Unable to clear "Check Paper" light
    1) Upgraded from XP to Win7 x32
    2) Installed HP PSC 1350xi Win7 driver software using Printer Install Wizard
3)After many Print attempts, unable to clear "Check Paper" error message

My guess is a hardware problem.

  • Pixma 330 fax output error check paper size

I received a fax on my Pixma 330. The document came through fine, but now I have "fax output error, check paper size and press OK". The paper size is correct, and when I press OK, it prints out the original document again, then gives me the same error message. If I turn off the machine, when I turn it back on, it again prints the document, then gives me the error message. The machine will not let me do anything except press OK. How can I get this to go away? Thanks.

    Hi JWK,
Please make sure that the paper is loaded correctly and the settings are correct.  To do this, please follow these steps:
    1. Flatten the four corners of the paper before loading it.
    Note
Align the edges of paper neatly before loading. Loading paper without aligning the edges may cause paper jams.
If paper is curled, hold the opposing curled corners and gently bend them in the opposite direction until the paper becomes completely flat. See Paper is curled..
To avoid curling, handle paper as follows.
    - When you do not print, remove unused paper from the Rear Tray, put them back into the package, and keep it on a level surface.
    - Take out only the necessary number of sheets from the package, just before printing.
    2. Load the paper.
    (1) Open the Paper Support, raise it, then tip it back.
    (2) Open the Paper Output Tray gently, and open the Output Tray Extension.
    (3) Slide the Paper Guides (A) to open them, and load the paper in the center of the Rear Tray WITH THE PRINT SIDE FACING YOU
    Important
Always load paper in the portrait orientation (B). Loading paper in the landscape orientation (C) can cause paper jams.
    (4) Slide the Paper Guides (A) to align them with both sides of the paper stack.
Do not slide the Paper Guides too hard. The paper may not be fed properly.
    Note:
Do not load sheets of paper higher than the Load Limit Mark(D).
    After loading paper
When using the machine to copy or print without a computer, select the size and type of the loaded paper in Page size and Media type of the settings screen in each mode.

  • IStore Add to cart Check Box

    Hi
We have 3 price list for an Operating unit say A, B and C.
When price list B and C is assigned to customer. The Check box next to add to cart is not Visible. Check box next to add to cart is visble when using price list A.
    iStore R12 release : 12.1.3
    Please help,
    Thanks in Advance.

    Hello,
This indicates you have enabled pricing security (QP: Security Control is ON) and that you have setup non-Global price lists.
iStore only references one Inventory Organization that is tied to the Operating Unit of the user's responsibility as set in "MO:Operating Unit" for multi-org.
In a multiple-Operating Unit (OU) setup, you need to create a separate IBE customer responsibility to link to different OUs.
The OU associated with a customer when he places an order is determined by the settings of two multi-org profile options -
"MO: Security Profile" when this setup for Single OU access for that responsibility
    OR
"MO:Operating Unit" when the "MO: Security Profile" is set to multiple OUs,
When you setup non-Global price lists, the price lists can only be used in the specified Operating Unit.
Please check you setups of the Price List and determine if your iStore price lists should be Global price lists. Check the setups of the multi-org profile options for the iStore customer responsibilities.

  • SRM 7.0 Modify POWL for shopping cart check status screen

    HI Experts,
The standard settings in check status for SC in SRM 7.0 is to display the sc with item level. This causes the SC number to be repeated (for no. of items in SC) and all links open the same SC in a new window.
We want to display only the header of SC and no item data should be displayed in check status.
    I tried
SRM Server->Cross-Application Basic Settings->POWL and Advance Search->Adjust POWL Layout, search criteria and push buttons----choose feeder type SAPSRM_FEEDER_SC -double click field catalog-choose ITEM_DESCR, ITEM_NO, ITEM_STATUS---CHOOSE display and select HIDDEN COLUMN radio button.
This hides the corresponding columns but duplicate records are still showing.
    Can some one please help?
    Thanks,
    Anubhav

    Hi NM,
After performing the steps in first post for hiding item relevant fields you can filter the data displayed in the result by using the BADI  /SAPSRM/BD_POWL_CHNG_SEL_RSLT .
In the BADI Delete the records from result internal table where SC num is repeated so that thers only one entry for each SC.
Let me know if it works for you or not.

