Unexpected start node "Insert" with namespace...
Hi,
I have a simple Biztalk app which receives an XML and sends to oracle DB using WCF-custom adapter.
I generated schema from Visual Studio, created a map for inbound XSD to generated XSD mapping, deployed the app.
Send port is configured to use the map and there is no orchestration.
I run into following error. The error description is understood, but I am not able to see why it is happening.
The adapter failed to transmit message going to send port "SendPort12" with URL "oracledb://DEVDB/". It will be retransmitted after the retry interval specified for this Send Port. Details:"Microsoft.ServiceModel.Channels.Common.XmlReaderParsingException: Unexpected start node "Insert" with namespace "http://Microsoft.LobServices.OracleDB/2007/03/DEVSCHEMA/Table/SITES" found.
SOAP Action is :
<BtsActionMapping xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">
<Operation Name="Insert" Action="http://Microsoft.LobServices.OracleDB/2007/03/DEVSCHEMA/Table/SITES/Insert" />
</BtsActionMapping>
I have checked multiple posts on different sites for this error. I am still not able to figure out what is causing this. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
SRG
Hi SRG,
Can you try generating schema again as may be some table change may have occurred . It may be silly but you can try
There are tow different post which can relate to your issue and resolution

Unexpected start node while invoking an Oracle Funtion
Hi,
I am trying to invoke an oracle function from an orchestration. I have generated schema using the WCF Consume Adapter Wizard. A sample is generated using this schema and used for testing. The values in sample file are modified and is valiated against
schema without any issue. When I test the sample after deployment, I get the following error.
The adapter failed to transmit message going to send port "xxxxxxx_DataStore_WCF" with URL "oracledb://arcutld1/". It will be retransmitted after the retry interval specified for this Send Port. Details:"Microsoft.ServiceModel.Channels.Common.XmlReaderParsingException:

Thanks in advance.

Xpath to access a node - problems with namespace
Iam using xpath to get to a node of a DOM doc, it works fine as long as I don't set the DocumentBuilderFactory to be namespace aware. Do I have to change the xpath to be different if the facotory is namespace aware?
Thanksguys ?

Multi-table INSERT with PARALLEL hint on 2 node RAC
Multi-table INSERT statement with parallelism set to 5, works fine and spawns multiple parallel
servers to execute. Its just that it sticks on to only one instance of a 2 node RAC. The code I
used is what is given below.
create table t1 ( x int );
create table t2 ( x int );
insert /*+ APPEND parallel(t1,5) parallel (t2,5) */
when (dummy='X') then into t1(x) values (y)
when (dummy='Y') then into t2(x) values (y)
select dummy, 1 y from dual;
I can see multiple sessions using the below query, but on only one instance only. This happens not
only for the above statement but also for a statement where real time table(as in table with more
than 20 million records) are used.
select p.server_name,ps.sid,ps.qcsid,ps.inst_id,ps.qcinst_id,degree,req_degree,
sql.sql_text
from Gv$px_process p, Gv$sql sql, Gv$session s , gv$px_session ps
WHERE p.sid = s.sid
and p.serial# = s.serial#
and p.sid = ps.sid
and p.serial# = ps.serial#
and s.sql_address = sql.address
and s.sql_hash_value = sql.hash_value
and qcsid=945
Won't parallel servers be spawned across instances for multi-table insert with parallelism on RAC?
Thanks,

OBIEE 11g (11.1.1.5.0) - Issue with starting Node Manager
Hi,
Have anyone faced an issue with starting Node Manager in OBIEE 11g (11.1.1.5.0)? OS is 64 bit Linux, WebLogic is 10.3.5. I used the software-install method and followed by running config.sh. Everything completed successfully. I updated the catalog and rpd location in the FMW control screen.
To get it activated I bounced services and when I try to start Node Manager it gives below error --

Please let me know if anyone have faced similar issue and what exactly did you do to resolve it.

Edited by: Cherrish on Aug 30, 2011 3:14 PMHi,
There are Two types of Cipher suites --- Certicom Cipher Suite and SunJSSE Equivalent Cipher Suite. And with Weblogic 10.3.5, you are using Sun JSSE Cipher Suite, and by default Node Manager uses the Certicom Cipher Suite.
In the nodemanager.properties, Add CipherSuite=SSL_RSA_EXPORT_WITH_RC4_40_MD5, save and restart Node Manager.

Using XSLT to extract value of a XML node with namespace
I have a XML source code here.

