The issue is happening as there are two different implementations of ServiceInterceptorFactory feature loaded by Classloader of Weblogic
i.e the weblogic.wsee.jaxws.spi.WLSServiceInterceptorFactory and com.sun.xml.ws.api.client.ServiceInterceptorFactory
Choose the relevant jar having the above class and add it to the classpath argument of the Server or add a filtering classloader
You could also package the relevant jar under web-inf/lib folder of your application and set prefer-inf-web-classes to true in the weblogic.xml file
Hope this solves the issue!!

Upgrading to weblogic 12c issue with JSF
Migrating to the Weblogic 12c faced so many issue with the shared class library. After fixing all the issue stuck with JSF and on google everywhere it was mentioned error happening due to multiple JSF version colliding.
My whole application works like a charm in 10.3.6 but same app not working after updating the spring 4 and hibernate 4.
This is the error I am receiving below errors ...

How to upgrade from weblogic 10.3.5 to 10.3.6
Hello I have been deployed three Weblogic domains across two Windows servers 2008 R2, one domain host oracle business intelligence publisher, one domain host JEE enterprise applications and one domain will host Oracle form and Oracle report.
My JEE applications are supposed to be deployed on WEBLOGIC 10.3.6 since the first thing I did was installed ORACLE BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE PUBLISHER following Oracle recommendation which is to run setup.exe enterprise install for new installation on the first Windows server and run setup.exe enterprise install scale out out on the second server,
I hoped the installer was installed weblogic server 10.3.6 but instead was installed WebLogic Server 10.3.5.0; The version Of BI_PUBLISher standalone I installed is 11.1.1.7.0, according the certification Matrix this version on Windows 2008 R2 is certified for Oracle JDK 1.6.0_35+ for WEBLOGIC 10.3.5.0 and Oracle JDK 1.7.0_07+ for weblogic 10.3.6 I do not underatnd why the installer installed Windows 10.3.5 rather than 10.3.6.
My question is can I upgrade to WEBLOGIC 10.3.6 and Oracle JDK 1.7.0_07+, if yes could you explain to me the procedure...check this Installing and Setting Up Oracle BI Applications

Where jdk or jrockit location is the directory that contains the bin folder.
For example:
setup.exe -jreLoc C:\jdk
UNIX and Linux
./runInstaller -jreLoc <jdk or jrockit location>
Note: If you are running the installer on a Linux machine that does not have the file /etc/oraInst.loc, the Specify Inventory Location screen will display. For information about this screen, see Section B.1, "Specify Inventory Location."

We run an iMac 3.4 GHz I7 in our church worship service; we have front screens and a stage display monitor ; we haven't upgraded to Mavericks because we heard about issues with multiple screens crashing. Has this issue been resolved? Now that we are 2 upgrades behind, I'm getting little concerned. Thank you!
Oh, well that was a whole other kettle of fish:
Oh the G4 I attempted to install iLife '08 before Lepoard was available. About the only thing that installed cleanly was iPhoto. I ended up reinstalling everything back to iLife '06, and then upgrading back to the current stable version of the iLife '06 version. I didn't attempt a reinstall until after I upgraded to Leopard.
When I did reinstall, I made a iLife '06 folder, copied all iLife apps into it, and upgraded. Seemed to work, except for the part where iMovie gets left behind and iDVD is only mostly functional.
When I installed on the other 2 machines, it was after installing Leopard and all upgrades. On those 2 machines, I didn't bother with the copy, I just moved everything to the iLife '06 folder I created, and did a fresh install.
I didn't have to do anything with the iPhoto Libraries, that I can recall.
I always do an upgrade, never an archive and install. I've never had a problem with this back to 10.1 or 10.2. -
NoClassDefFoundError after upgrading to Weblogic 8.1 sp2 to sp4
Hi ,
I have stuck in a problem where my application is using jco.jar file for SAP integration to my java application.
I have a java class "BAPI_IncentiveReport" in which it calls "addClientPool" that is in JCO class in jco.jar file but it is giving NoClassDefFoundError after i upgraded my Weblogic server 8.1 sp2 to sp4.
I have jco.jar under /opt/mspd/domains/mspdapps/lib as well as libjRFC11.jco,libjRFC12.jco and librfccm.so files there. I also tried by keeping them under my application WEB-INF/lib folder but it is giving me same error.

Upgrading the weblogic portal from 9.2 to 10.3
Can you please help me on the list of activities to be carried out in upgrading the weblogic portal from 9.2 to 10.3
If you are currently running Mac OS 9.2.x from your hard drive, you are already doing it. You should be able to download and run the appropriate firmware updater.

