Unable to call mobil and land based phone numbers

I have a active office 365, with "free" 60 minuters every month. But I have ever been able to call mobile and landbasede numbers. I'am always getting a popup about adding credits!!!
When i logon to my account i can se that I have 60 minutes left..

1. There's no such thing as "Skype credit unlimited". You have purchased a Subscription - not Skype Credit.
2. You are attempting to place a call to India which is not an included country in your Subscription. To call to India you require either a specific Subscription or Skype Credit.

The main thing is that your plan covers calls to US. So if you are planning to call mainly or only to US, then you don't need the Unlimited World subscription, he Unlimited US will be enough.
If you are planning to buy an Online Number, then receiving calls to your Online Number does not cost anything to you.

Exchange 2010 activesync, Personal archive access from Mobile devices like Iphone,IPAD and Android based Phones

Hi,
As of what i have found from different blogs is that all the activesync devices including IPhone , IPAD and Android based phones cannot access online archive/Personal archive in exchange 2010.
Is there any third party app in the market for the above devices which can support access of Online archive?

There must be a way! Since you can view the online archive through webmail with supported browsers on PC(IE, Firefox, Safari OSx) (so activeX is no must).
All it takes is a browser that can set a different 'agent' and that can interact with the webmail(OWA) website just like Safari on OSx.
I tried different browsers on the iPad, they all display the Online archive, but the navigation is broken. (scrolling by sliding your fingers does not work correct) The result is that you can not open(read) any mail in your online archive.
The browsers we tested and show the online archive but where the navigation doesn't work are:
On iPad:
- Kissmyagent
- Atomnic(the free AND payd version)
On android:
app: 'OWA for Android' (does not show the online Archive)
Maybe someone can come up with a browser and/or app that can show the online archive!

I just contacted Skype support. The issue has been rosolved!!! The CALLER ID must be set up, otherwise PLAY will not accept the calls! I set up my Caller Id and suddenly was able to call all PLAY numbers! Thank you Skype for your efficient technical support!!! SKYPE RULES!!!!!

Unable to call, reach and connect with Customer Service

How come every time I call *611 or 18009220204 from my cell phone. It directs me to the *611 app. Then at the very bottom of the app, it says "call customer service" then I'm directed to enter my billing pin. Then it just cycles after I enter it back to the *611 app. Why am I unable to call customer service any more?? Very very frustrating. This app definitely has a glitch obviously and I need to speak with someone.

yes i can make calls to everyone..except verizon. i have the samsung droid charge. what is this new *611 app all about. i'm not interested in even having to view it, just so i can scroll all the way down to call customer service and ask to enter my pin..time consuming. and even more frustrating that i still can't speak to anyone.

I pay unlimited monthly subcription call to Thailand, but I cannot call any number for two days.What wrong? Also I tried calling several uk mobile and landline numbers, but didn't work.

I obviously want to use the mobiles subscription for mobiles only, but I need to call landlines as well. How would it work if I buy a limited subscription for landlines and one for both landlines and mobiles, would Skype select automatically the subscription or should I do it manually? And, if automatically, what would be Skype criteria, I read it would be "more minutes left", wouldn't it be the best rate instead?

Can't call mobile or out of town numbers

Hi All,
My nan's landline won't call mobile phones or out of town (where you have to dial the area code) numbers. I worked out last night that if I prefix the number with 44 then it will work, but does anyone know why this is happening?
I called BT last night (for about an hour) and didn't get very far other than they told me there were no restrictions on the account.
She has a digital phone, has she accidently set something to make this happen or is it likely an issue with her line>?

Click to Call Widget 8.0 Outlook Phone Numbers

I have a customer who is using the Click to Call 8.0 Widget.
They have contacts with the following numbers specified:
Business
Business 2
Mobile
Home
The Business, Mobile and Home numbers show up when I click the "Click to Call" toolbar button but the Business 2 number does not.
Is this a known limitation of the Click to Call widget? - if yes are there any workarounds?
On a related topic the C2C plugin seems to cause Outlook to crash on a few PC's. I am using the latest version available from the Cisco download site (8.0.2540.0).
This was released in July 2010. Does anyone have any suggestions for troubleshooting Outlook crashes? - there seem to be some Engineering Special versions mentioned on here - would it be worth asking TAC about these?

With regard to the Outlook Crash issue, you may be hitting the bug CSCtl57395 which is superceded by
CSCtj90662.
.This bug is superceded Though it is in "release pending" state, I could see a couple of customers being able to solve this issue with the latest ES published by TAC.
I would suggest you to open up a case with Cisco TAC and let them verify if you are hitting this bug.

I updated 4s to 6,1,1 and all the phone numbers are missing in my contacts,

How do I recover all my phone numbers?

On iPhone, open Settings -> iCloud
Turn OFF for “Contacts” option
Select “Keep on My iPhone” option
Close and Open Phone App, all your contacts should be back!
Now go back to Settings -> iCloud -> turn ON for “Contacts” and select “Merge All” option.
You are DONE.
This was fix for updating to IOS5, but it sounds like you are having a similar issue to this.

How to find messages and some of phone numbers after updated iphone4?

I updated my mom's iPhone 4. Before updated, I copied the whole content of her iPhone to the PC. But after updated, I cannot find any messages and some of the phone numbers. Can someone help me with this problem?

Depending if you are using Buddy Lists or not then this setting is supposed to be fro the Budfdy lists but will effect the Main Window display
This item lower in the same View Menu is supposed to be the one fro the main Messages window (it has to be the "Front" window)
As you can see it also controls what Messages style is used.

Well 1, I guess it's not that important to you, 2, customer support generally closes at 11pm in the time zone you are in, 3, toll free and local calls are free in hotels, 4 there is limited support after hours.