  • Check Printing on Custom Paper size

    Hi All,
I am using RTF template to print checks using XML publisher. I generated the PDF file and it prints fine on a regular 8.5 * 11 letter size paper.
When I print on real check which is 8.5 * 7 size, it does not print correctly. I am using the HP regular printer.
Do I need to define a custom size and change the RTF template. Can someone send me the steps they have to do to print on real checks, I would greatly appreciate.
    Thanks in advance!

    Thanks for your reply.
I do not have problems with the layout. My issue is how to print on a 8.5 * 7 size check paper. The printer knows only the standard paper sizes. We need to create a new custom size paper setting that the printer can understand. I need some help on this.
I was hoping someone would have gone through this trouble to make it work.
    Thanks.

  • Print a block of data (such as a check) only once per section?  How?

I am creating a batch report for invoices where I summarize all invoiced transactions for the given period and then print a check. I am required to print no more than 20 invoice transaction records per page due to the check paper being printed on. This results in an unknown number of pages per client being invoiced during this batch process. Currently I have a check printing on each page -as a footer- but this is obviously not acceptable.
I would imagine there is some way of creating a global variable and then using an if statement that checks to see if the current section is equal to the global variable. If it doesn't, print the check, reassign the global variable to equal the current section and move on. This would limit the check print to once per section (client).
Any ideas on how I would do this? Any suggestions on other ways of doing it?
Thanks in advance for the guidance!

BReed - adjusted title for clarity...

    Chipili,
Here's a completely different method that you may want to consider. In all my Numbers documents that involve dates, I have (strategically located) a 2-Cell table that has a Header cell "Today" and just below it a cell with the formula: =TODAY(). It's handy on several levels. Format your today formula cell with the "1/5/2009" Date option - this format works best (and I don't know why). It doesn't matter how you have formatted the date you want to find, but what you will paste into the Find Window needs to be formatted this way.
Now, activate the FIND panel with a COMMAND-F and it will open at the bottom of your Numbers window.
Then to locate the current date you would select your special TODAY cell, COMMAND-C, click in the Find window, COMMAND-V. You will get at least one hit, the cell with the TODAY() expression. If the date appears anywhere else, you will get a line for this in your list of finds and clicking on it will take you there. Often I'm looking for a date a week or 10 days earlier than today's date. It's easy to create an expression for this: =TODAY()-7, for instance.
Hope this gives you something to think about.

  • AP Check

    Hi Guys,
It's regarding AP Check which will be printing on pre-printed check. Script has only one page. In the main window multiple line items (Invoices) will print. If there are more line items it will overflow to the next page.
Now issue is Client doesn't want to waste there pre-printed check papers. If line items exceed to second page. The first page need to print on the Blank paper in the printer and the second page need to be printed on the Pre-printed check paper.
Can you let me know is there any possibility to control the Printer paper from SAP. Can it be done in SAP-Script by ABPER or in SPAD by BASIS.
Let me know the feasibility with a solution.

    Hi Keerthipati,
I would like to know more about your issue because I have a problem with my AP check printing.  There are 35 invoices to be processed and during check printing, the printout reaches 2 pages.  The 2nd page displays a new generated check number and the 1st page's check number gets voided.  Did you have the same experience?  If yes, could you share how you resolved the error?  I don't want the 2nd page to generate a new check number.
    Thank you.

    Hi,
If it is only the problem with only few carts, Check if any Short dumps are occuring in SRM as Well as in R/3.
We faced a simialr situation and observed that it was resulting in a short dump due to bad coding in one BADI.
