I am getting the following error:
Adobe Premiere Elements
We have detected an incompatible display driver. To get a better and faster playback performance, please update your display driver.

How do I update this????
This happens when I try to go into my project file.....

The usual drill is to check the information about the video card driver at the web site of the manufacturer of the video card.
If the page information matches what you have, you might want to check the Intel web site and click on "automatically detect and update drivers and software" before the do it yourself tracking the HD Graphics 4600.
http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/highlights/graphics/4cp-hd4600gfx
I suspect your card driver is up to date, but best check. Then we will go into the action of deleting the BadDrivers.txt file for Premiere
Elements 11.
Local Disc C
Program Data
Adobe
Premiere Elements
11.0
and in the 11.0 Folder is the BadDrivers.txt file that you delete. Be sure to have Folder Option Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives active so that you can see the whole path to the BadDrivers.txt file.
We will be watching for your results.
Thanks.

  • Update intel hd graphics driver for hp pavillion p6210y desktop

I can no longer view some youTube in full screen.I hane nto had this issue before. I did all suggested: Updated Adobe (all products) and disabled hardware acceleration. The last recommendation is to Update the Intel HD Graphics drivers and I don't know how. I know almost nothing about computers (I should say I know nothing). Is there someone who can assist me?

    Hi:
The product specs page for your PC indicates it comes with a NVidia graphics adapter, not an Intel one.

  • X1 Carbon 3rd.gen Chrome crashes on Youtube videos after Intel HD Graphics Driver 10.18.14.42 update

    Hi!
Chrome crashes at Youtube videos after Intel HD Graphics Driver 10.18.14.4206 update on Lenovo X1 Carbon 3rd.gen. Since the driver update yesterday, laptop starts suddenly to overheat enormously and become super-noisy as soon as I try to open a Youtube video , no matter on Youtube page, or a external provider with embded youtube video. Chrome becomes unresponsible and has to be terminated. Laptop continues to use fan at extreme level for abot 20 more seconds and then cools down. IE plays youtube videos without problem and all the other videos from Facebook i.e. are playing. Tried original and also Beta version of Chrome, which doesn't help.
    Kind regards,Daniil

Hey guys, T450s user here. I think I found an even better workaround for this issue without having to disable hardware acceleration and lower the performance of Chrome as a whole. After long trial and error I found the that driver-related issue is generally narrowed-down to HTML5 acceleration for video playback. By installing the following Chrome Extension I was able to revert YouTube back to the old Flash-based YouTube player and now even 4K playback is absolutely stellar on my T450s running the latest .4222 driver directly from Intel's site! https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24964/Intel-Iris-Iris-Pro-and-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-8-1-64-bit This is of course by no means a fix of any kind but I think it is the best workaround that we have to this date without having to sacrifice performance in Chrome as a whole. Try it out guys! https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/disable-youtube-html5-pla/enmofgaijnbjpblfljopnpdogpldapoc?utm_source=chrome-app-launcher-info-dialog

  • Intel 3000 Graphics driver from windows update failing to install. Error 800F0244

Hi all, So an update has come through windows update for my embedded graphics which is an Intel HD 3000. Problem is the update keeps failing. Tried restarting and nothing changed. I ended up jumping on to the Windows Forums and seems like this problem has just started to pop up for quite alot of users and no solution yet. This is what the windows website says for the Error : SPAPI_E_SIGNATURE_OSATTRIBUTE_MISMATCH0x800F0244 The software was tested for compliance with Windows Logo requirements on a different version of Windows, and may not be compatible with this version. So was wondering if anyone else had this problem and if anyone found a solution?

