Update Screen with the updated entries?

I have create a simple interface where user can see the entries that are in the tab view.
I have a delete button where once pressed, LOV will pop up and allow the user to choose which entry they wish to delete.
When the user has selected the entry, it will be deleted from the db.
Now my question is: how can I update the screen such that the screen will show the updated entries in the db.

the problem is that the entries are already shown on the screen... in a tab view.
Hence, the button allows a lov to pop up for user to select which one to delete.
I have added the commit but it doesn't refresh. I have to manually click on the next and previous entry button to see the newly updated screen.
So is there a way to refresh the screen without doing the manual refreshing?

I've updated and restored my ipod touch. But when i turn it on, it stays frozen on the screen with the apple icon and the loading bar. How do i fix it?

I went to update my ipod touch and it said it may take an hour. so i left it plugged in over night. in the morning the ipod was frozen. it had the apple logo and the loading bar. i reset the ipod and it stays at the same screen. i just restored it, reset it again, and restart my computer, but everytime it turns on it stays on that screen with the logo and loading bar. how do i fix it?

Were all the apps bought under the same Apple ID? For example if a husband and wife share the same computer but have different apple ID's what he buys won't play on her iPad and vice versa. However if they shared the same Apple id for both devices then any compatible apps would transfer and work on both.

IF RESET DOESN'T WORK, FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port. Do not release button until you see picture of iTunes and plug (very important)
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note: Data will be lost

TS1702 I downloaded the update to ios6 on my I-pad 3. Now it won't do anything. Just a blank screen with the apple icon and a horisontal bar. Won't turn off either

Last night i was downloading the new update for the Iphone, and after the download was done and trying to install, it errored out. And now my phone is stuck on the screen with the itunes icon and the USB.

Last night i was downloading the new update for the Iphone4 on my laptop through Itunes. After the download was done, it was starting to install, and then an error came up and didnt get a chance to check it. Now my Iphone is stuck on the screen with the USB pointing to the Itunes Icon and wont do anything else. Any advice on how to get this fixed, or do i need to go to the Apple store and have them look at it.

as ar as I know, voicemails aren't stored on your iPhone, your carrier saves them.

Using his article will erase everything on the device, so make sure you have a backup!

The following support article is somewhat outdated. Where it refers to booting from an installation disc, you should boot from your recovery partition (if running 10.7 or later) by holding down the key combination command-R at the chime.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
If your problem persists get yourself a micro USB cable (sold separately), you can restore your Apple TV from iTunes:
Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
Reconnect the power cable (only for Apple TV 3)
Open iTunes.
Select your Apple TV in the Devices list, and then click Restore.
(You may already have a micro USB cable if you have a camera or other digital device)

I download a suggested "update" from the App Store for my iPhoto yesterday. Now when I try and open my iPhoto, I get a grey screen with the rotating circle icon in the middle......that just keeps rotating. Ergo, it won't open!!! Before the "download" all was fine in Heaven & Earth....now, I'm a little peeved.
Anyone have a suggestion?

No need to be wary of iPhoto updates however it is a good idea to follow the instructions when updating. I haven't updated iPhoto from the App Store before however it should not be much different than doing a DVD update. Here are instructions on updating the library:

If i try to turn the phone on, it keeps telling me to connect to iTunes. Once I do, it asks me to restore, i click restore, but it keeps on freezing at the screen. What is the problem? iOS updates can take a while, try back in an hour or so. My iPad took half an hour for an incremental update. And that was on a fast home WiFi.
