Unable to run the 9.3 JAVA API in "embedded" mode without APS installed
<p>Hello,</p><p> </p><p>I'm trying to run the 9.3 JAVA API in "embedded" modewithout APS installed.</p><p> </p><p>I first used build Build <b>242</b> which was supplied with 9.3beta. This worked great and exactly the way I wanted to.</p><p>Now I'm trying to do the same with the production release of 9.3JAPI which is (to my knowledge) build <b>305</b>. Unable to run the local bussiness server - Error during startup of BPA
When i installed the BPA tool and started the 'LOCAL' server in oracle BPA Network. I am getting an error saying 'Unable to run the local bussiness server'. Then i checked the log and found the foolowing errors. Please suggest !

S2: I installed BPA again using the default options by selecting all the default options that the BPA showed during installation. EG. I selected 'Oracle Lite' which was by default an option.
S3: After BPA installation, I also installed BPA Publisher which i had not done last time.
S4: Restated my system and it all works gr8 now.
Actually, the BPA Publisher creats a Repository area so it should have been installed along with the BPA installation. And Since a Repository area was not found it was giving this error message again and again.
Now its all fine . Hopefully, some one else will learn from my mistakes. -

Can anybody tell me where i can find the latest JAVAAPI reference guide? I found the one for MDM 5.5 SP 1 but that also refers to the last parameter of the CatalogCache.Init as int and not string.
I looked up in service.sap.com/instguides -> SAP Netweaver -> Release 4 -> Installation and there only following 3 files are there for MDM 5.5 SP2

–> Now start Managed server from GUI
Access WebLogic console from a webbrowser
http://<machinename>:7001/console
Login, Environment > servers > Control > select bi_server1 > click on start
It would take some time for the Managed server to start. Wait untill you see the ‘Running’ status.
–> Now start the OBIEE components from command prompt
Cd bi0104\instances\instance7\bin
opmnctl startall
Note that it’s a possible startup sequence. There are multiple ways to statup.

Hi all,
I try to use a stored procedure as data provider but i get this error
DA0003: Exception CS, Unable to run the query execute
I use BusObj Full Client 6.5 pointing to SQL2005.
I choose stored procedure as data providers of a new report, then choose the Oledb connection to the database in which the sproc is saved (this sproc executes some queries, all on the same db). Then I fill in the parameter of the sproc and when i click OK I get this error.
The sp works fine if executed from a query tool. Basically it queries BusObj Security Domain in order to get the documents a single user has linked (both enabled and disabled). It doesn't do nothing exceptionall except using some table variables... I tried also with this simple func:

Test the issue by inserting the following parameter in .SBO file.

Solution2
Just put SET NOCOUNT OFF in the end of the stored procedure SQL.
If the above doesnu2019t works then please try the following solution.
Solution3
Make the new connection from the scratch using ODBC connection and test the issue.

Can you confirm the target exists (check targets.xml on the agent) and that the instance of the target has it defined correctly (all the required instance properties are there)?
Given that those check out, can you open up the metric browser on the agent and make sure the target looks ok there. -

System Profile "RCV: Processing Mode" decides the processing mode for receiving transactions, it can be either in "Batch", "Immediate" or "On-line" modes. It is reflected in RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE.PROCESSING_MODE_CODE field.

my phone was unable to finish the latest update and gone into recovery mode. will only restore if i do a factory reset, but i dont wanna lose my photo/videos!!! how can i back up up before i restore it. im not able to acces my phone normaly, stuck in recovery or something.

Replication of Berkeley DB Xml Edition with the help of JAVA API

i am trying to replicate berkeley DB to 2 other replicas.with the help of small program which along with its documentation(of chapter 3). And i'm using java API for the same(specifically replication framework program.)
All necessary files are get created at host side like log files, dll files, db files. But at replica(client) side nothing get created. Host and clients are placed in the same network.
But unfortunately its not working. don't know the reason. And its not giving any sort of error. And i dont know how to go ahead. Or is there any other way should i proceed with.
So could you help me out to get rid of this problem.

Unable to run my application using java web start
i have created one application and use java web start to download the application. all the files are succesfully downloaded but when i try to run the application an expected error occur. this only happen in my machine but not in other machine i'm currently using

A blind stab in the dark would be that you don't have write permission to the cache directory on the second machine. Also worth checking that the proxy settings on the second machine are the same as the first (if they are on the same network).
