Using the REST API for files, how do I get information on all the folders and files in a folder?

I have an app that can successfully get a list of a folders content. However, by default the list is limited to 200 entries. I luckily ran into this limit when getting the list on a folder that contained 226 entries and realized I needed to then request
a list of the next items but it wasn't obvious from the REST API document how to do that. I tried sending the skipToken query parameter and setting it to 0 initially and incrementing each time I sent the request but always got the same 200 items back. So,
how do I get the list of files and folders beyond the initial list?

In SP2013 the skiptoken query parameter does not work with list items. You can look at the link below which discusses using the "__next" parameter.

in weblogic console.. Go to Summary Of Deployments.. and select the Monitoring tab -> Web Application..
This will give you these information for the particular application

Uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes does not create duplicates.
Only the user importing content multiple times creates duplicates.
Delete the duplicates and stop importing the same content multiple times.

I've used Brasso to remove minor scratches/scuffs from my Nano and 5th Gen iPod. It works pretty well, and it's available at any hardware store. Your local supermarket might even carry it in the isle with cleaning products.
I don't know how well it would work for you. Having the iPod dragged around the floor sounds pretty rough. If it has deep scratches, there might not be anything you can do for it.

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)

I don't quite understand what you've posted. Have you cancelled your Gmail account?
If you've just connected Mail to Gmail, and you've used IMAP to connect to it, you'll probably have an "All Mail" mailbox towards the bottom left of the screen (under the GMail mailbox). In there should be a Sent Mail box. All your Sent mail should be in there. To have it appear in the Sent mailbox at the top left of your screen, highlight Gmail's Sent Mail mailbox, click the Mailbox menu at the very top of your screen, and click "Use this Mailbox for - Sent".

Use Shift > View > Show Exact Duplicate Items to display duplicates as this is normally a more useful selection. You need to manually select all but one of each group to remove. Sorting the list by Date Added may make it easier to select the appropriate tracks, however this works best when performed immediately after the dupes have been created. If you have multiple entries in iTunes connected to the same file on the hard drive then don't send to the recycle bin. Use my DeDuper script if you're not sure, don't want to do it by hand, or want to preserve ratings, play counts and playlist membership. See thisthread for background and please take note of the warning tobackup your library before deduping.
(If you don't see the menu bar press ALT to show it temporarily or CTRL+B to keep it displayed)
Note if some of the duplicate items have the iCloud link icon sign out of the store, then sign in again.

Type regedit in your Vista search bar. You'll have to type the entire word before it shows up in the program list. Double click it when it shows up in the programs list to open as any other application. Be sure you back up your registry before tinking with anything.

How can I get iTunes to update play counts and file additions between users on the same computer?

I have placed my iTunes library in /Users/Shared/iTunes along with iTunes Music Library.XML
When I open iTunes, all the music is displayed correctly with playcounts etc...
The problem is, when a playcount or album info is updated it does not carry over to the other user on the same computer. The same with adding new files to the iTunes library...
How can I get iTunes to auto-update between users?
