User blocked

Morning People,
I have some problems in a BSP application.
In HR portal, the user is clicking on the link, and when it is slow he clicks again, and at this time the system understands that it is loading that application, going back the message that it is blocked for the user.
I need to block the double click in the link, can anybody helpe me??

is the link click generates server event (form submit) if yes you can use xhtmlb:protectdoublesubmit
if its only using clientclick attribute you can use javascript to enable disable a link

Make sure you are not processing the document in another window.
Try to process the document again in a few minutes. The other user may by then have saved the document.
If the document is still blocked after you have made several attempts to access it, try checking the entries in the locking table, or inform someone who is authorized to do so.(check this from SM12 t-code

User blocked on the PDA

Please use the parameter com.sap.tc.mobile.cfs.user.lock.threshold to set the threshold value of login attempts.

User blocks reservation

Hi,
User got one cogi error as "user blocks reservation" in production system. Now he has cleared that cogi. Now he his asking what caused this error. I am trying to replicate the same in my Test/qa client. But i am not able to do so. I have tried all possible scenario. But this error is not coming.
What should i do to create this error?
We are not creating reservation manully..FYI

Hi Dutta,
It could be that the user had kept the screen open i.e. production order, while trying to post confirmation. So that is the reason system puts out a message saying user is blocking.
To simulate the same, re-create the same order in your sandbox, open the order in one screen & try posting the confirmation in another.
Check & revert.

Are BT users blocked by Godaddy?

I just registered a new domain name and webspace through go daddy, having uploaded some files to creat the site I have suddenly found that it is blocked and coming up with TCP_Error and I cannot actually view the site anymore. The web address is www.teamextreme51.co.uk but it can be veiwed through a proxy server. Ive read that GoDaddy are blocking BT users due to us not being static Ips. Have checked if it is just me who cannot view and not global and its just me that cant access it
Could you please advise me on this issue as Im now concerned I have spent out on registration and webspace which I wont be able to use?

Well just to let you know, I'm on a BT connection and I could quite happily view the site with no problems whatsoever.

Authenticated users blocked by rbl

Hi,
I have a user who is now having email sent via our server blocked by an rbl. The email being sent was to me, so we both have an account on the same server and no other mail server was involved.
Is there a way to configure Postfix to accept all incoming email from authenticated users, bypassing the rbl list for authenticated users?

Oracle Users blocked after backup offline CRM

Hi all,
everytime the backup offline finished the oracle users are blocked and the system is unable to start up again, so we have to unblock them manually, does anybody have a clue why this is happening?

User blocked e-Mail Notification after wrong log on attemps

Hi Karol,
It is possible to enable E-Mail notification when the User has been locked. There is a UME property namely <b>ume.notification.lock_performed</b> that has be set the value <b>TRUE</b> in the Visual Admin.

Problem: SMTP Authenticated Users Blocked By RealTime Blacklists

Running Server 10.5.2
I have the following RTBLs in the server setup
bl.spamcop.net
zen.spamhaus.org
I have several remote users on cable connections who connect to the SMTP service and authenticate using their login and password. When they try to send email, the RTBLs block them from being able to relay mail even though they are authenticated users.
Shouldn't Authenticated users bypass any RTBLs which are defined?
Is there any way to fix this major program (Major problem for me anyways)?

You can add the IP of you remote users to the list at 'Accept SMTP relays from these hosts and networks' under the Mail > Relays tab of Server Admin. Unfortunately for those users with dynamic IP addresses you may find yourself inserting a range of IPs like "66.214.80.0/20".
It's a lot easier than constantly trying to remove their IP from the Spamhaus RBL list.

Are iTouch 1st gen users blocked by Apple from Microphone input:

I have wanted to get a microphone to use my trusty iTouch 1st gen for voice memos. Since the 1st gen never came with a mic in the plug spot, McAlly and a few others made an adapter to input through the dock connector.
However Apple quickly changed the firmware from 2.0 to 3.0 and blocked this feature. Is there a work around for this issue. My 1st gen is a reliable unit and I would like to not have to buy another.

