Vacation Hold Error

My fiance and I moved from our apartment at the end of this April to a house that we would be temporarily be staying at for a few months. So, we were not going to need our services during that time. After doing a bit of reasearch on account holds, I found that it was indeed paossible to get a temporary hold on the account. So, I called 1-800-COMCAST. I asked for a hold on the account so we would not continue to be charged while we were not using the service and we could activate it once we found out new place. I was told by the rep that would be fine and that there may still be a much smaller monthly charge for the equipment leases, which was fine. So, it was my understanding that our account was put on hold, as agreed. I got online today to start looking into reactivating it since we may be moving to a new place within a month or two. Imagine my suprise when I found that I'm "uverdue" for $330+ (I had a zero balance going into the "hold"). Looking at my billing statement, there was no hold placed on the account and Comcast as continued to charge me full price. So, as much as I'd love to pay for TV/Internet for the new tenants at my old address, I would like this corrected. It's not okay to say/promise one thing and then just not do it. Honestly if this doesn't get corrected, I'll be taking my business literally anywhere else out of principal. If you promise a hold, you need to go through with it. Not continue to bill at a full monthly price. I don't know if there is a rep on here that can help me deal with this, because I know how horribly unhelpful the comcast billing department is when it comes to fixing their billing errors. But, I would appreciate any help in resolving this problem.

Need more details about vacation holds

We would like to use a vacation hold. We understand there is a one-time fee for starting a hold, and no fee to restart, and that it can be for up to nine months. But we have some questions:
We've read in older forum posts that you must renegotiate a new deal when you restart service. Is this true? We just started a new package. Will the package remain the same when we restart, or must we renegotiate? If the package will remain the same, will that count as x months of the free premium channels?
We have FIOS triple play, and the phone number associated with that is a carryover from our former landline, and therefore is the main number that a lot of people call. When we travel, I was going to forward that number to my cell phone (also Verizon). What happens to the Fios phone if we do a vacation hold? If it can't be forwarded, and we do a vacation hold, what will callers hear when they call that number?
We'll probably be thinking of some other questions.

In my experience, you do not renegotiate a plan. However any credits for a certain number of months expire by the time gone buy. E.g if you were getting $5 months for 12 months and were down to 9 months, after being on hold for 6 months, you would be down to 3 months. On the other hand If you had a 24 month commitment started at the same time (3 months) after the same 6 months you would still have a 21 month commitment.
If you go past the time for the original plan, freezes also expire and if you go past that point then thats when picking a new plan kick in.

*결론 : 이 error 사항 해결은 SGA 조정 후 모두 해결을 보았다.
다음은 RC의 PMS DB의 shared memory 의 조정 사항과 현재 사용 중인 shared
memory의 측정량이다.
문제점:현재 하루에 한번씩 system 이 오후 2시쯤 되면 (busy time) 서서히
느려지다 down 되는 현상이 발생하고 있다. Error는 ora-4031 이어서 일단은
shared_pool 을 늘리기로 하였다.
(1)　kernel parameter 인 shmmax 를 40M 로 증가
(2)　shared_pool 을 25M 에서 35로 증가

***<별첨> 참고로 이 ora-4031 error 가 정말 shared_pool 이 부족한지 ,
shared_pool 에 fragmentation 이 많이 일어 나서인지를 check 하기 위해
우리의 SGA 영역 사용량을 측정해 보았더니 이는 busy time 인 현재
31757960bytes 로 의외로 많았다. 물론 이 계산은 대략적이지만
이 계산대로라면　오늘 system 이 down되지 말아야 한다.
이의 양 계산은 아래와 같이 하였다.　
1)　임의의 1 user 의 session 을 check　:
　　　select sid from v$process p, v$session s
　　　where p.addr=s.paddr and s.username='KHPARK';

2)　각 session 의 최대 memory 양을 check :

이 4 session 의 mamory 의 average 는 대략
(803648 + 11552+ 63024+110896)/4 =247280 byte 이다
현재 시각 의 (오후 2시 40분) v$session 의 count 는 112 이므로 session 당
최대 memory * 동시 접속 user 수= 27695360 byte
3)　Total shared SQL area 는
SQL>select sum(sharable_mem) from v$sqlarea
3318365 입니다.
아침 9 시 30 분 시각에는 16459248 으로 이는 변화가 많은 것으로 생각된다.
4)　PLSQL sharable memory 는
SQL> select sum(sharable_mem) from v$db_object_cache;
를 실행 시 744235 byte로 오전 DB startup 바로 후의 1332021 byte와 차이를
보인다.
이를 계산해 보면 현재 시각의 shared_pool사용량은 2)+3)+4)=31757960 bytes
이다.

Set vacation message error

Hi, I am using the below version:

I am unable to set the vacation message in uwc with the following error:
An error occurred while updating mail preferences
This function works before, older user still be able to set vacation message with no problem.

