Unable to find business operation

Hi all:
I am using WLPI 1.2.1.
I have a workflow whose start node is of "Timed" type i.e it triggers at regular
intervals. The first business operation that I perform after I have executed the
start node is an operation on the Java Class. This Java class has been added as
one of the business operations to the WLPI and appears as such in the BUSINESSOPERATIONS
table.
The problem I am running into is that when I start my server and the triggerring
of my workflow happens, I get an exception saying that "business operation bcLatchClosedCreate
can't be found" where "bcLatchClosedCreate" is the name of my business operation.
The Java Class which is accessed through this business operation is a public class
and I have defined business operation to instantiate and call methods on it. As
soon as this exception occurs the record (which tells what is the next time for
trigger) is deleted from the TIMEDEVENT table and no futher triggering of this
workflow occurs.
However, if I resave this workflow, triggering starts again and everything is
fine. The business is found and no exception occurs. It is only at the start of
the server that I have the problem which essentially renders the workflow useless
as no triggering happens in future.
Is there is nay programmatic way to start and stop the automatic triggering of
a timed workflow.
Following is the exception:

  • Unable to find Business Rules in the JDeveloper while creating new project

    Hi All,
    I am going through the chapter 9 Creating a Rule-enabled Non-SOA Java EE Application for JDevloper 11g. I am following the instruction given in the chapter.
    However I am unable to find a Business Rules category for creating a Business rules directory.
    Probably it has to be activated from somewhere.
    I tried searching its significance with JDev installation but haven't got anything.
    It seems very basic level problem, however...Please let me know if anybody knows how to solve it
    Thanks,
    Makarand.

  • 'Unable to find operation: null'   Error When I invoke Composite Wsdl Url

    Hi ,
    I have created one composite application which consists one BPEL process.That BPEL process takes input from other application.
    But When I invoke that Wsdl Url to push the data from my application to that Wsdl Url,It is giving below error(System fault):
    'Unable to find operation: null' .
    I am getting below message in enterprise manager console (http://ipaddress:port/em):
    'Composite instances are not generated for rejected messages. Click the error message for details'.
    Note: When u click on 'unable to find operation: null' link it is showing the soap request that we submitted to composite URL.
    Instance ID is also not created.
    Can anybody help me regarding this issue?

    As you are able to test the Composite in the EM console and the correct operation, everything looks fine from SOA side.
    Now whatever application from which you are trying to push the data, make sure while configuring the WSDL of the Composite, please check whether you can select the operation of the SOA Composite over there. I think you are leaving the default option which is null or not selecting the required operation over there.
    Hope this helps

  • CO11N-in operation w/o material unable to find that material with 101 mvmt

    Dear PP Gurus N Experts,
    I have three operations in Routing, where all the material is consumed at First operation i.e. on second & third operation there is no MATERIAL CONSUMPTION.
    So, I have assigned the material on operation one. Here my all operations have Control Key PP01
    Now, my issue is: Material stock should update only at the confirmation of Third Operation. But when we go for confirmation of third operation (CO11N), we are unable to find that material with 101 movement at Goods Movement Screen.
    We tried to enter the material manually also but we get a message: Goods receipt items can not be entered.
    Why. Please help.
    With thanks,
    DSC

    Dear Bhupendra,
    What do you want to Say. Please read my original question: where I have mentioned-
    I have three operations in Routing.
    Where all the material is consumed at First operation i.e. on second & third operation there is no MATERIAL CONSUMPTION.
    So, I have assigned the material on operation one. Here my all operations i.e. (0010, 0020 and 0030)  have Control Key PP01.
    For Control Key PP01, Auto Goods Movement Indicator is Checked in OP67.
    Now, When I go for order confirmation for final (i.e. 0030) operation, here Order Material (say PMP1230) should appear with 101 Movement or as receiving material
    Which is not happening. In other words I am not getting any material.
    If I try to enter the material manually, get a message: Goods receipt items can not be entered.

  • Type-mapping not working correctly, get "Unable to find a javaType for the xmlType" WARNING

    I'm manually creating a web-services.xml file, and using the autogen ant task to

    The problem is seen below in the output from Ant. Note the WARNINIG. The problem
    is that the xml type cannot be mapped to the Java type.

    public TestService()
    public int serviceRequest(PaymentRequestCreate request)

    public void testStringRequest(String request)
    The web-service.xml file is attached, which contains the schema for the SAP PaymentRequest.Create
    object definition.
    Another problem I have, which is probably related, is that the service method
    that has a complex data type (non-built in data type) is not being deployed into
    the WebLogic server. But the other service method that simply takes a String
    parameter is.
    The steps I took are:
    1. Get XML from SAP Interface Repository (IFR) for PaymentRequest
    2. Use ant task autogen to generate the request codec classes
    3. Create the web-services.xml file by inserting the schema definition and the
    mapping file created by the autogen task, and defining the operations
    4. Build web-services.war file that contains all autogen compiled class files,
    the web-services.xml file, and the service implementation class
    5. Build the ear file that holds the web service files
    6. Use the clientgen ant task to generate (included above) to generate the client
    jar file that should contain the proxy for both of the service methods
    Environment:
    * WebLogic 7.02
    * JDK 1.3.1_06

