    you can get the Bsik Bsak to get calculate balance by getting  the debit and credit   
    you will get  the total as well  .

  • Project Wise Vendor Outstanding Report

    Hi PS Experts ,
    We have implemented PS ,MM, FICO Module .
    My requirement is to show the Project Wise Vendor Outstanding Balances .
    The Item posted in BSIK and BSAK tables are not populated with  neither Network nor WBS Element .
    Could you please suggest me is there any additional functionality we have to  implement to  make the Network/WBS element populate into BSIK and BSAK  Line Items ..
    Sorry though the question might be  related to FI and PS , I decided to post in Project system area .

    I checked 2 reports and no where the combination of Vendor and Project was seen .
    My requirement is to  display Vendor and Project wise reports .
    Example Let me  say like
    Project , Vendor , Amount Balance

    Subtot 1100
    YY,Test,1000
    Subtot,1000
    Can you explain me some logic like where to  start(Tables Like BSIK,BSAK) and how to process data  ,like which table to  start and end with .

               We require to find out the outstanding amount payable for each type of Material Supplied. Is there any Standard report in SAP for it. We are using SAP 4.7.

    Your only choice is FBl1N report...
    You can see if the MATERIAL field is populated in the FBL1N..
    Else, you can write a small ABAP code in exit RGGBS000 (FI Substitution) and populate the Material No in the Vendor line item in some reference field

  • Agewise Outstanding Report for Vendors report

    Hi All,
    In SAP, Agewise Outstanding Report for Vendors report coming with Vendor Master Details  along with Address details in the report S_ALR_87012085 - Vendor Payment History with OI Sorted List  which is not really required. Hence we need to remove all un necessary details. We need only a signle line report for each vendor like below.
    Vendor Code Vendor Name  Due - 30  days  Due - 60  days  Due 90 Days  Due  120 days and more than above
    The selection of period option is already available in std SAP. We have to change the output report only. This is rquired for Audit purpose.
    Please help me in the above issue.

    The following example I have given is for customers.
    The only difference is in transaction codes. For customer you go to FDI1, for vendor you go to FKI1 (reports).
    For Customer you go to FDI4, for vendor you go to FKI4 for forms.
    Remaining all are the same.
    Hello,
    Go to transaction code FDI4
    Select Form Type RFFRRD20 Line item analysis
    Give your form name and description
    Structure (Two axis) - as defaulted
    Click on Create
    You will have lead column
    Delete the rows 2, 3 and 4
    Double click on column 1
    Enter the customer numbers from 1 to 999999
    First column double click  (A)
    Slelect following values
    Due date analysis 1
    Days for net due date 0 to 30
    Give the short name, medium name and long text for the column.
    Repeat this step in next columns like 31 to 60, 61 to 90, 91 to 120 and 121 to 99999 days etc in other columns and select due date analysis 1. (B,C,D,E)
    Create one more column by way of formula. To create a new column you need to double click on blue line. Put formula add all five columns you have created above. (F = ABCDE)
    You prepare one more column with
    Due date analysis 2 (G)
    Now you prepare one more column add (F+G) = This will be total open items = over due and not due.
    Now go to FDI1 and prepare a report - assign the form created in FDI4 to the report.
    Characteristics you need to select are
    Account Type (Select Account Type as D for customers)
    Currency
    Customer
    Document Type
    Special G/L Ind
    Company Code
    Change the output types and options according to your requirement.
    Refer FDI2 and FDI3 for other standard reports created.
    Refer FDI5 and FDI6 for other standard forms created.
    Save your report and execute.

                      Is there any standard report in SAP where we can get vendor outstanding against purchase order . (Purchase order made,miro also made , but payment is still due ). How can we find or track the pending payment of vendor against which purchase order.

    We have created one vendor account giving the recon account in Master as Sundry creditors.  But he will supplies the packing material, Raw Material, Stores material etc. 
    Requirement is we want to know the outstanding Packing material wise, Raw material wise and stores material wise.  Material groups has been created as Packing material, Raw material and Stores material.  Is there any way to find out the outstanding material group wise. 
    With single vendor master, can we able to take the outstanding material group wise.

    But the requirement is Vendor outstanding  - Material groupwise if single vendor master is there.

    RFKOPR10 is the program for vendor ageing
    Try this transaction S_ALR_87012078
    RFKRRANZ - Vendor Information System
    Please follow this path in the main SAP menu to find vendor-related reports:
    SAP menu --> Information Systems --> Accounting --> Financial Accounting --> Accounts Payable --> Report for Accounts Payable Accounting
    Check in the Master Data folder, the Vendor Balances folder, and the Vendors: Items folder. I hope this helps.
    Please try standard program RM06IL00 (transaction ME1L).
    There are SAP Standard reports like ME2L ,ME2M,just look at souce code.
    you will find more information on Tables and fields.
    FBL1N is a stanradr transaction and has accesses only transaction data, no master data of the vendor.

  • Vendor Spend Report

    Hi Gurus,
    I am working on developing a quaterly vendor spend report with some additional custom fields to narrow down the custom report. I am looking at table LFC1. I want to know if that is the right table for payment information for quaterly purpose. Also, please throw in your logic to calculate the quaterly amount .
    Also, suggest me if there are any other tables i should be taking into picture for vendor quarterly spend report .

    The table you are looking into is the perfect table.
    The only problem in this table is it will be the transaaction figure total table, which will take your invoice booked, credit memo booked & the payment made also.
    So i feel that this table will not solve your requirement.
    Better take the table BSIK & check with your FI team & exclude the document types that are used for the payment to the vendor
    To arrive at the quarterly spend check the fiscal year variant attached to the company code & map the no of the periods to the quarter (Posting period in BSIK - MONAT)

  • Vendor Aging Report

    Hi All
    i am trying to get a legitimate vendor Aging report from within SAP
    The 2 reports that I am currently looking at are:
    S_ALR_87012085 - Vendor Payment History with OI Sorted List
    S_ALR_87012084 - Open Items - Vendor Due Date Forecast
    But both these do not bring out the output the way i want it - and i tried changing the output control and it still doesnt bring out the report as i want it - I want a report like the S_ALR_87012178 for customers, with output control 1, 6 and a 0 - which gives me a logical list of the aged customers.
    Is there one like this for vendors too? Any suggestions?

    Hi Ruksaana,
    You can customize the vendor report to show the items overdue per vendor by using the following steps
    1. Create a form using T Code - FKI4
        In this form ( two-axis structure) provide the details for each column as per your Client requirement - Due from 0 - 30 days
        etc. You can create a column (using formula method) at the end by adding the previous columns, this will give you total     
        amount of overdue items for each vendor
    2. Create a report using T Code - FKI1
        Based on the Form created in the above step. Make additional selections based on  client  requirements like document type,
        company code, account type, currency etc. Execute the report.
