Using FindText() in Acrobat X

Question

I am having trouble getting the FindText() function to work in a VBA module.  I have tested the function itself to see if it returns a False when truly False and it does work:
    If AcrDoc.FindText("Superman", 0, 1, 1) = 0 Then
        MsgBox "Nothing Found"
    End If
However, the issue is with the rest of the funciton.  My understanding is that the function does the following: "Finds the specified text, scrolls so that it is visible, and highlights it."  It is finding the text but it is failing to scroll and highlight the found text.
Any ideas on why this maybe failing to proceed through the function?

The is no UI for selecting field by type in the newer versions of Acrobat.
Have you looked at the numFields property and example?
With some modification:
