Using list values

Question

I would like to know if there is a way to do pass a parameter p_Parameter having a value of say A1, A2,A3,....An for a query in PL/SQL stored procedure for a query such as :
Select *
From Employee
where EmpId in (p_Parameter)
I was able to resolve the issue by building a query string as given below but I would like to be able to use a PL/SQL stored procedure if possible.
