I had some problems with ITunes and had to uninstall but now when I reinstall iTunes after I click on download iTunes and save the File, I get this message"Thank you for downloading iTunes" and nothing else happens. I don't see any thing else. Now not sure what else I have to do.

Did you have previous versios of Outlook before you installed 2013?

i couldnt update my itune as it was coming up with a warning message so i uninstalled it and now it wont let me re install it? when i hit download off apple website it goes to thank you for downloading itunes but it didnt download.

After Photoshop Elements quit working for the second time in three months, I uninstalled it and now cannot get it to reinstall from the disc. Nothing happens when I insert the disc. All I can do is look at the folders and files and see nothing that tells me how to start the installation. Clicking "open with Auto play" gives me irrelevant options, view photos, share, etc. I'm running Windows 8. This program has worked, although buggy, for the past year.

I have attempted to install iTunes multiple times but to no avail. I have installed every file, and followed every instruction on the support pages. I click download, and it takes me directly to the "Thank You for Downloading" page without doing anything. I am running it on FireFox, and I have tried with Internet Explorer, neither have worked. Perhaps try downloading and saving a copy of the installer to a different PC. (If you're on a 32-bit Windows system, try to download on a different 32-bit Windows system.) Copy the iTunesSetup.exe installer to an external hard-drive, or a large-enough thumb drive or burn it to a CD-R. Carry the installer back to your PC, copy the installer to your hard drive. (Don't run the install from the ExHD, thumb or CD-R.) Start the install by doubleclicking the iTunesSetup.exe file.

It has downloaded into your download folder. Find it in your downloads and click on it to install itunes.
