.

Hi there,
You could with user exit define a variable ready for imput but in step 1 prefill the variable with only those values, but this would still when the user executes when pressing F4 be able to check all that. Nevertheless that variable would be prefilled with the values you wish in user exit.
Another option is to mark 0RTYPE in RSD1 as authorization relevant and manage different authorization values for the users. This way you could when the user presses F4 see only values he/she is authorized.

[SOLED] Firefox input type = file selects the wrong file

When I have use a webpage in firefox that has an upload feature, Firefox often selects the wrong file. I can reproduce this problem by simply creating a form with an input tag like this:
<input type="file" />
When I enter the file selection screen and open fileA the input box contains fileA, fileB or fileC. It seems kind of random to me. I use KDE 4.5 btw, if that matters.

It seems to be some kind of kde problem. When I delete ~/.kde4/share/config/* it works fine. I tried deleting the all files in share/config starting with a-m and it still didn't work. Then I deleted every file from n-z and it didn't work so it's probably a combination of files that give these problems. I don't feel like setting up KDE all over again so damn, it's back to Icewm, again...

U can create the Material type in SCOPE LIST, using the scope list u can get a report with Material type in PO"s.
In SPRO u try to create the Material type in scope list.After creating that i m not sure about were to assign that , if u assign properly u get ur requirement.