<description>A new and exciting opportunity exists for an experienced eCommerce Advisor to join</description>
<job:location PUReferenceID="3711">Sydney - Inner Suburbs & CBD</job:location>
</item>
</channel>
</rss>
I want to use XSLT to extract value of a XML node with namespace <job:location>, and the returned value should be string 'Sydney - Inner Suburbs & CBD'. I tried a few XSL code below, but failed with error or nothing was returned.
<xsl:value-of select="job:location" disable-output-escaping="yes"/>
<xsl:value-of select="job/location" disable-output-escaping="yes"/>
<xsl:value-of select="job\location" disable-output-escaping="yes"/>
<xsl:value-of select="location" disable-output-escaping="yes"/>
This might be an easy question for you, but I would appreciate if anyone can help.Hi Suncorp IT Learner,
We need to tell the XSLT that some elements are in another namespace. Copy the xmls declarations for the prefixes you need to use. Then use the xsl format as:
<xsl: value-of select=”job:location/@PUReferenceID”/>
In following issue, Chriztian has a good explanation:

Think M72e start windows 7 with usb stick inserted
I know in the scheme of things my M72e annoyance is pretty minor,but I am more curious than exasperated.
If I try to start the machine with a usb stick in any of the ports it won't boot into windows 7and I get a "No bootable partition in table" message and the machine just hangs there.
If I remove the usb stick and restart, it boots to windows 7 fine.
Obviously, i figured that the machine is trying to boot off the usb stick before the harddrive. So I went into the bios but there is no option to boot off the hardrive first.
I can press F12 and it gives me a one time option to boot off the hardrive but I don't want to have to do this everytime.
Anybody know why Lenovo in its wisdom hobbled the boot choices in the bios?

When I deploy an simple WS (summerizing 2 numbers) it is deployed fine and the WS is up and running.
Does anyone has experienced a similar problem? I want to expose the functionality of my BO methods in order to set up a small POC.
Can anyone please help?

How to avoid starting a page with line breaks?
Hello. I've just started to refine my Master's thesis and some of the topics moved up and down as I edited their contents. The problem is that in some cases the topic breaks right after the title, and the rest of the contents just move away to another page. Is there any way to avoid starting a page with line breaks or broken topics?
At the end of your title, you didn't inserted a line break but a paragraph break (carriage return).
Acivate the mode "Show hidden characters"
Select the carriage return (paragraph break)
Delete it
Press Shift + return to insert a true line break.
It may be useful to apply that several times if you inserted several carriage returns between the title and the first filled line.

Firefox application quits unexpectedly on various websites with no pattern. Part of the error message details reads "firefox-bin [770]"
It started happening this AM after I visited facebook and got an invite from someone I don't know. I didn't reply. Ever since, I can only browse Safari but for a few pages until it quits.
Please help.
Thank you.Run /Utilities/Console and click 'All Messages' top left - look for the entries around the quit times and see if they give any pointers why the apps are quitting ? If you're not sure what the lines mean copy and post (just those not the whole log) here.
There may also be some clues in /Library/Logs/Crash Reporter nameofapplication_date -
(Oracle Database 11g 11.1.0.6.0)
I just ran a test to continually insert child XML nodes into an XML table and found performance slow. As the documentation states, the reason appears to be because the entire XML is being read into memory each time as a DOM before the insert.
My question is whether there is a higher performing means of performing child node inserts?
The test is as follows:
i) Create a non-schema based XML type table:
CREATE TABLE myTable1 (
id NUMBER,
XML_COLUMN XMLType
XMLTYPE COLUMN xml_document store as binary xml
ii) The table is initialized with one row of data:
0, XMLTYPE('<trace-envelope>
<metadata>
<pid>12345</pid>
<date>2008-05-30</date>
</metadata>
</trace-envelope>')
iii) Insert/append successive XML data using the following statement:
UPDATE MyTable1 SET XML_COLUMN = APPENDCHILDXML(XML_COLUMN," +
"'trace-envelope', XMLType('" + traceData + "'))";
where 'traceData' is some new XML data for insertion. The view on the row then becomes (for example):
0, XMLTYPE('<trace-envelope>
<metadata>
<pid>12345</pid>
<date>2008-05-30</date>
</metadata>
<EP>
<priceDate>
2008-05-30
</priceDate>
</EP>
</trace-envelope>')
iv) Continue appending successive child nodes.The only thing I currently can think of is maybe a negative impact of updating / re-balancing the index tree during appending in the XMLType OR structure.
