Someone might remind those nice people at Openreach. What is BT's position on this?

Openreach don't own the 'lines'... The PSTN is owned by the BT Group Plc... They created a Company, called Openreach to maintain that Network, but they don't own it...
That's what gets me when people say Openreach should be separated from the BT Group Plc, to do what? You'd have 20,000+ employees with nothing to do, they wouldn't even be able to drive anywhere because the vans they drive are leased to them by BT Fleet......

HT1751 When trying to reinstall my files from itunes back up on new hard drive It states that I do not have permissions to those files & access is denied

I backed up my itunes folder to my external hard drive.I then replaced my hard drive in my pc & installed windows 7 64 bit on the new hard drive. I reinstalled iTunes & and logged in & all my cloud purchases apperared. All my other music on the external hard drive is my problem. When I just try to open the file it states that I don't currently have permission to access this folder. I have tried to to take possesion of it & change the permissions but it keeps saying access is denied. I tried to drag it in to iTunes but it says I do not have permission. I am pulling my hair here because I have a lot of music that I cannot get to. I am so afraid that I am going to lose it all, I need help!! Please!!!!

Have a customer who advises as per the discussion title :-
When trying to project video from their Win 7 laptop, the CTS1300 TP unit states that the resolution is too high
It has worked fine up until the upgrade to Windows 7
Customer advises colleagues can connect and project OK at another site, using Win7 laptop, however that site uses CTS3010 and CTS1000 and, as yet, it is unconfirmed which they used to test on
I could raise a case with TAC but wondered if anyone knows of any issue with Windows 7 and the CTS1300

I've had issues with Win7 laptops before, but it all depends on the model of the laptop, and what it's display is capable of, and whether the end user is using it in desktop extension / duplication / remote only mode, etc.
In most cases, switching it to the 2nd screen only mode fixes the issue, and worst case, rebooting it while it's set this way, and it's connected, fixes the problem.
So, from my expereince, it's pretty well always a problem wtth the laptop/user, and very rarely (if ever) a problem with the TelePresence device.

"The issue you have reported may be caused by your iTunes folder or a folder inside of it having incorrect permissions.

I followed the advice under "Advanced Terminal Section" It did not resolve the problem. I tried to follow the create new music folder solution but I did not have enough available space! I then restarted my computer twice. The first time didn't help and the second time iTunes started downloading when I opened iTunes... so, not sure if my computer also needed a boot up it's PCU after doing the Terminal, but it helped. LOL

You need to have a Database Link between two servers. Then you could do execute that statement without any problem. Try to create a database link with the help of
CREATE DATABASE LINK command. Refer Document for further details

What OS on the computer you are using to setup the TC?
Did you turn on ipv6 for wireless to link-local... this is essential for network access now??
Try power cycling the network.. start up in correct order.. uverse.. 2min wait.. TC.. 2min wait.. computer.
No luck factory reset and start over. Use ethernet cable as well to the computer to help it.

We have set up a new Operating Unit in Oracle Apps. Now when I am trying to create a new Customer in that Operating Unit, I am receiving following error:
ERROR MESSAGE:-Please set the Receivables system options for this operating unit and ensure that the MO: Operating Unit profile option is correctly set with an operating unit that is set up in Receivables.
We do have MO: Operating Unit and MO: Default Operating Unit set properly at Responsibility level for the Responsibility through which I am accessing this form.

The message has been placed in your Outbox. Now when I go to the outbox I can not access it. It is like it's locked. She has and IPad version 1. Any help would be appreciated.

If you can't use the mail app now - if it is frozen - quit the app and restart the iPad.
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close mail by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. I also have Jolly's problem. I found the iMovie 9.0.9 folder and tried to launch the older version of iMove. It would not launch. I removed all of the iMovie preferences from the Preferences folder, removed iMove 10 from the applications folder, and restarted my Mac. iMove 9.0.9 still won't launch and I can't access my videos created with the older version of iMovie. Is there a way to uninstall iMovie 10 and reinstall iMovie 9.0.9?

If you are getting a message that it hasn't been backed up for a certain time period, and you exit the alert and access your iPad, reset it by holding the power and home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, then release.

How do I verify computers that access my account?

I received a notice on my iPhone that my account had been accessed by "MacBook". The problem is I have never owned one. I have an old iBook. I deauthorized all computers associated with my account and am logging back in those that we still use. I'm looking for a list of the computers associated with my account but cannot find one. It is located in the iTunes app on a Mac or PC in the account information.
Those emails usually instruct you to call Apple if you did not associate that computer with your account. Did this one not state that? Or could this be a phishing scam?