Hi Everyone , So after a few minutes of digging around this is what I found. This is the driver version that is failing for intel HD 3000. ( 9.17.10.4229 )     So I thought I'd check the driver on the Intel site, to see if it was the latest, which it was .. (9.17.10.4229)    And this is the driver currently installed for my HD 3000... and as noted its  ( 9.17.10.4229 )   SO its seems this problm is a windows update issue and the most current driver is available through intels website. No need to stress, jump onto the intel downloads page and download the latest one if you havent already, This is a link to the  32Bit Driver https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24970/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-8-1-32bit  Heres the link for the 64Bit https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24971/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-64-bit As for the windows update one, hide that update as clearly something isnt right and surely MS will patch it soon enough! Hoped this helped

  • ThinkPad 8 - Intel HD Graphics driver update ?

The only video driver provided is http://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc/pccbbs/mobiles/gtha02ww.txt version 10.18.10.3408 by Jan 2014. Intel offers generic driver https://downloadcenter.intel.com/search?keyword=Intel%C2%AE+HD+Graphics+for+Intel%C2%AE+Atom%E2%84%A2+Processor+Z3700+Series version 10.18.10.4176 but the installation fails with error message that the device uses a customized OEM driver and can not be updated. Is there any Lenovo updated driver ? I got few BSODs GRAPHICS_DRIVER_TDR_TIMEOUT recently related to the driver.

It looks like Intel released a new update (4226) just a couple of days ago, I took a look at the igdlh.inf changes and it looks to be very close to the Lenovo configuration, so I'm giving it a try with good success so far. No stability issues and power consumption might be just a tiny bit improved (.1W or so less?) Differences appear to be:- New TiledDisplay internal setting, enabled by default- TrayIcon enabled by default (easily turned off)- Diagnostics tab disabled in igfxcui (non-issue)- Additional game workarounds for Halo2, etc. Halo on the TP8!? :-) Use device manager to install just the igdlh.inf in the Graphics\ directory of the Intel zip, no need for the other stuff. 64-bit: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/downloads/eula/24973/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-8-1-64-bit?httpDown=http%3A%2F%2Fdownloadmirror.intel.com%2F24973%2Fa08%2Fwin64_153336.zip 32-bit: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/downloads/eula/24972/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-8-1-32-bit?httpDown=http%3A%2F%2Fdownloadmirror.intel.com%2F24972%2Fa08%2Fwin32_153336.zip

  • Power Map causes Intel HD Graphics Driver to crash or Blue Screen (BAD_POOL_HEADER)

    Hello,
I have a user who is attempting to use Excel 2013's Power Map Add-in, however, he had this to say:
"I can regionally map counties without an issue, but the Zip Code mapping is
always giving me problems. It may be because there are so many zips in the
    state."
He is using a Lenovo 440p laptop with Windows 7 Professional x64 and I have already updated his Intel HD graphics driver using the official driver tool from Intel, has well
as Lenovo's driver update software. Also, here are some screenshots below. Are there plans for a hotfix or can someone advise on a solution? Thank you.

same problem here, easily shows column, bubble or heat map but crashes every time when I choose region map. Trying to draw 64 countries and one single value column on a world map. any solutions?

  • Compatibility of Intel HD Graphics Driver for HP Pavillion p6330f

In order to run Microsoft's Movie Maker 2 software, it requires the Intel HD Graphic Driver Version 8.15.10.2555 released on Oct 19, 2011.  My Pavillion p6330f is a Product No. AY022AA#ABA and its Serial Number is {Personal Information Removed}.  It currently has the Intel HD Graphics 8.15.10.2119 driver released on April 21, 2010 installed.
My question is whether or not this updated driver would be compatible in my p6330f that has 6 GB of RAM and a 1 GB system drive.
The salient features of this driver are:
    1.  It is compatible with the Intel Core i3 Processor
    2.  The Intel B43, G41, G43, and G45 Chipsets
    3.  It requires at least 1 GB of RAM
I belive my system meets all of these requirements but Intel cautions that HP may have made some modifications that would render this driver non-functional.
What is the verdict?  Can I use this driver in order to run Movie Maker 2 on my p6330f?
    Thank you.

