Using inpath operator on xml

Question

insert into tempXML (object_value) values(xmltype.createxml(
          <root>
          <company>
<department>
<id>10</id>
<name>Accounting</name>
</department>
</company>
          </root>
i created an index on obove table which is
create index xml_temp_index on tempXML(object_value)
indextype is ctxsys.context
parameters('section group ctxsys.PATH_SECTION_GROUP')
and my select query is
select q.* from tempXML,
xmlTable('/root/company/department'
passing object_value
columns
"id" number path 'id',
"name" varchar2(30) path 'name')
As q
where contains(object_value,'Accounting INPATH (/root/company/department/name)') > 0
but the result of this query is
no rows returned.
am i missing somthing?

what version you are using?
looks fine on 11.1.0.6
