Upload with uploadify or swfupload with coldfusion?

Question

Hi,
I need an uplaod script with a progess bar. The two I am looking at are http://www.uploadify.com/ and http://swfupload.org/.
Has anyone got these working for coldfusion or have an alternative?
This is what I had in uploadify

did u find a way to upload files with flex , java and
database ?
i need it but i can't find how.