    Hi:
    I don't know.
If there is no disable onboard video setting in the BIOS, then the onboard video will be automatically disabled when you install the new video card.
None of my HP business desktops have a disable onboard video setting.
I have installed a video card in every one of them and the onboard video was automatically disabled and I was good to go.
What you do need to do before installing a new video card is this:
    1. Turn on the PC, go into the device manager.
    2. Click to expand the Display Adapters setting
    3. Right click on the Intel HD display adapter
    4. Select uninstall and if there is an uninstall driver box to check, check that box
    5. You will be prompted to restart the PC.  DO NOT restart the PC.
    6. Instead, shut down the PC, unplug it, press the power button to drain any residual power from the system board.
    7. Install the new video card and then install the driver for it after you are back into Windows.
PS: Old habits die hard.  Make sure you connect your monitor cable to the new video card.

  • Lenovo g570 - problems after updating intel hd graphics

    Hello!
I think i came across a small bug. Don't know for sure which software is to blame, but i think it's the Lenovo Energy Management's  fault.
I bought a lenovo g570, with intel integrated graphics driver. Installed w7 64 sp1, drivers from DVD. After a while windows update popuped with intel hd graphics new driver. After installing it, the brightness indicator (the thing that pops up when u change the brightness from the keyboard) got stuck at level 2 even if the display brightness was changing.
After 2 days i changed my mind and installed w7 32 sp1  after finding out it was a bit pointless to have it these days when lots of programs are running on 32bits. The same thing happened on this windows. The brightness indicator got stuck.
The mind**bleep** thing (or not) is that after reverting to the old graphics driver, everything was working ok and the brightness indicator got unstucked.

Same here in Lenovo G 470, I have tried three times installing and rollbacking, but the problem still remains same.
Actually before updating graphic driver if you keep your brightness indicator at 'x' level, then after updation, it will always stuck at the 'x' level, although the brightness is changing.
But I think it is not a serious issue if everything else is working file, So you could keep your driver updated.

i need update Intel HD Graphics 3000 384 MB from my macbook pro 13", but i don't know how

    Hi p,
If you mean software, go to the Apple menu and select Software Update.
If you mean the actual hardware GPU, that is soldered onto the logic board and is not upgradeable.

  • Intel HD Graphics Driver Update

I have an HP Pavillion g7 Notebook with Radeon HD 6470M graphics. I was prompted to udate the graphics driver through HP assistant. I have downloaded it 3 times and each time it will not install. When it gets to the install part it gives me a warning that my internet security is shut off and then gives me an installation failure. If I go to the AMD website to get the update it says I have to do it through the manufacturer of my laptop. Anyone know why I cannot install this update?
    This question was solved.

    Hi:
You should ignore any Microsoft updates or ANY update (from HP, Microsoft or AMD) for the Intel video in your PC.
The only driver you can install in your notebook is the AMD driver from your notebook's support and driver page, which also installs the Intel video driver.
The problem is happening because these auto updates don't know that you have switchable graphics and it is detecting an older version of the Intel video driver and wants to install a newer version.
The problem is the AMD driver on your PC's support and driver page only supports the older Intel video driver and trying to install it will either not work or will mess up your video.
Nor can you use any driver directly from AMD. None of those have the Intel driver needed for the switchable graphics to work.
So, you can hide the update, ignore the update, whatever setting you need to select to not see or install it.
If you see an HP update specifically for the AMD/Intel switchable graphics in your notebook, you can install that.

