updated to the 6.1 last week. I have a app for a local news paper that I pay a monthly fee to read on line and now since the update I have to sign in every time I read a diffrent article. What changed?

Has the app in question been updated to the latest version?
Has the app developer been contacted?
What troubleshooting, if any, has been tried?

The use of WEP is not recommended for compatibility, reliability, performance, and security reasons; WEP is insecure and functionally obsolete. Any reason you're using WEP? I ask, because you might as well not have any security at all, & this is most likely your issue.

Without access, you're gonna have to wait until you reach the 5 authorized computer limit, then you can de-authorize all.

Since the new Lollipop install last week my Battery has been on constant drain... No background apps running and the batter will be dead by 11am with no usage... Is there a fix in place for this?

This new update has been horrendous I have uninstalled multiple application to try and fix the battery issues with no success. I have read on multiple forums that this was known issue prior to pushing out the update to Lollipop when will this be resolved? I have to now keep a portable charger with me at all times which is very inconvenient.

We wanttoi do all that we can to ensure that you are able to enjoy your Galaxy S 5! Thanks for posting the troubleshooting steps that you have already completed. May I ask how long ago, in days, did you complete the update? It typically takes about 3-5 days for the software to settle. If it has been longer than 5 days then I would suggest a factory reset and use the device for a day or two without installing any apps. Once you have done so, please retest and keep us posted.

When I lock the screen and turn it back on again I am asked to put in my apple I.D and password. Every time. I've had my iPhone for almost a year and this has never happened. It started doing this a few days ago. How do I make it go back to normal??

My 2nd hand phone was recently restored by a repairer due to issues beyond my control and now since the restoration the phone asked me for an icloud username and password of which I have never created. what can I do???

I need to activate my 2nd hand Iphone by entering the apple iD and password used to set up icloud. My problem is that I have never set up icloud. I purchased the phone off the original owner almost 12 months ago and have recently experienced problems which required repairing.
The repairer apparently had to delete my iD I used to login to itunes and now is asking for icloud email and password.
Can someone help me please?

The only solution is to contact the original owner. He will need to give you the info required. Apple will not help you circumvent the activation lock.

I have to re-enter my Apple ID Password every time I open iBooks

I am prompted to re-enter my Apple ID Password evertime I open iBooks on my iPad and iPhone. I tried signing out and in again to iTunes but it dd not help. This only started with upgrade to iOS 7.

It could be something that needs to be fixed by Apple since there are other reports. I don't use that feature on my 5s so I can't comment. I wouldn't think you have to enter your password over and over. And since there doesn't seem to be any documentation from Apple other than below from this URL, who knows.
Your fingerprint can also approve purchases from iTunes Store, the App Store, and the iBooks Store, so you don’t have to enter your password.
Also, see here which also mentions the issue and that Apple recognizes it as an issue to be fixed.

New battery run dead and now won't charge at all. Put in old battery and system runs fine just that battery is no good.

Old battery in MBP is testing bad so I purchased a new one. When I cycle the battery as soon as it totally drains down it will now not take a charge or even boot my computer with the cord plugged in. I have tried many many dif things to get it to run, so far nothing has worked. I put in the old battery and it boots right up.

At first my computer had issues. Once it go to sleep it will not back again. I dropped my laptop at apple store to fix it. After 10 days they returned my laptop saying they were no able to fix the problem so they replaced motherboard aiming if that might help. Acttually that didn't help.I had same issue again. I visited apple store again. This time they said they could fix, if I will allow them to format the harddrive. I said ok. They formatted it. It was working fine for few daysAfter few days compter is taking.even more than 15 min to shutdown. Now computer has another problem. It is being hang frequently like every 20'to.30 min.
I don't know what to do? I still have one month left on first year warranty. I have requested couple times to apple associates either to fix or replace or refund. They are showing me rude behavior. Contact Apple Customer Care - not Apple Care - Customer Support. Have your receipts handy and/or case numbers. Be patient, be calm, and tell your story just as you have here. I get the sense you are not in the US and don't have access to an Apple Store but are going to an independent shop. This makes using Customer Support all the more important. If phoning isn't viable, use registered mail.
Since time is running short, be prepared to purchase AppleCare to exennd your warranty 2 more years. Yes, you shouldn't have to do this, but it gives you added protection and more opportunities over the next 2 years to claim a replacement computer if you don't get one immediately. After dealing with a similar unhappy situation with a Mac in the late 1990s I finally got a replacement computer and reimbursed for the AppleCare policy.

As you can imagine this is very annoying. It says I am not connected to the internet and offers me a choice of nearby networks including mine and then asks for a password when I select it. Why does it do this with our new MacBooks (also with my son's brand new one) and not with the iPhone, iPad and older MacBook? They happily automatically connect to our network after entering the password just the once.

Sig, I appreciate you trying to be helpful. I have no idea what issues you were having or what issue exactly pgrounds has been having. Your assumption that everyone's set up is the same as yours is false however. There are many many documented WiFi issues that are a result of Lion installs. Many have been solved by 10.7.1 and 10.7.2. Others have been solved by a large variety of work arounds. Others have not had their issues solved yet.
I am one of those. I have an IT background, and I spent the better of five hours digging up workarounds and attempting all of them. For the benefit oh anyone who is having similar issues, I have posted links to all of those workarounds here. None of them worked in my case, but hopefully they will help pgrounds or others.
So, once again, if you have a new idea, I'd love to here it. But if it has already been posted in one of these links, it's not helpful, let it go.
