How to uninstall Adobe Drive 4 for CS6 for Mac

I have Adobe CC on my system and also Adobe Drive 4.2 from CS6 time for some reason. adobe Drive was not removed when I removed CS6. The Adobe Drive 4.2 run fine at this time.
Now I want to uninstall Adobe Drive 4 from my Mac (running OSX 10.8.4), so I got to /Utiliies/Adobe Installer/Uninstall Adobe 4 and click to run it. The uninstaller won't run
I tried to go to /Library/Application Support/Adpbe/Adobe Drive 4 folder then click Uninstall Adobe Drive 4 from there. It won't run either.
So I'm stuck with Adobe Drive 4 and is there a method or way to remove it from my system manually?
I have tried Adobe Clean Tool but Adobe Drive 4 is not list there.
I tried to reinstall Adobe Drive 4 but it fail due to

The {C3BC3DF1-83AB-4808-A672-474E15340D4B}.app is not available in /Library/APplication Support/Adobe/Uninstall folder
Can any expert here help me get Adobe Drive 4 out of my system MANUALLY please. So that I can reinstall Adobe Drive 5. It fail to install and ask me to remove Adobe Drive 4 first.

Hi, and sorry that the uninstaller is having this problem there.
We haven't seen this problem internally, and would like to learn more about it so we can provide you with the best workaround.
Have you already tried using Apple's Disk Utility to repair permissions on that disk? If you haven't already, that's worth doing first before trying the steps below.
Here's one possible solution that could be faster than manual steps:
(1) install at least one qualifying CS6 app, if you have already replaced them all with CC versions. I believe not having a qualifying CS6 app is why your re-install of 4.2 failed earlier.
(2) re-install Adobe Drive 4.2
(3) reboot, and then uninstall Adobe Drive 4.2
In step 1, the qualifying CS6 app (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) can be in trial mode, but you shouldn't even need to launch it after installing it.
Did AD 4.2 uninstall successfully in step 3? If not, we'll dig deeper.

Help...Installing Mac X Tiger for first time.

I have been in the shadows running OS 9.2.2 refusing to jump on the OS X band wagon. Well, all that is about to change. I have one concern. I use Microsoft Outlook Express as my email client and I'm worried that installing Tiger will wipe out all my very important emails. I was hoping to back up my emails but outlook wont let me save them off the program. Will Tiger delete all my emails or is there a way to save them?

Did you tell him you had an Intel Mac or just a Mac? If the former then you were misinformed by the person. If the latter then you didn't provide sufficient information so they thought you meant any non-Intel Mac.
Do you have two gray label DVDs that should have come with the computer? They will say OS X Installer Disc One and OS X Installer Disc Two. If you don't have these you need to contact the seller and have him/her send them to you. They should come with the computer and you are entitled to them.
You can return the version of Tiger you purchased and have your money refunded. Just explain that you thought it would work on an Intel Mac and now realize that's wrong. Or tell them the sales person misinformed you.
Unless you have the installer discs that come with the computer you cannot reinstall OS X. If you cannot get the discs from the eBay seller then you will have to call AppleCare and see about purchasing replacements.

Unfortunatley it doesn't work. In my ~/Library/Preferences there is no Macromedia, no Flash Player and no www.macromedia.com/bin/connectaddin.

On my 10.7.5 machine, it is located Users/<profile name>/Library/Preferences/Macromedia/Flash Player/www.macromedia.com/bin/adobeconnectaddin/adobeconnectaddin.app
Please make sure all your browser windows are closed. You may also have to enable the hidden files.

I would like to uninstall Adobe Extension Manager CS4 from my Mac, but so far I haven't been able to find any answers on how to do this properly (or at all.) I've successfully uninstalled all CS4, CS5 and CS6 applications; I also ran the Adobe CS4 Clean Script, to no avail.
I am trying to reclaim space (I only use Creative Cloud) and reduce clutter on my system.

