PO Ammendment and version number
Dear Experts,
We have version management active at out client.
When we save the PO after changes version number is generated and changes are saved against that version number.
We want the report where we can see the Ammendment details in the PO , that is changes thet were made in that particular PO.
What are the tables and which are the fields where we can find these details.
Is there any standard report available where i can see those changes in PO.

I dont think standard report is there to show versions created in purchase orders.
You can use the table EREV, doc type F which shows version numbers with status active or completed..

I am new to Teststand software interface. While doing my first software release under the guidance of a more experienced colleague, we discovered that Teststand will not run if it detects version number conflicts between custom data types on my machine vs. the production test machine. I verified differences between all .seq files in my test program directory, but I did not realize that the version number difference exists in the StationGlobals.ini file, which is stored in a different location. After discovering this, I modified the version number in one of the files. However, two releases later, I discovered that the version number mismatches in another two files. This raises several questions for me :
1. Is there a way in Teststand to view all the .seq files where a custom data type is used and then change its version number in one attempt?
2. Under what instances does Teststand upgrade the version number of a custom data type?
3. Are there any tools or scripts within Teststand that can allow the version number of custom data types to be changed in all .ini files when a difference is discovered between the current production test station settings and a new release?

I can tell you that your situation is not uncommon with TestStand. The key is just doing it right the first time. haha
#1- I doubt that this is possible because then TestStand would have to know every location of every .seq on the machine. You will only see it when you open the sequence file.
#2- TestStand updates the version every time you change it. You should get a message popup when you try to save that asks if you want to increment the version or not. There's also a check box that says Remove Modified Mark From Types. Look under Station Options in the File tab. There are some settings there about Type conflicts.

The same Object Version Number for the same person id multiple times

I am currently facing an issue with HRMS tables and the object version number for employees. I am trying to write a report but due to the same object version number for the same person appearing in several row i am getting duplicate information. For example,
person id 91 object version number 32 is on 4 rows and i have no idea why...help please guys, I'm at a lost so far 50 people are facing the same issue.Hi Baal666bobo,
The person table is date-tracked, so the PK has effective start and end dates as well.
Get the correct record with sysdate(or any particular date) and then check the OVN.

The newest iTunes version has no Help option. Why? And, no ability to find out the version number.
The new iTunes, when in album view in Windows 7, has NO SCROLLBARS, so it is impossible to scroll the albums. Why?

How Do I Find Out a Folio Version Number

So far, everytime I have submitted a folio to the App Store, I have received a variation of the following error:
Version Mismatch - Neither CFBundleVersion ['3.4.2.9.91210'] nor CFBundleShortVersionString ['1.0.8'] in the Info.plist match the version of the app set in iTunes Connect ['2.0'].
I'd like to be able to put the correct version number into iTunes Connect when I upload the App, but how do I find it? Where is the CFBundleShortVersionString for each folio located?

ChrisIt isn't necessary to change that number—Apple is just giving you a housekeeping warning—but if you really want to edit the version number in iTunes, you can find it in DPS App Builder.

How can I set a version number for an AppleScript application?
Subject kind of says it all... I've written a small application in AppleScript, which is used on several computers. I'd like the application to have a version number, just like normal applications have. How do I give it one?
To be clear, what I mean is: in column view, if you click once on an application, it shows the icon, name, size, version, etc. of the application. I want a version number to show up there (and in the Get Info window, etc.)Posting to this old post, but I am trying above method on my 10.8.2 machine and it doesn't seem to work.
I added the bundle version string as in the attached image.
Recompile my app, saved it but still version info doesn't show up in finder.
Also, tried to change "Bundle version" to "CFBundle version". But still didn't work.

I have never had to enter a password to access mail.
However, recently, I keep being asked for password on my ***** address.
Only on my macbook. (which, btw, has a version number your drop down doesn't offer as a choice. I had to putt 9.4)
When I look up the account the "password" is a long string of gobbledygook. Something I would never do.
But when I attempt to use that pw I still can't get in.
I have no trouble accessing that email account on my mac mini. Just on the macbook.

I'm confess I'm still trying to get a handle on your problem. You do a fantastic job of describing it ... but I'm just trying to picture it accurately in my head.
I think, were I in your shoes, I'd begin by looking at what the debug page has to say for the specific destination in which you're interested in fixing. In other words, I'm not clear on where, exactly, this destination points ...

