Video sharing Photoshop to Behance

I am new with CC and using Phottoshop.  Is it possible to share videos from PS to Behance even when you have not created an account, have a portofolio or linked to behance? I believe accidentally I  may have shared a video I have and it is important for me to retrieve it.  Help!!!

If you did not set up behance, I do not see a way for you to share on that service. It requires signing up just like any other web service as you can specify what is public and what is private. I do not know if they have a trial service or not though, I don't recall.

  • And video sharing ?

Well.. We have now the sync early access. I guess it's a good thing.
But you know, Adobe, we use your product for video. Maybe at 99%.
And as for now, it seems that the only solution to share a video to our clients with CC is to zip it, then sync, then share the .zip so our clients can download it, extract it, then review it and send us an email with all their good ideas.
So much for the integration on this one. Wetransfer still is an easier workflow as you don't have to sit on your hands watching the file being uploaded, in order to be able to send the link. AND the client does'nt have to extract a .zip to see the video. (And we are lucky our clients are mostly agencies very used to compression and video formats, but I think some clients would just call us complaining about the fact the .zip video file would'nt play, even in VLC).
    So, question :
Have you any ideas on when a REAL video sharing will be available on CC ?
Something crazy like a video player on the web page !
With a crazy comments box !
(Not mentionning access monitoring and user tracking, I guess it's a 349$/m wiredrive feature)
You know Adobe, we love you so much here. We love your products, we live with them. Really all day / week / month / year long. We get used with all the little strange things you do (OMG, we can use OMF natively now !). But sometimes, we really don't get you.
I think what's REALLY irritating here is that we all see the potential of what you're trying to do. And we all WANT that. And you keep telling us it's coming, so we wait.
But every time the little things that are missing are extremely important for us, and does'nt seem THAT difficult to implement.
    I mean. A video player.
Are you still struggling with flash vs H264 ? Let it go.
Please Adobe, get your * together, and help us to go on with you.
And please give us a timeline. So we can decide of what we'll do.
    All the best,

Agreed. My team is currently contemplating upgrading the office to Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams, and I'm the trigger man. It's up to me to convince my Creative Director and CFO that going this route would be a good idea. Unfortunately the more I read about the missing features, the more hesitant I am to champion what is my favorite collection  of software.
I don't understand why Adobe got rid of Adobe CS Review. Remember that? It was almost perfect. You could upload your video  straight from Premiere (or Iillustrator,Photoshop,Indesign) onto a review site, where your client could make comments and markup at the frame. Those comments would then update into Premiere and show up on the timeline as markers.
What happened to that?  I remember when they got rid  of it they cited that they did so because of a lack of user interest. Yet Adobe turns around and comes out with Adobe CC!? Whose whole point is collaboration, some of which happens within a browser. Kinda like Adobe CS Feview, but now without all the useful features like markup features.
Clearly Adobe possesess the ability to roll out this kind of a feature. They've already had such a feature before, and it worked really well.

  • How can I remove something from a video in photoshop? Or any other Adobe CC program?

    Hi guys,
I don't suppose anyone knows how to remove things via content aware from a video in photoshop? I'm doing a documentary and I need to edit out sign posts from hampton court to make it look more rustic and realistic but they are in hundreds of frames and I can't get them exact so it looks like the walls are moving?! Does anyone know what I could do?
    Thanks xx

It would be easier to do in after effects, where you can track an object and have the mask follow it.

  • Looking for video sharing app to create .mov

    Hello,
I hope I am in the right place and apologize if I am not.
I am looking for a foundation to build a video sharing application for Golfswing.com.
We need to allow our visitors to upload video of their swings (these clips are >3 second) in any video format then convert to quicktime for playback.
Why Quicktime you ask? Because Quicktime is the only player that allows frame by frame playback of the golfers swing. Like this,
    http://www.golfswing.com/proswings/daly.htm
Any ideas, suggestions, directions, comments, endorsements are greatly appreciated.

ffmpeg supports outputting .mov files. Not sure where you heard otherwise.
Sorry to flood this thread with this but FYI:
    executing #ffmpeg -formats in terminal
outputs this (not support for mov file format):

  • Skew, Warp, Resize and Nest a video in Photoshop???