Probook 470 windows 8.1 upgrade to windows 10, any driver compatible issue?
Probook 470 windows 8.1 upgrade to windows 10, any driver compatible issue?
Hi,
First I assume there is a bluetooth module inside your computer.
If so please test to reinstall its driver. To get a driver for the device, you need to know the brand and model of your computer or your motherboard.
Generally computer manufacturers will provide all drivers for their computers on their website. Search with your computer model on manufacturer's website could help you get a proper driver. If failed, search your motherboard from its manufacturer instead
will also help.
After that, uninstall your bluetooth module from Device Manager and install the driver you just downloaded, reboot to see the result.
Please remember to mark the replies as answers if they help and un-mark them if they provide no help. If you have feedback for TechNet Support, contact [email protected] -
Has anyone with a new 2011 15" MBP upgraded to 10.6.8 with no issues?
I know any post here about 10.6.8 is probably someone with a problem. I'm still nervous about upgrading, but I do like to keep my devices updated. Has this gone smoothly for anyone? I want to be ready for Lion when released.
If I force a Time Machine backup just before the upgrade, and have issues, will it be a simple process to restore?
Thanks!ive had my 15"" macbook pro now just over 2weeks i upgraded to 10.6.8 without any issues thus far,
however if youre thinking of upgrading then cover your back and do a bootable backup using CCC or i use superduper just to be safe, unfortunately time machine backup is not bootable but only saves your files.
if you were going to use time machine then you would need to do a clean install using SL DVD and restore from time machine
using CCC or suoerduper would completely restore your system as its 1 for 1 copy -
Webservice issue from WLP 8.1 to WLP 10.3
Hi,
We are upgrading WLP 8.1 to WLP 10.3 webservices and other portal projects, we are facing the following problem and if any one help me in this issue urgently. Got struck in this issue at 3 days.
Issue:
====
1. Using upgrade wizard, converted WL 8.1 WSDL and webservice control file(JCX) files into WLP 10.3.
2. When I run the upgrade control file in WL 10.3 it is not working and not invoking the webservice call.
3. We are using style as 'rpc' in WSDL.
WSDL using "rpc"
==========
<wsdl:binding name="app__LookupBinding" type="tns:app_Request">
<soap:binding style="rpc" transport="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/http"/>
<wsdl:operation name="NDC_Citation_Lookup">
<wsdl:documentation>The operation has no documentation</wsdl:documentation>
<soap:operation style="rpc" soapAction="/tibco/SAPRFC/Starter/apppath" />
</wsdl:binding>
Webservice Control
==============
@ControlExtension()
@ServiceControl.HttpSoapProtocol()
@ServiceControl.Location(urls = {
"/tibco/SAPRFC/Starter/apppath"
@ServiceControl.SOAPBinding(style = ServiceControl.SOAPBinding.Style.RPC,
use = ServiceControl.SOAPBinding.Use.LITERAL)
@ServiceControl.WSDL(path = "app.wsdl",
service = "app__Lookup")
public interface AppControl extends com.bea.control.ServiceControl
Can any one throw up lights to solve this issue asap?
Thanks in Advance
Santhana.Finally worked. Thanks Deepshet. Thanks for your hint or clue in this issue.
Yes, I did re-generate the weblogic service control from wsdl on WL10.3 and new service control as follows:
Solution:
webservice Control:
=============
public void hello_World(java.lang.String NAME_arg,java.lang.String CITY_arg,javax.xml.rpc.holders.StringHolder GREETING_arg,javax.xml.rpc.holders.StringHolder STATUS_arg);
Page Flow Control
============
import javax.xml.rpc.holders.StringHolder;
StringHolder holder1 = new StringHolder();
StringHolder holder2 = new StringHolder();
helloworld.hello_World("your name", "city",holder1,holder2);
System.out.println("holder1 value is>>" + holder1.value);
System.out.println("holder2 value is>>" + holder2.value);
Note: Weblogic 8.1 upgraded Webservice control did not work properly in Weblogic 10.3. Don't upgrade webserice control from weblogic 8.1 to weblogic 10.3.
You need to regenerate the control in weblogic 10.3.
Note1: Oracle Weblogic development team, pls note this an issue or bug from upgrade Wizard at weblogic 10.3 -
4.2.2 upgrade from 4.1 and images location issue
I've just upgraded from 4.1 to 4.2.2, and am having an issue with the referenced location of the images directory (/i/) resources. I am running apex listener on weblogic server, and have copied the new images into the i.war that I use. I have an unusual reverse proxy situation where my base URL includes a path, i.e., https://www.my.website.com/mysite/ is the URL that the proxy returns to the user, so my APEX addresses look like https://www.my.website.com/mysite/apex/f?101:1:::::, and my image directory references get put together like https://www.my.website.com/mysite/i/image.jpg.
However, with the upgrade, one of the things that popped up was all of the datepickers in my application were changed to classic datepickers, which worked and displayed fine. When I change them to the new datepicker, the small calendar image doesn't show next to the field (red x), and when I look at the properties of the image, it's URL is https://www.mywebsite.com/i/asfdcldr.gif (no "/mysite/" path offset). ALL of the other images directory references seem fine, but not this. Has 4.2.2 changed how it composed the #HOST# when it's generating these new controls (same result when I make a datepicker from scratch)? Why do all of my other images directory references work? The only other problem that I'm seeing is that my charts no longer work, either. I used to have to hardcode my URL into the XML of the charts for them to work, but I don't see the URL referenced in the code anymore. Not sure if that's related, but that has always been an issue with my reverse proxy situation (I don't control the proxy server).
Thanks in advance for any light anyone can shed on this,
-warrenHi Warren,
+> The only other problem that I'm seeing is that my charts no longer work, either. I used to have to hardcode my URL into the XML of the charts for them to work, but I don't see the URL referenced in the code anymore. Not sure if that's related, but that has always been an issue with my reverse proxy situation (I don't control the proxy server).+
With APEX 4.2, we've changed how charts are initialized to be JavaScript only, and as part of the changes, we no longer expose the region source for charts. See *4.8 Updated AnyChart Flash Charts* in the APEX 4.2 Release Notes, here: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E37097_01/doc/doc.42/e35121/toc.htm#CACEJBCD. So it's no longer feasible to hardcode a reference to your URL in the region source for a chart. If you have a reverse proxy, the CGI environment variables REQUEST_PROTOCOL, HTTP_HOST, SERVER_PORT, and SCRIPT_NAME, have to be correctly set to the public facing web server and not to the internal forwarding connection. If you execute the following query in SQL Workshop on your APEX instance, do you see the settings for the public facing web server?
select owa_util.get_cgi_env('REQUEST_PROTOCOL'), owa_util.get_cgi_env('HTTP_HOST'), owa_util.get_cgi_env('SERVER_PORT'), owa_util.get_cgi_env('SCRIPT_NAME') from dual;Regards,