Is that your site, or the division within your site that you want to fix? "Normally", you do not need to specify a site handle to get to your site within your transfer CGI ... if you say "uillinois.edu", it's enough to transfer your users to iTunes U ... but every site still has a handle, and you could, if you wanted to, actually specify it in your transfer CGI. For example, this:

is for my entire site ... it's my site handle. Whereas this:
Destination uic.edu.1991288441
is for a division within my site ... but it's impossible to tell the difference between "site" and "division" from just the handle (I mean, if I didn't say "this is a site" and "this is a division", there'd be no way for you to know). So when I look at your creds and permissions on your debug page, I can't quite tell if they give you download access for your site, or for the specific division you want to fix. If you could open the debug page with your division as destination (or confirm that that's what we're looking at), it'd rule out some things. -
PO Version Number not available in PO List displays (ME2L, ME2K, etc)
I have configured PO Version Management. My PO's are working as desired with proper output.
However, the PO Version Number is not displayed in my PO List Display tcodes (ME2L, ME2K, etc) nor is it available to add to the layout. I have configured the Scope of List for "BEST" (PO's) to include change documents. However, there is nothing when I go to ME2L for a PO that has 15 versions. I have verified that EKKO does contain the latest version number for this PO.
Have I missed a config step??Thank you - I did post in MM once I realized I posted in SRM.
I realize that only the current version is displayed in these transactions. But I need to see the actual version number - no the history - just the current version number. We use these reports to supply our Internal Auditors with PO Data and they require to see the PO # and Version # without having to actually pull up each PO individually in the system.
I had assumed that since they use EKKO and EKKO contains REVNO that REVNO would be available in my layout and I could simply add it to the report. However, this is not the case.

SPRO- MM- Purchasing - Vertion Mgmt
SPRO- MM- Purchasing - Messages - Mtypes for PO - then maiatain your document type for the change ( 2) operation.
After every version is created then take print-out.
In the print out after the PO number you will get the version number.

How do I make my iPhoto Library's version number appear in the Get Info window?
I recently (within the past 2 weeks) purchased a new 27 inch iMac and have been importing data (applications and files) from my 2010 Macbook Pro via AirDrop. One of the first files I migrated over was my iPhoto Library. I doing so, I noticed a few differences between its file attributes and those of the iPhoto Library file created by default on my new computer - two of which I'll note here. First, I noticed that the file resident on my new OS was labeled iPhoto Library.photolibrary while my older version did not have the ".photolibrary" extension. That seemed simple enough to correct so I added that extension to my old library file. The second difference I'd note - and the source of my question - is that the default iPhoto Library file displayed a version number (9.5.1) in its "Get Info" window, while mine did not. I checked my file's info.plist file and the correct information seems to be listed. It reads (in part):

I'm not sure this is really a question for the iPhoto community, as it seems like a more general issue; but, this is my first post to these forums, and I didn't know where to start. is exactly what will be shown in the Get Info panel. I tested that by simply editing this string in a test library using XCode. I could "Get Info" to show ridiculous versions numbers this way.
However, none of my older iPhoto libraries will show the version string in Get Info, only libraries I created with iPhoto 9.5.1. or Aperture 3.3 or later.
There is probably one of the other database files in the folder "database" - *.appdb and *.db interfering. None of the Library First Aid options did make the version number show for my older iPhoto libraries - not even rebuilding the iPhoto library. The only way I could make the version number show in "Get Info" was by exporting the library as a new library using Aperture. But this exported library is now showing as Aperture library. -
How to reference application version number and current date in page footer
Am new to Apex and am creating first app for production users on Apex 4.0.1 ... I notice that Application Builder app itself displays the version number at bottom right of screen .. are there any substitution strings that I can use to get current date and application version in my own Apex app ... or do I need to create e.g Javascript to format the date and create my own substitution string ?

I have a SCCM 2012R2 in Windows 2008R2 box with a Secondary Site also in Windows 2008R2. Before proceeding with the upgrade to CU3 I took a snapshot, installed Windows Management Framework 4.0 to get PowerShell 4.0 in order to run a health Check, all
fine until this point.
I installed CU3 and checked that the value in CULevel in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SMS\Setup is 3 and also check the
version that is displayed in the About System Center Configuration Manager dialog box is
5.00.7958.1401
I checked the log file C:\Windows\Temp\cm12-r2cu3-kb2994331-x64-enu.log and all good in there as well. So it's fair to say the installation was successful..??
the next step was to upgrade my secondary site from the Primary site console, so I went to Administration / Site Configuration / Sites and when I right clicked my Primary Server to check its properties I realised that the Version number was still
5.00.7958.1000 and the option to upgrade my secondary site is greyed out.
I haven't been able to find any information regarding this issue, in fact I am not sure if is a technical issue or human issue :)
the questions are, how do I upgrade my secondary site and why the difference in between version?

Jesus GonzalezWorks as dessigned. The site version number will only show the version of the latest major build, which is R2 in your case. The same with upgrading your secondary site, that's only possible via the console, with a major build. For upgrading your secondary
site you can now use the created package R2 CU3 - server update.

My problem is that I can't find the latest version number in here http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/latest/win32 as a document, so I can check against "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Mozilla\Mozilla Firefox\CurrentVersion" and update or not, all this is done by a script. It will be great not have to change the versión number in the script every time there is a new release.