I would like to know how to skew, warp and resize a video inside of photoshop cs4.  I would also like to know how to nest multiple video files into one file.
I am new to Photoshop, I am looking for some tutorials but unable to find any.
    Thanks

    Marian, thanks for the advice.
Thou I understand your point, very well about screwdriver vs hammer, that was not my question in my post.  I asked a straight forward question about how to Skew, Warp, Resize and Nest a video in Photoshop.  Not which is the best software to use for this task.
If you know the answer, share the knowledge, is this not what this forum is for or am I in the wrong place???  Before suggesting which tool is best for me to use, try understanding what I want to build first.  This makes all the difference.
As I have already proven to myself I don’t need a new tool to accomplish the task I had at hand.  If I took your advice, I and my company would have wasted money on a software that we did not need in the first place.
Understand your client needs first before giving advice.  Sometimes a hammer is all it takes, if you use right.
I don’t need to study more on video production, this is not my job.  All I wanted to know was how to edit a video in Photoshop.
I hope we are not off on the wrong foot because I feel I could learn a lot from you but you need to take the time to understand the question before shooting from the hip with an answer.

  • Importing Video in Photoshop?

    Hey guys,
I was having trouble importing a video into Photoshop. Can someone point me in the right direction please?

You're not telling us anything, not even the version of Photoshop you are using and the operating system, so nobody will be able to help. We need much more info which in addition to the version of PS wil lat least require some details about the video like its format and source. And of course since video editing in PS is dependent on hardware acceleration to work properly, hardware specs are relevant as well...

  • Does iCloud have any options for video sharing?

I found the MobileMe gallery for videos and pictures really useful.  I am trying to find an alternative for video sharing that will allow me to upload files up to 2 GB so I can send a link and people can view the video streaming without having to download it.
All I could find is Vimeo Plus.  Anything else out there I should consider.  Does Apple offer an alternative to what we had on MobileMe?

    No.
Photostream is for photos only as the name says, and even this has no gallery or sharing features. Videos are not supported at all . The content in your camera roll is backed up, including videos, but that's only for restoring the device to the last known state if necessary.

  • Video sharing with best quality

I am not sure if this is the right forum to post it.
I am new to this technology/area of preparing video by getting best quality and no pains in viewing it over web.
I am going to shoot mostly family events or kids activities.
I am planning to buy a HD camcorder.
But to get best quality while capturing the video/source, what to look for in camcorder and any preferences about the models in the market?
After capturing the video at best quality, what are the next steps in preparing this for web delivery? What softwares/tools do i need to use to get the best video quality for sharing over web with out any pain (like buffering/slow start) while viewing?
I am more concerned about sharing videos of best quality and I am OK to spend extra bucks to achieve this.
Please suggest me or direct me to any source where i could get this information.
    Thanks, Eswar

Eswar ~ The following is just one suggestion of many possible ways of delivering videos to the Web. Click on this link to see one of Apple's demo _MobileMe Gallery_ videos:
    http://gallery.me.com/emily_parker#100624
...at lower right of the video there is a fullscreen button you can click. That video was produced in _iLife '08_ iMovie s/w which allows it to be published in a wide range of sizes for optimal viewing on iPhone, Web, AppleTV, etc. See this video tutorial "_Sharing to MobileMe Gallery_".
In iWeb, you can view a list of all the albums and movies in your MobileMe Gallery, and incorporate any of them in an iWeb page. Visitors can click to go directly to your MobileMe Gallery. See this _video tutorial_ — just over half-way through, where it says: +"To embed a MobileMe Gallery..."+
MobileMe Gallery's maximum video resolution is 960x540. Alternative HD video sharing sites such as Vimeo support 1280x720. And according to this _comparison of video services_, also Dailymotion, YouTube and _HD share_. ...But with 1280x720, depending on their connection speed, some viewers may see buffering/slow start problems.
Here's an example of an HD video on YouTube. ...Once on the page, click on "watch in HD" at lower right of the video and click the fullscreen icon. Another thing to consider is how powerful a CPU would be required on a PC or Mac to view 1280x720 video satisfactorily. Apple's MobileMe Gallery cap of 960x540 may be in regard to this, together with connection speed considerations.
But to get best quality while capturing the video/source, what to look for in camcorder and any preferences about the models in the market?
I don't have any specific recommendations, but one thing to consider is that Apple, like camcorder manufacturers, appears to be moving away from Firewire connectivity and towards USB connectivity — so you may want to concentrate your search for camcorders with that in mind. Let me... Well, see for yourself by clicking here.

