Urgent Question regd 'RowsetIterateTag' and 'next()'

as the matter is URGENT.
I have a RowsetIterateTag and I want to go ahead
to the next record and compare the value of
certain column values with the current record.
How do I use the variable 'rs' which is protected
and can be used to access the next record?
HELP is really appreciated as this is in PRODUCTION
My code is :
