Using web dispatcher for portal and BW access

We currently have SAP's Web Dispatcher installed in our DMZ, which links the outside world to our internal enterprise portal installation. This configuration works fine for portal connectivity (see sapwebdisp.pfl below). However, we have BW reports (BW report iViews and URL iViews) which are accessed via the portal.
I do not know what configuration (if any) needs to additionally be set up on the Web Dispatcher host to allow connectivity. Currently, when accessing a BW report via the portal (coming from the Web Dispatcher) the report request is immediately terminated with an error due to a DNS lookup error (as the BW server is on our internal segment).
The Web Dispatcher is aware of both the internal portal server and BW server IP address and hostname and has the appropriate access (port/firewall) to retrieve these reports. Further, the HTTPURLLOC table is maintained (see example below) on the BW server as recommended in SAP Note 750292 (help file = http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04s/helpdata/en/59/31ae42e0fac911e10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm)
However, I can't get BW reports to work remotely. Should Is there something else that should be added to the Web Dispatcher's configuration? Is there something that I should be doing on the iView side (ie. not hardcoding hostname / port to the query string?). Please advise. Thanks!

I do not know the exact ESS WebDynpro you are using but it may be possible that these WebDynpros use absolute URLs which of course do not point to the hostname and port of the Web Dispatcher.
There are several ways to circumvent this:

another way would be to tell the J2EE engine directly that it is behind a WebDispatcher, by setting the ProxyMappings (http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/b8/437d46d4451e4c9ab756e272a1581d/frameset.htm)

Use Same URL for Internal and External Access for CRM 2015 IFD

I have setup a CRM2015 server for IFD access.
ADFS and CRM are on separate servers.
CRM server all roles
ADFS 2.0 server.
Using the internal URL I am able to access CRM without entering my details (as expected)
Using the external URL I am authenticated by ADFS as expected and can sign in.
We have an internal domain domain.local
We have an external domain domain.com (the certificate is for *.domain.com)
We have a DNS zone created internally for domain.com.
CRM URLs
internal : internalcrm.domain.com
External : externalcrm.domain.com
I would like all users to use the same link regardless of them being internal or external, but I would like so that any user who is on the domain is automatically logged in without entering their username and
password. What is the best way to do this?
I have tried creating a cname record on the internal domain.com zone pointing externalcrm.domain.com to internalcrm.domain.com but that didn't work, I still get the ADFS sign in page.

So fair warning, what you're asking for isn't really a supported deployment method of CRM.
That said, you should be able to do some DNS trickery internal to your network that points your "crm.domain.com" to "crm.domain.local" and then hopefully CRM will treat the connection as if it came from an internal network.
Otherwise, you're likely going to have to accept that everyone gets the ADFS login page internal and external to your network.

best thing is that you look at your scenarios and test the web dispatcher against each of it, like:
- SSL
- Portal only
- Web Dynpro ABAP / Java
- BSP
- Different backend systems like SRM, MDM
- Several backends with 1 Web Dispatcher
After getting a list of use cases that you can test quite easily (installation of Web Dispatcher is done fast and can be done on a local PC), you can contact SAP Support and ask them about the specific problems and questions you encountered. This way, you'll get the official answer, sometimes they will even inform you about "secret" parameters and options.
As of the reverse proxy functionality: there are several version of Web Dispatcher available that differ from the functionality offered. The latest version - 7.2 - is the one that offers the most, i.e. allows you to create rewrite rules like Apache.

