Video play test on an iPad2 or iPad2 with iOS 4.3.5 request

Howdy all,
Would someone with iOS 4.3.5 on their iPad1 ord iPad2 please review the post below and let us know if the video plays nominally?
Does the video play within the video rectangle on the post or opens a new browser widow and plays.

The video loads nominally on my iPhone3GS (iOS 4.3.1) in a separate browser window like watching a YouTube video.
I've attached a screen shot of the iPad2 with iOS 3.4.0.

Under settings, Wi-Fi it shows my network name and under the Wi- Fi menu, chose a Network it shows it is searching for my network by name and continues to run and run without finding the network.
Prior to updating to iOs 6.3.1 my system worked perfectly.
Can anybody help please.

iOS 6 did not change your passcode.
If you have forgotten the passcode then you will need to restore your iPad from the same computer that you most recently synced to.

Try a reset of the iPad (hold the home and power keys down until the Apple logo appears (15-20 sec)).

Emailing to a gmail address from iPad2 with iOS 7

I cannot mail a link to a gmail address from the mail app or safari on my ipad2 with ios 7. It will send to yahoo and other addresses, but not gmail. I have tried deleting my mail accounts and adding them again, resetting and turning off 2-step verification. It works fine from my itouch. I compared all the settings on the two devices and they are the same. Please help! This is a real problem. I sent an important email to someone and realized a week later it was in my outbox. =/ I've been working on this problem for over a week and can't seem to solve it.

Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPad?
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after It shuts down, press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds).
No data will be lost.

Hello. I have problems in puting my videos (in MP4 format) into my iPhone 4S with ios 6.
Although I can put them in my itunes (in my computer), but I cannot syn them into my iPhone.
Does anyone know what I can do??

Hi! I don't what's happened for your phone but, you can have more battery life with turning of Wifi, decries brightness, turn off location service and etc. also you shold use less Free+Much Ads apps becuase they use more battery than paid apps normaly.

Ipad2 with iOS 8.1: never ending problems!

I was so happy with my iPad2 (and iOS 7 software!)... The new firmware (iOS 8.1) fixed the WiFi connections problems (unexpected shotdown). Now there are lots of other problems with the keyboard: for example in the vertical mode I can't use some letters/functions (like "A", backspace, ecc.), in the orizontal one I can't use others... I'm spending my time on the iPad2 rotating the device. Do you have any answer? Thanks!

Hi The best solution is to Reset back to Factory Settings this will get rid of any bugs And make ipad run better. A good buy now is iPad Air 1 that came out last Christmas was £479 now £359 for 32G Cheers Brian

Why does my network peridoally drop on my iPad2 with iOS 6.0.1?

I recently updated my iPad2 to iOS 6.0.1. Now my WiFi network connection peridocally drops out then reconnects (about every 5 seconds). This was a problem with iOS 5 also but was corrected. Why is this same old problem back again??? This is a major power drain and I have to recharge my iPad about every other day (again) whereas it used to last over a week. This is very frustrating!
If Apple spent half the time making sure the "updates" they release are working as they do in trying to promote their latest products, there would be a whole lot more advocates for Apple products out there! As it is, people are just getting fed up with the attitude and looking for an alternative...

Go into the settings, mail, contacts and calendar and toggle iCloud syncing on and off. The plus should reappear. just a software glitch.

I tried the workaround with a range of dates from 20 years back in the past to 20 in the future but it Still doesn't work..

Updating ipad2 with iOS 8

II've been updating my ipad with ios8. It has went through the download stage it is now on the loading part it has been at 90% for about an hour and has not moved since. What can I do to fix the problem or do I just leave it alone?

My ipad VIDEOS app doesn't show the movie Names with IOS 7

I just upgraded to IOS 7. The Apple VIDEOS app no longer displays the file name for videos that don't have album art. I have to tap on each video screen shot (which is typically meaningless) to bring up the info/play screen to see the movie's "Name". Under IOS 6.1.4 (and prior versions) the VIDEOS app displayed the .mp4 file name underneath all videos without album art.
Is there an option to set to get the "Name" displayed on the VIDEOS main screen, or get a LIST view rather than an icon view, using IOS 7? (I have not found one)
Since most of my movies do not have album art this makes the VIDEOS app virtually useless.

OK, I gave up. You just can't fight city hall.
After messing with changing from 'Movie' to 'Home Video' I just said screw it. I just finished doing the following for my 64 'Home Video' movies:
- I did a Google image search on <movie name> poster
- I clicked on the thumbnail to bring up the image
- I did a right-click SAVE IMAGE AS
- I then did a GET INFO on the movie through iTunes
- I clicked on the ARTWORK tab
- I added the image I just found as the the artwork
- I change the MEDIA KIND back to MOVIE
- I then recopied the movies I keep on my iPad (about 10) from the PC
No more problems now either with viewing the local or Shared movie lists from my iPad. As I add new movies I will make sure to manually add the artwork. What a PITA.
Hopefully Apple will get this fixed. This movie UI painfulness (that wasn't even a problem on IOS 6.x) is something worthy of Microsoft.