Are you able to update the vacation message for the problem user using the Messenger Express interface instead - this will help to isolate the potential cause?
-Can't access messenger express interface
Do you see an errors in the webserver error logs when you attempt to save the preference, or if you have UWC logging enabled, in the uwc.log file?
-There is no error messages in webserver error log, in uwc.log there are some messages but I do not think it helps.

that is strange... it should work fine - it does in my tests.
here is somewhat updated & modified code to try. i have
included
comments to try and explain what is being done.
basic logic is as follows:

Error en Salida de Mercancías por Data Transfer

Tengo la versión SAP Business One 2007 A (8.00.234) SP: 01 PL: 09 HOTFIX4
Al momento de tratar de crear por medio de DTW una salida masiva de productos, me marca el error:
[IGE1.ItemCode][Line: 72], 'On Hold' - 'Error definido por la aplicación o el ObjetooInventoryGenExit'
Ya verifique en los Artículos que el Stock sea el suficiente para poder hacer la salida en ese almacén.
De la plantilla OIGE, estoy utilizando los campos:

Y de la plantilla IGE1, estoy utilizando los campos:

Credit Hold Issue

Dear All,
I am having one issue .
I created customer by using Customer interface.. all customers created successfully. but my interface automatically marked all customers Credit hold check to Yes.
Now i tried to Marked all of them from back hand update statement .. it worked OK
Now i can see in customer form that Credit hold check is unmarked.. but still when i try to book sale order it gives the same credit hold error..
then i manually goto that customer form , marked credit hold check save the customer and then again unmarked it manually...
After doing that manual activity sale order started to work normally.. Any one have any idea how to resolve all credit hold check issue.

Please read the error message carefully as it tells you what is wrong. "You cannot update multiple mailboxes". You must do one at a time.

Spool error while data transfer

Hi,
I am trying to give barcode print, I am using Zebra S600 printer. when I issue the print with new spool request & print immediately, System is generating the spool but with error as Internal Error when printing ,Request on hold
Error class: delayed
Area: data transfer
I tried with SPAD also. How to solve this error.

Design Problem in Java

Problem definition:
Consider the following !!
You are writing the s/w for an interface to an appliance and the interface has the following things on it !!
1) three buttons - reset clear and power on/off !!
2) LCD display which shows error messages thrown by the appliance
3) a up down scroll button which helps us scroll through the messages
4) lights - white light for power on/off and red for error on the machine
and green for machine working fine !
Now i need to design all the classes that are required to solve this problem and i need to answer questions like if i am using Multiple inheritance why am i doing so or if i am using composition then why is that !!!
My idea is as follows is put below .. i need to modify this idea and make it better .. please suggest a better mechanism to make it more generic and to support more code reuse ability !
My Solution:
I have found the following relationships !
1) power on button and the power LED are related
2) the messages on the LCD and reset and clear buttons are related !!!
3) messages and scroll buttons are related
now lets decide what all classes are required and the relationships between the various classes !!
we cannot use inheritance .. i don't see any way of doing that .. so we have to use composition !!
1) we will use the concept of inner and outer classes !!
2) let the outer class be a class called myInterface which will have a method called lcdDisplay()
3) and let there be an inner class called button, i am making button a class because button is the most imp. object because all methods depends on the status of the button.
4) so myInterface has a button (composition relationship) !
My rough code would look like this .......

Direct database request and session variable value

Hi,
I have a problem by doing the following : idea is to have report with a list of all tables in user schema (which are not all in repository physical layer).
By clicking on the name of any, should bring answer report which is done as direct database request doing basically select * from table_clicked (this will be basically the same table with sufix _err holding error rows).
What I'm trying to do is having some kind report for error rows which can be in different tables in my database. So i had in mind to construct name of table i need , and pass it to database request through session variable. Am i doing right by doing direct database request like this :
select * from 'VALUEOF(NQ_SESSION.TestVar2)'
Is there another easyer way of doing this? I know this can be done by gourl by passing parameters but not sure how when i can't filter columns in direct database request (this can be different tables with different names of columns). I hope i didn't complicated this too much.

I know this is a hack, and would be much more easy to create one table with dimension and measures, but this is intended to be used with code generator, which can produce different error tables with different column names in different time: It is not conviniet for somebody to add them to repository every 5 minutes. For example : i run my workflow and for first run I have errors in table1(let us say customer table with 30 columns) and if click on the table name in some answer report, i want to see all the bad records in the table. Tomorrow after the run, there are bad records in table1 and in table2 (lets say products) so I would have choice to pick table 1 or table2 and see al the bad records in any of these tables. This means that I can not now which tables will I have tomorrow, and as it is generic, I can manually add some tables in my model, and would have to add err table also as a possibility to have error rows?
I saw post saying that you can pass parameter value by using go url functionality, by modifying configinstance file, but didn't suceed - http://gerardnico.com/wiki/dat/obiee/logical_sql/obiee_session_variable_go_url . Maybe some mistake or any better solution? I created session variable TestVar2, also modified instanceconfig.xml by adding this before </ServerInstance>

</ParamList>
and used go url in column formula : ''||"Physical Targets"."Physical Table"||''
Can I use @1 for using first column value?