How to use Web Dispatcher in XI

XI receives some messages and passes them onto CRM for processing. The user ID that is used between XI & CRM communication of Service user type.Due to this reason, this user has consumed the dialog processes available during the process.The error seems to indicate that the load was too heavy and that the system ran out of memory blocks reserved for XI to CRM communication. There are 2 application servers for CRM, in addition to the central instance.We can use the web-dispatcher in XI (instead of a particular Application instance).
Web dispatcher will then assign the message to the available application instance.
The question is How do we Use Web Dispatcher in XI with respect to this scenario??
Can anybody put light on this issue.

web dispatcher has installed on saprate host( host are accessible via public ally) and other host contains two ABAP system are in same host.
i have configure two HTTP ports in the Web Dispatcher profile

In addition, you define the system assignments, as follows:

Web Dispatcher - SSL - Portal

Hi,
I have configured Web Dispatcher for SSL Termination to the portal. When I go to my https://... Web Dispatcher address, the portal comes up but the address in the browser changes to http://....
What could the problem be? Why is the Web Dispatcher terminating the SSL between it & the browser? There's nothing in the trace file that indicates a problem.

                      In the profile file of web dispatcher which is " sapwebdisp.pfl " located in the sapwebdisp directory, please check if the following parameter exists. This parameter describes how the inbound connections are handled by web dispatcher.
wdisp/ssl_encrypt
the possible values for this parameter are < 0, 1, 2 >
wdisp/ssl_encrypt = 0 ( this means the SSL is terminated when sending to the
                                   back end server )
wdisp/ssl_encrypt = 1 ( the SSL is terminated and then SSL encrypted again by
                                   webdispatcher )
wdisp/ssl_encrypt = 2 ( the SSL is not terminated and request is sent encrypted
                                     to the back end )
The default value of this parameter is " 0 " . So, set it as appropriate to solve your purpose. Please refer to the following link to find more explanation about each of the profile parameters of the web dispatcher.

Change public share access to read only for public and full access to selected users

Hi, new to the community just purchased a recertified WDMyCloud 2TB after my 2 years old MyBookLive 2TB HD died due to accidental power cable unplugging. I've got everything setup including MiniDLNA by following instructions on this forum and everything is working exactly as I want it to except public share. I want public share to be set to read only access for public and full access to certain users (just myself at the moment) and having a "upload" folder within this share with full public access to everything in this folder would be a bonus. I tried login in to ftp with root user and removing write permission for public but that blocks me out as well. I'm sure it's possible by doing some majic on SSH but I wouldn't have a clue so hoping someone here would be able to help me out.

iCloud is designed for personal use and not for managing multiple access. If you gives your password to someone else, this person can benefit everything including access to purchase with your account, email, etc.
You should rather consider having each one an iCloud account and then, create and share a calendar. As for contact, you can send them to your spouse to be save in her account but they cannot be shared nor synced.

Use one account for apps and other for itunes match

Hello everybody
My question today is quite simple. I use one account for apps and tv shows, but inwant to use a different itunes account for purchasing itunes match. How can I use them both on my devices? Will it be asking for my user-pass each time i play a song? What other thing should i consider?

I would strongly recommend you not do this. You will regret it.
I have played with this issue a lot. You have to remain signed into match in order for it to show up on your phone. If you sign out to purchase an app or redownload one from your appstore id you use then match will be removed from your phone and when you go into your music app the icloud will not be there. You then have to go sign back out of the store id you used for your app purchase and then sign back into match and everything will have to go though the download to your device process again. This really is not what you want to do.
Sign up to match with the apple id that you know you will use the most or has the most purchased items and use that for all purchases, i.e. books, apps, movies, and music. You don't want to go though the other process.
Plus apple will start not letting you sign into match because you signed out and back in, in to short a period of time.
all store purchases on an iphone are linked to the store id. if you sign out of your match id on the appstore and sign into another account to purchase an app then itunes match will sign out in the music app. You can't have two store id's signed into your iphone at the same time. They are all linked together.

A big Transparent Container(TC)....
Inside that number of other TCs(depending upon the question nd its replies...)....
In side each TC, again around 9 UIElements....
one for menioning what is the question/reply?
other for your description of question/reply...
other for your name,
displaing your fourm point... etc...
So it will be
for(loop till your (Question+No of replies))
Create Transparent Container....
Add Childs to the Container...
Decide your layout....