  • Unable to update Intel HD graphics drivers on my new computer

    Hi,
I just recently bought a desktop HP Pavilion PC with Windows 8 64-bit which includes an Intel HD Graphics card but when I try to download the latest driver for my graphics (version 15.33.18.64.3496) on Intel's site it says I need to download it from PC manufacturer.
When I search for this update either on HPs site or using HP Support Assistant, it is not appearing so I cannot download it. This is causing me to run games in 'fair' graphics to lower the framerate and the games all say i need to update my video card.
    Please help, growing frustrated!!
P.S. i've now upgraded to Windows 8.1 but still not resolved the issue.
    Thanks,
    Admurphy85

Thank you for the additional information.
I normally recommend a PSU with at least 500W.  However, 600W is better for future upgrades.  Here is a Corsair PSU that will do a good job.  Corsair makes enthusiast quality products for a good price.  It is best to measure the existing PSU to assure that the new one will fit.
As for video cards, I like XFX, EVGA, Sapphire and PNY in that order.  I came to these preferences from being on many enthusiast/gamer forums over the years.  You should pick a video card and get the measurements.  Then, make a template the same size and to see if it will fit into the space provided.  You should add at least one inch if the card has extra power connector/s.  Normally, a card in the range of 9" to 9.5" will work fine.  Newegg is a good place to shop for cards.  Their specifications are more complete than other etailers.  It would be good if you find a card.  Post a link and I will review it for you.

  • Intel HD Graphics driver on Yoga 2 Pro fails after Windows 10 upgrade

Yoga 2 Pro. Everything working fine under Windows 8.1. Upgraded to Windows 10 RTM version. Intel HD Graphics device failed, message in Device Manager is "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)". Installed the latest Windows 10 driver for Yoga 2 Pro from the Lenovo support site (driver dated 7/15/2015). This did not fix the problem. Interestingly, the first time I installed the driver from the support site (I tried it twice), I received a message stating "I already have a newer version of the driver installed". I chose to overwrite/install anyhow, as this was the supported driver from Lenovo. In addition, the Intel Graphics Control Panel (that installed with the driver) fails to come up as well. Is this a known problem? Is there anything else to try? How do I determine exactly which version of Intel HD Graphics I have (there seems to be many versions listed on Intel web site).

    cdsmith22 wrote:
Update:  I've not had stability when using the Windows 8.1 driver on my Yoga 2 Pro running Windows 10.  The Intel HD Graphics Family driver shows "Working Properly" after first reverting back to the Windows 8.1 driver and the Micro-HDMI port works initially.  At some point though, I end up with the device showing disabled and I'm also having Audio issues.   I decided to upgrade the BIOS which went OK (upgraded from Kona BIOS Version 76CN31WW to Version 76CN43WW).  Then I re-installed the Windows 10 Intel HD Graphics Family driver from the Lenovo website (Version 10.18.15.2040 showing a data of 7/15/15 on the website but 6/16//15 once installed).  However, the driver shows disabled as not working properly so I'm not happy. I'll continue to consider purchasing a support option but figure it'll only reap an apology and perhaps some information confirming the problem but I expect paying for support won't result in a working Windows 10 driver any sooner.  I'm not aware how to report a problem like this to Lenovo without paying them to hear about the trouble they're causing me.Let me stop you from wasting your money.  I too had the problem you described.  What I made sure of was that once I installed that 8.1 driver, and in my case, the one dated March 2014, I went into Windows Update and disabled automatic updates.  That is where it kept getting updated for me.  That was a week ago and still have stability using the old driver. Hope this helps.  Intel needs to make a stable Windows 01 driver like yesterday.

  • T420s not getting Windows 7 Aero effect with newest 8.15.10.2769 Intel HD Graphics driver

Updated with the lenovo update tool to the newes Graphics driver.
Now i do not see the Aero effect in Windows 7.
My Machine: 4170CTO with Intel Graphics
When running the Win7 Aero effect troubleshooting tool it says that the "color depth is set too low".
When trying to open up the Intel graphics panel it will not show the GUI.
Opening the Lenovo ThinkVantage tool it will not show on the screen as well.
    And the PC is slower.
I am happy to roll back to a previous driver version, however do not know how to get access to one.
    Thanks, R.

    Hey Robohofo,
I'm glad you were able to fix your computer, though its never fun to have to do a Clean wipe to get an issue fixed. Though I know this is late maybe if you come across this issue again one other thing you could do is Un-install the driver and then Re-install it.
    Best Regards,
    Hiro
