UDT and insert using form

Question

Hello,
I'm new in APEX and i have some difficulties with complex types... I'm building application using application builder i have defined types in dbase here it is:
CREATE TYPE ADRESA_TIP AS OBJECT (
ULICA VARCHAR2(15),
BROJ VARCHAR2(14));
CREATE TYPE ADRESA_nTIP AS TABLE OF ADRESA_TIP;
CREATE TABLE PRA_LICE (
SIFRA_KLIJENTA VARCHAR2(20),
NAZIV     VARCHAR2(20),
RACUN     VARCHAR2(25),
PIB     VARCHAR2(25),
MATICNI_BROJ     VARCHAR2(20),
ADRESA ADRESA_NTIP     
NESTED TABLE ADRESA STORE AS ADRESE;
I dont know how to build form in application builder to insert values into that table because i cant add field adresa into form i can only insert values like this:
INSERT INTO PRA_LICE VALUES (1, 'maxi', '234', '23433', '666554', ADRESA_NTIP(ADRESA_TIP('bulevar', '23')))
Any help?

Hello,
I'm afraid that you'll have to include separate fields for each attribute of your type, run the constructor for you type and its container, then insert that.
You'll end up with something akin to (although your original code is still valid):
declare
   typ_new ADRESA_TIP;
   col_new ADRESA_nTIP;
begin
   typ_new := new adresa_tip(ULICA=>:P99_FOO,BROJ=>:P99_BAR);
   col_new := ADRESA_nTIP();
   col_new.extend;
   col_new(col_new.last):= typ_new;
   INSERT INTO PRA_LICE
   VALUES (
      1
      ,'maxi'
      ,'234'
      ,'23433'
      ,'666554'
      ,col_new
end;