    * Ant 1.4
    Possible causes:
    * Namespace not being used correctly
    * copied verbatim the mapping xml file generated by autogen into the web-services.xml
    file
    * xml-schema part of web-services.xml might not be set correctly
    * operation definition might not be using the correct namespace
    * Classpath used for ant might not be right
    * Doubt this is the problem, but I'm out of other ideas
    * Set by using the setWLEnv.cmd file provided by WebLogic
    * Tried adding the generated classes directory for my project to the classpath,
    but did not work

    [web-services.xml]

    Hi JD,
    I spent a few cycles looking over your web-services.xml file, however I
    don't have any suggestions other that one that looks like you have
    already tried, at the top, in the <schema...>
    targetNamespace="urn:sap-com:document:sap:business"
    Making edits to these generated files can be tricky and my only
    suggestion is to create a small reproducer to run by our outstanding
    support team.
    A quick look at our problem database shows one issue (CR095109) related
    to a similar problem at deploy time that was fixed with 7.0SP3. Again,
    the support folks will be able to help focus in on the issue.

    Hi,
    check in your administration console/Deployments/EJB: the WLPI application
    code is propably deployed into the WLPI_Application. I did not find another
    way to tell my EJB to be deployed in the same application than editing the
    config.xml (which is hopefully not the recommended way to do it).
    In the config.xml should be a tag like:
    <Application Deployed="true" Name="WLPI_Application" Path="lib">
    insert your myEjb.jar like the following (the URI has to be relative to the
    given path, in this case "lib"!):
    <Application Deployed="true" Name="WLPI_Application" Path="lib"

    <EJBComponent Name="myEjb" Targets="myserver"

    method and I want to call that method from my workflow template definition.
    So, I need it to be added to the /JNDI Name for Session EJB/ combo box in
    the Define Business Operation window. I tried by simply deploying the ejb by
    using the WLS console app but I didn't get it in the combo box list, what I
    got was an exception in the WLS6:***** ASSERTION FAILED *****[ Unable to
    load remote interface: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
    atlante.Prueba ]Make sure your EJB is configured in the same Application as
    the WLPI codeI have been trying to find an elegant way to add my ejb to the
    WLPI Application in the console but i haven't found any, so what I had to do
    was add the definition of my ejb to the <Application... name="WLPI
    Application"> element in config.xml. It works fine, but I don't feel
    comfortable doing that and I also think that there must be a descent way to
    do that.so, the question is, how?
    I will appreciate any help on this
    regards

  • My Macbook Pro Won't boot. Unable to find the driver for this platform

    Hi there,
    After doing some casual internet browsing earlier today (facebook + twitter etc) my laptop froze up. While I was able to click between windows, the ever faithful beach ball was there to ensure I couldn't really do anything, including making the dock appear when mousing towards the bottom. So I held down the power button to shut it down, and restarted. After the apple logo had sat there for quite some time I got a message something along the lines of:
              Unable to find driver for this platform:\"ACPI\".In"@/SourceCache/xnu/xnu-1699.32.7/iokit/kernel
    This was followed by a message telling me I needed to restart my computer using the power button. After several attempts all producing the same results, I was still in the same boat. So I sought some online help which lead me to boot into my recovery partition (holding down the option key at startup) and install the operating system again from there. However this is when I really started to panic. After selecting the recoverey partition the apple logo flipped between a no access symbol (that circle with a line through it) and the apple logo for a couple of seconds, before settling on the apple logo. But the recovery partition never loads and after some time I either get a symbol of a folder with a question mark in it or I similar message telling me to restart.
    Next I tried plugging in my external hard drive with a few time machine backups as well as a carbon copy back up and another recovery partition. Using the external HD's recovery partition took me to a menu which the online help had initially promised where I could reinstall osx as well as use disc utitlity. So I tried to run the installer from here only to find my hard drive didn't show up in the list of destination volumes. The time machine and recovery partitions from my hard drives did, but I couldn't select these.
    I then turned my attention to the disc utility and tried to repair my hard drive. I was unsure which one to select at first because there were two names for my hard drive; the first being the hard drives actual name (a samsung something or other) and the second was called 'Lion.' I started by repairing the samsung one and this was over in a few seconds saying it was successfully repaired. So I moved on to 'Lion' and this took a few moments, before stalling on a section saying "Updating boot support partitions for the volume as required." I was also advised to recover any data I could and restore I backup.
    So that's where I'm currently at. I'd really hate to lose any recent data, as my last time machine back up was about a week ago and I'd made some substantial progress on a mix since then!
    I'd really appreciate any help that anyone can offer,
    Cheers!

    Just had another look in the disc utility and found that the samsung's partition scheme is set to master boot record, which is apprently used for windows partitions? I've no idea how this happend because When I originally formatted the drive I'm sure I would have set it to GUID partition table. Clicking on 'Lion' just gives dashes for the partition type, capacity and available space values.
