How do I upgrade my current sunscription in adobe form central?

    I am webmaster for a clients website. I used the Basic plan to test for the client. They are happy with the service
    and would like to upgrade to Premium.
    I had paid and set up the Basic account. If they purchase the upgrade does the account and forms remain unchanged?

    This is tricky. The account is attached to a specific Adobe ID and uses your credit card. If you upgrade the account it will just charge your credit card.
    Are they going to take over the Adobe ID? If so I suggest you have them change the password and change billing information to their own before doing the upgrade.

  • Forms central form and Ipad.

    Hi
    I have created a form in forms central ( paid subscription) and emailed the link to a colleague who wishes to use the form on her Ipad.
    My colleague can open the form and fill in the fields but is unable to select a file to attach to the form. On selecting  - select file- the ipad opens up the option to " Take photo or video or choose existing ". What needs to happen for the ipad to show the pdf's  available for upload.
    My colleague has adobe reader mobile on her Ipad.
    I have looked through forums but cannot get a clear answer.

    Unfortunately for now this is a limitation using iOS we are looking into.  At this time you can only attach image/video to the form in the attachment field on iOS.

  • I have a full creative cloud subscription, do I still have to pay for Forms Central?

    I have Acrobat XI as part of my Creative Cloud subscription, why or do I have to upgrade and pay for Forms Central too, this seems a bit harsh and greedy in my opinion. I am just a single user.

    On the trial period screen of Acrobat, please select 'License this software' and use your Adobe ID to license it.
    The subscription is linked to your Adobe ID.

  • Help downloading forms to PDF and it's not allowing me to upgrade to a Paid Account in order to do so since Form Central is ending.

    I need to download my forms as PDF. It says i need to update to a paid account. We have a paid account but under a different user name so i was going to upgrade my account. It takes me to the page with the message about Form Central ending. We know this but are using Form Central until we find another product. I must download these forms before changing systems AND need to send them to the sponsors.

    Because Adobe FormsCentral is retiring, we are no longer offering paid subscriptions. But we have been able to make exceptions to those of you who need to download your PDF forms. Please watch for private message from me.

  • Is Forms Central part of the Creative Cloud subscription?

    I have subscribed to Creative Cloud, I have also downloaded an used Forms Central desktop app. created a form, but when I want to publish it I am asked to upgrade/Subscribe now. So the question is, do I have any access to Forms Central publishing - collect responses online - or am I going to have to take out another subscription to be able to do that?

  • CANNOT PURCHASE FORMS CENTRAL UPGRADE

    I am having an extremely hard time purchasing the upgrade for Forms Central. At first I thought it was my credit card, but I literally have tried 3 different visas (some friends) and one MasterCard. I have checked and double checked my address and the credit card number and I can guarantee you alll my information is correct as I have tried to process the payment over a dozen times, literally.
    This is what I get every time:
    Error in Your Order
    We are unable to approve your transaction at this time.
    There are a number of reasons for order failure, among them errors in card number, expiration date, security code, or billing address, or an inaccurate email address. If you have verified your information and are still unable to place your order, please contact Customer Service and order by phone. Call (800) 585-0774 (U.S./Canada).
    When I talked with support the lady told me that dashes shouldn't be in the address space...so I took out dashes, still didn't work. She then looked further and told me "there must be something on Adobes end we can fix". She even entered all my information in for me twice and tried to process it over the phone...nothing. I used the same credit cards the same day to make purchases and phoned the bank to make sure there was no holds...there wasn't.
    Now all I get from Adobe support is, "enter your information again, it should work". then, "ok, well I will push this to the next level". I literally have been through the same loop twice each person not knowing what to do. Is there a number I can call or something....
    I then created a whole new account with all my personal information, and with a different credit card...it still didn't work. Is purchase not available in Canada? I am not computer illiterate, I am in charge of IT for our company and I am keying in the right info. I even collected our exact address from the credit card compant to make sure it was all the same.
    So far not impressed with Adobe's support process, the people are all very nice but it seems they just keep using their 24-48 hour wait time and then just looping me through it again. Its been 5 days and all I want to do is buy a product! Anyone know what number I can call to resolve this or a method so I can purchase this subscription?

    Does the billing address for your credit card also have a Norway address?  It looks like you were able to subscribe to Photoshop back in November.

    OK. Following instructions, I've uninstalled the old Flash Player and installed the right one, and videos are now playing. Thanks for pointing me to the other posts on this site. YouTube and other videos are now playing
    Some of the videos still play jerkily (they don't stream evenly). A few stream evenly once they've been allowed to buffer fully. (I think I'm using these terrms correctly.) Is this solely caused by low bandwidth, or is there something—an adjustment of some kind—that I can do with Flash Player to have online videos stream evenly, even from the moment I start them?
    As I mentioned, to bypass this uneven streaming while watching online, I download the videos and watch them usually using Quicktime Player 7.6.4. Still, they don't always play evenly, but for the most part do.
    I've just tested bandwidth and I'm told:
    5.63 Bbps Download speed
    0.63 Mbps Upload speep

    Hi;
    Basically you need to have a credit card and billing address in a country that FormsCentral is sold in.  You can use your subscription from anywhere, so you can purchase if you have a card/billing in a supported country and use in Singapore.

    You should review this FAQ which helps users purchase when they are in another country - the country that your AdobeID is associated with needs to be the same as the credit card and billing address, this FAQ describes how to fix it when that is not the case: http://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-2984

    It is a bad situation. Your credit card expired but you cannot change it because FormsCentral is retiring.
    Please consider moving your forms to JotForm right away. It takes a few minutes to do it using JotForm new Import Wizard:

  • If you cancel your Forms Central Subscription do you get a final cancel invoice?

    Since the Forms Central Service is being discontinued in July, I have cancelled my Subscription because I needed to find a new service. Did not want to start something and then have half my data on Forms Central and the remainder on the new service.
    I am being billed for an early termination fee (even though this service will no longer be offered) and for the prorated monthy charge for March.
    Is there a final Invoice that is sent for these charges?
    I have to reconcile my expense report for these charges with my Corporate Credit Card statement.
    This service was cancelled around March 6th, 2015.

    You cannot and need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if the article doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.
    Changing the rescue email address requires supplying two of the answers. They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