It works well in weblogic 11g, not sure whether there's any changes in weblgic 12c.
I'm appreciate if there's someone can help me on this issue.

</message-driven>Hi,
I debug the application, I found my @ViewScoped ManagedBeans, they're recreated after you click a button or select a item in combobox
Here is a piece of code:
@PostConstruct
public void resolveEntity() {
Object sEntity = FacesContext.getCurrentInstance().getExternalContext().getSessionMap().get("entity");
entity = (BctTbOportunidade) sEntity;
FacesContext.getCurrentInstance().getExternalContext().getSessionMap().remove("entity");
if (entity == null) {
entity = new BctTbOportunidade();
I use @postConstruct to get a entity from another page in sessionMap(I set a item from a table and use this method to modify a entity in a other page).
When I click a button or select a item in combobox in same page @PostConstruct method is called but values are lost. No Exceptions are thrown by server.
I found a artice written by BalluC that some versions of jsf 2.1 has this behavior The BalusC Code: The benefits and pitfalls of @ViewScoped
I already configured my web.xml to set false javax.faces.PARTIAL_STATE_SAVING
But this behavior continues.
The jsf version deployed in my weblogic 12c is 2.1.7. -
Solved: Upgrading JDeveloper/WebLogic/ADF - What are the steps?
Before installing the new JDeveloper, are there any best practices on upgrading that include WebLogic and ADF?
Thanks, KenShay,
Okay, that wan't quite the answer I was looking for. After looking through the docs as you suggested (two paragraphs weren't enough help), I found the following that meets my needs:
http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/middleware/upgrade/index.html
http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E12839_01/upgrade.1111/e10127/upgrade_adf_env.htm#CCAGGHFIA version of Oracle JDeveloper 11g (11.1.1.0.x) was made available to Oracle customers before the release of Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g.
If you have already installed and configured an Oracle WebLogic Server domain using the Oracle JDeveloper 11g (11.1.1.0.x), then you should be aware that Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g and the new Oracle JDeveloper 11g (11.1.1.1.0) provides a newer version of the Oracle ADF runtime software.
To upgrade your existing Oracle WebLogic Server domain with the newer Oracle ADF 11g (11.1.1.1.0) runtime software:
1. Open the uninstaller for of the Oracle WebLogic Server instance you want to upgrade.
You can find the Oracle WebLogic Server uninstaller in the following location:
On UNIX systems:
WLS_HOME/wlserver_10.3/uninstall/uninstall.sh
On Windows systems:
WLS_HOME\wlserver_10.3\uninstall\uninstall.cmd
Note that on a headless server (such as a Linux or UNIX-based system), you may have to set the DISPLAY variable to an X Server like VNC or Xming.
2. Select JDeveloper 11g (11.1.1.0.x) Studio Edition 11.1.1.0.0.
3. Deselect everything under WebLogic Server.
4. Click Next to complete the uninstall. If you're interested you can click on the Details button to see what was uninstalled.
5. Open the JDeveloper 11.1.1.1.0 installer.
6. Select the Oracle WebLogic Server instance where you want to install the new version of the ADF runtime.
7. Deselect everything, and then select only Application Development Framework Runtime.
Note that this will also automatically select the JDeveloper and ADF folders.
8. To avoid class loading issues, rebuild all your EAR files. -

Thanks in advanceHi,
Your EJB 2.1 application should deploy and run fine on WLS 10.3 without modification.