Dear kind, knowledgable Adobe Staff member-
As a user of SEVERAL Adobe products, I am really NOT loving the fact that there is NO CLEAR answer that I can find here (OR even in doing a Google search) for how to completely REMOVE/UNINSTALL Adobe Digital Editions 3 (for Mac)...and there are a couple/few UNanswered Adobe Communities posts (such as this one) asking this SAME question!
If you're going to create an installer for the MacOS platform (which does NOT have the built-in Winblows uninstall "feature"), then PLEASE DO either include a uninstaller tool (either installed during the install process, built into the installer as an option, OR have clear, official, and easily accessible step-by-step instructions on how to do this!
You've lost ANY shot of my returning to ADE software by not having these features...please do help me re-instill some "faith" in your company's responsiveness to the current LACK of support that I am experiencing in attempting to remove this unwanted software from my computer!

I DO very much appreciate the swift effort at attempting to help...but that is NOT a working resolution for me.
1) As I was very clear on in my OP and title, I am seeking assistance with uninstalling Adobe Digital Editions 3 (for Mac)...
2) BECAUSE Adobe is distributing this software as an "installer", I am not even going to begin to trust simply deleting the Adobe Digital Editions 3 app from my applications folder...no way! I want to thoroughly remove ALL TRACES of this application (EVERYTHING that was installed by the installer, or later by the application itself, onto my computer. Simply deleting the app fro my my applications folder will NOT be sufficient to achieve this goal.
3) As the name would suggest (and the step-by-step instructions would collaborate, the CC Cleaner Tool is only for Creative Cloud installation and removal problems (and to the very best of my knowledge, Adobe Digital Editions is certainly NOT a CC program.)
"A" for effort, but not so much on providing a relevant/working Adobe Digital Editions 3 (for Mac OS) uninstall/removal suggestion(s)...STILL looking for a working solution!

hello.   hey, thanks very much for writing back. i got some good info with a search or two. (info about what regedit is and what corresponds to it in OS X -- regedit allows you to edit "preference" keys for individual programs, OSX's equivalent for these keys are the .plists in User & System: Preferences and Application Support)
what i ended up doing was uninstalling Premiere Pro (not the suite, just PPro).   Then i deleted a few preference files:
from User /Preferences/Adobe:
com.adobe.AdobePremierePro.plist
com.Adobe.Premiere Pro.5.0.plist
and from System Preferences:
the file: Adobe Premiere Pro Prefs
and..
/.../Premiere Pro/5.0/...
AMEPrefs.xml     (i noticed that there's also a preference file in Media Encoder's own folder so i didn't sweat this one)
Debug Database.txt
Placeholder Preset.epr
PostEncodeCmds.pref
PresetCache.xml
Trace Database.txt
NOTE:
of course i don't know if deleting any files beyond the 2 .plist files in User Prefs was necessary, but... it seems to have worked.
I then reinstalled Premiere Pro CS5, and fired up an old project and i've got playback of HD and DV files, and snappy editing and rendering, so hopefully i'm good to go.   I'm just going to stick with v5.0.0 because i actually don't remember ever having any trouble with it, and i don't remember v5.0.4 adding anything i was 'missing' or 'needed'
hopefully, this thread will be useful for any future folks that run into trouble - and it's got a solution for both Windows and OS X

Does anyone know how to do this? I assumed the install process of the update would uninstall the older version. It did not. I cannot find how to uninstall Adobe 8 now. Your help is appreciated. I have a Mac OS X Version 10.4.11.

Most files that are used by applications are stored in their respective folders. With few exceptions, deleting them will delete 99% of the application. The only thing left over are very small files such as preferences...etc. that won't take up space or hurt anything.
If you want to get rid of them, check in the application folder before you delete it for an uninstaller. Some apps have it, some don't. I believe 8 may have one if I remember correctly. There will still be some folders that need to be manually deleted after you are done.

Windows or apple it makes no difference, if you don't have the install discs you can't install.
Did you buy the machine with Adobe (you don't say what adobe program you're talking about) installed? If so the vendor should have given you the discs or else it's technically a pirated copy. If you're talking about acrobat (which is free) then you should be able to find older versions on the adobe site.
