Unable to Edit Payment information

When I access my account information I try to enter my new card info from a new bank. Apple responds with, " the information you have entered does not match your bank records." I have contacted the 1800 support # and they were not able to assist. I never sent apple any bank info...what's the deal!!!?!?

I am having the same problem. I even called my bank to verify the billing address, reentered all my info and it still will not accept. I have not changed anything and then one day it would not let me purchase from itunes, because the "account information does not match". So what am i to do, the bank shows the correct information, so why is itunes not accepting it?

    I had the same issue, Sent Email offering £7.99 for 25 GB. Then sent me an Email at 2.52AM saying I needed to update my payment method although they had just refunded to it. Then 7 hours later, I had tried to before work at 7AM and thought, "as it won't let me do that on my iphone, I'll do it at lunch." Sadly at 9:56 am UK time, They reduced my storage.
    Having Wasted an hour on the phone tonight, they first tried to explain that £7.99 is More than £0.79 times 12. Doh!
    That was followed with lots of being on hold and then being told "We can't go back, We Can't make a refund. We agree it was short notice and that we didn't do it well, there are lots of issues about this and also that we never offered you that (till the saw the email)" So no better off and now having to pay more for same service. That's pretty poor service all around. I have to upgrade as All my files, Backups and Emails are inoperative Till I do so.
    That's pretty bad for a company of this size, Guess they need some more bad press at the moment.

    Due to the recent Adobe security breach, I like many other people have been forced to replace our credit cards. I received my new card and am completely unable to update my payment information. All attempts to update the information using Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Android and iPhone browsers is unsuccessful. Considering that the recent security problems of compromised customer payment information, I would have expected more from Adobe. Why doesn't such an important function of the Creative Cloud website work at a time when many people are having to re-enter their payment information due to recent events?
    I have been waiting for the chat support to person for a while now and can't spend another hour waiting for assistance. This series of events is really beyond the pale in regards to Adobe's customer service and support. First we get our credit cards stolen, and then when we have to put in new payment information, the website doesn't even work properly. Adobe isn't some start up that's only been around for a few months, they're a multi-billion dollar company.
    Do I need to call someone instead? Is there any sort of notification or status as to whether or not the website is functioning as expected?

    I'm unable to  update user  information from user admin applet. After selecting a particular user, i'm updating his full name and trying to save the details. When i click on save i'm getting below error

    Ok,lets give it a shot. Can you please check if you have any Security Classifications added by navigating to Records->Configure->Security->Security Classification
    If you do not see any entries here, then use the Add button to add the following
    - No Markings
    - Secret
    - Top Secret
    - Confidential
    Now try to update the user info using the admin applet. In the edit window assign Security Classification to "No Markings" and try submitting the update. Let us know what is the outcome.
    I completely agree with William on his analysis. Please try these steps if you are working on a Dev/POC instance.

  • I am unable to update payment information

    My debit card was compromised (unrelated, as far as I can tell) so I received a new card with different numbers. I can't update the card to the correct information, every time I do it gives me the same error message that when I had an issue with a previous payment and I need to have the family sharing administrator update the payment information. I have tried multiple times, and ever tried to use other credit cards rather than my debit card. The card information saves every time, but the error message persists. I looked through my purchase history to make sure I didn't have a purchase that didn't receive payment with the card numbers switching but there seems to be no balance. I have submitted this question to apple support twice with no response either time. Any ideas?

    Hi there. I was having just the same problem, I couldn't get into change card details. Turned out that it is some issue with Firefox browser that I was using. I changed to Chrome browser and was able to update credit card details from there!
    Hope that helps you and others out there having the same issue.

    I have a number of songs that I brought into ITunes that I cannot seem to rename. I try clicking on a title to rename it and nothing happens I try to GET INFO and edit fields that way and it box is completely GRAYED out.

    When this happens, it is usually because the song files are set to "read only". If that is the cause of the problem in your case, you will need to locate the song files and change the read-only flag.

    I cant find the edit payment information, and everytime i try to delete the information it only says payment option declined then it refreshes and the same information is there

  • Unable to edit the form in Personal Change Request

    Hi,
    One of the manager is trying to edit the employees information. When he navigates to edit form of personal change request, under My Crew tab of Manager Self Service in portal, unable to edit the information but he is able to add notes. in the form.
    In detail, the manager is trying to assign new manager to an employee under him(moving an employee to differen team headed by different manager so trying to replace his name in the employee's informaton). The manage is unable to change the information or unable to edit any information in the form "request for change in position/transfer"
    Could someone help me on this.

    Hi,
    The issue is resolved. This is because of Acrobat JavaScript option disabled in display preferences of the form.
    Once this checkbox is enabled its working fine.

    For the security code issue, try here >  iTunes Store: My credit card's security code or zip code does not match my bank's records
    The None option is available from the iTunes Edit Payment Information window.
    With iTunes open, from the menu bar top of your screen click Store > Sign In
    Now go back to the menu bar click Store > View My Account. Enter your password click View Account.
    Now click Edit to the right of Payment Type.
    Be aware, the None option is not available in all countries.

    In ITunes 11 I am unable to edit song information. I need to

    Highlight one or more tracks. Press CTRL-I to Get Info. Edit away. If all the fields are greyed out you may have a permissions problem.
    Podcasts need an album name. If they don't have one that might explain why they've been "kicked out" of the Podcasts section. A previous build made tracks set to podcast with no album name apparently vanish from all areas of the library. Having set an album name you should be able to change the media kind to Podcast and have it stick. Might be best to set the genre to Podcast also.

    My problem is as written as the title, editting song information. I am unable to edit song information, such as lyrics, artist, etc. of my music files through iTunes. According to the other discussions, unchecking the "read only" option from the files in Window Explorer will enable me to edit the song information, but when I checked, none of my music files were marked "read only" in the first place!