Urgent user blocked from publishing file

a client of mine uses contribute to edit their website. I had
to make changes to the website, so I went in and did the changes.
Now the client says that they are blocked out by MY name.
Does anyone have any clue how to fix this??? I have never
used contribute. I didn't even use it for this website edit. I just
used dreamweaver to make the changes to the css and to the layout
of the website.... did i really screw it up?

You didn't screw up....
It's just that Dreamweaver and Contribute can work together
in managing the content of a website. My guess is that by edting
the files through Dreamweaver and uploading them to the server, you
didn't 'check in' the files. This means that there are probably
.lck files on your server that are related to the files you edited
through Dreamweaver. These .lck files mean that the files are
'locked' for editing by anyone else but you.
You can do two things to solve this.
1:
When you set up Dreamweaver to work with Contribute, you can
use the Check In option. By checking in the files you edited, you
will remove the .lck files. When you check the files out to edit
again, there will be new .lck files created, that will be removed
after checking in again.
- You can do this by going in the main menu to: Site, Manage
Sites, Pick the right site and click Edit
- Click on Contribute at the bottom of the list and enable
Contribute compatability
2:
If you don't want to do this you can manually remove the .lck
files by using a ftp-program or the ftp-functionality of
Dreamweaver.
I would recommend the first option when you and your client
work together on this site regularly.

Problems with file block settings

We manage file block settings via group policy. I have run into problems with the file block settings not working as advertised.
I've run into a couple of issues:
First, in Excel 2010 I would like to open Web Page and XML files in protected view rather than blocking entirely. Our "Set Default File Block Behavior" in the GPO is set to "Blocked Files are not opened." According to the
documentation, the settings for individual file types should be able to override this behavior but this is not the case in my testing. If I set "Web pages and Excel 2003 XML spreadsheets" to "Allow editing and Open in Protected View"
the files are still blocked and the Trust Center list the file as Do not open, not the GPO setting of open in protected view. I have verified via GPresults that the GPO applied successfully, rebooted the PC, etc. The "Set Default File Block
Behavior" is NOT overridden by individual file type settings.
According to the "plan file block settings" technet article:
The “Set default file block behavior” setting specifies how blocked files open (for example: does not open, opens in protected view, or opens in protected view but can be edited). If you enable this setting, the default file block behavior you specify applies
to any file format that users block in the Trust Center UI. It also applies to a specific file format only if you both enable its file format setting (for more information about individual file format settings, see the tables in this article) and select the
Open/Save blocked, use open policy option. Otherwise, if you configure an individual file format setting, it overrides the
Set default file block behavior setting configuration for that file type.
Second, even if I do change the set default file block behavior to open in protected view, I still cannot open XML spreadsheets. The trust center says that the file format is set to open in protected view but when I attempt to open a file it behaves
as if the setting was still set to block entirely.
The only thing that works is setting it to "do not block" which is not where I'd like to go - I would for security reasons like these types of files to open in protected view but there doesn't seem to be any way to do this contrary to the Technet
documentation.

Get IP address for an portal user session

I have a requirement where i need to get the following:
-Client's IP address from where an user is connected to the portal.
-Client's IP address from where someone change a user password (also if the DB keeps user who made the changes will be usefull)
-Client´s IP address from where an user blocks his account
I have checked the NWA (WebAdminApp), and there is a session monitoring where i can see the active sessions on portals and the IP where the user is connected to. I just want to know the API used for that and some information that can guide me. I cant find an API to help me with this, if any of you know something or have any information, it will be usefull.

Dear Friends,
There is a problem with Article (Material) when user is creating a vendor invoice.
At the time of invoice user getting the below error message.
"Article 19363100 0500 blocked" Message no. M8573
But I have checked the Article master which is in active status and no user blocked this article.
Could any one let me know what could be the reason of this message?

It was a difficult problem. It seems that the articles were continue blocked for example some program is scanning continue for article data or changing data.
the matchingprogramm RMBABG00 can overule this block.
I have changed the status of the invoice header to matching in the background and after that I ran the matching programm (RMBABG00).
The invoice is booked en the workflow is ended.