  • Dynamic Link Media Server Error On Video Export Photoshop CC 2014

Dynamic Link Media Server Error On Video Export Photoshop CC 2014

    Hi,
Are you still having problems with CS6 Video Export?
What Export settings are you using? (A screencapture might be the fastest way to answer that.)
Does it work if you use the default settings?
If you have time to experiment, I have some suggestions:
Would you please try/verify the following:
    1. Be sure virus/security/parental control software hasn't trapped parts of Photoshop, Bridge, Premiere, Lightroom, or any Adobe app using DynamicLinkMediaServer. (Make sure the Adobe apps are added as exceptions if needed.)
    2. Ensure you have the latest version of QuickTime
    3. Close all Adobe applications - wait more than 30 seconds, then launch Photoshop and try to open and export the file.
    - If unsuccessful, view Task Manager/Processes to verify necessary processes started up when importing video (dynamiclinkmanager.exe, dynamiclinkmediaserver.exe and Adobe QT32 Server.exe)
    - If unsuccessful, please capture the full error message text.
    4. Close all Adobe apps, wait 30 seconds - launch Bridge and try to open/export the file.
    Thanks,
    Meredith

  • Live video sharing

I have just read that the N70 can stream live one way video images. does anyone know if there is a limit to the call length ? if not is it billed as a video call or as data ? Is there anyway of also simultaneously recording the video. straight to a laptop with a 3g card or maybe straight on the phone itself either the transmit end or recieve ?

    Hi kevmac
There is no limit to the length of a real-time video share session. At least not one imposed by the N70... operators could conceivably limit it, but I think it unlikely that they would do that. Such a session is based on packet data, rather than circuit-switched call (eg a video call). It would make sense for operators to charge for this on a data basis, but some operators don't like to do this because they think we users are confused by MB and kB. They think we find it easy to understand that longer calls cost more than shorter calls. It's a fair point, because people are often amazed by how much data is consumed by a video.
Regarding the possibility of recording part of the video, yes, the N70 permits this, but only at the sending end. It is not possible for the recipient of the video to record it (for privacy reasons). The sending end of the call will allow the user to record any part of the session onto either phone memory or memory card. Note also that it is only possible to share video captured on the main (2MP) camera (ie not from the secondary, VGA camera).
BTW, this real-time video sharing is new, and not many operators are supporting it yet. I don't know which are.
    Hope this helps.

  • Why won't iTunes 10.3 play video shared from iTunes 10.2

    Hi all.
I upgraded iTunes 10.2 to iTunes 10.3, both running under Leopard on an Core 2 Duo iMac. iTunes 10.3 will now not play video shared from another iTunes 10.2 instance running under Snow Leopard elsewhere on my network. It'll play the audio from those video files, but not the moving images.
This all worked fine when I had iTunes 10.2 running under Leopard; and the video in question shares fine from 10.2/Snow Leopard to, say, my iPod Touch.
    Any thoughts?

Have upgraded to 10.3.1, with no improvement.
Have also noticed that this behaviour is only exhibited when trying to play shared content in a separate window: play it in the iTunes window, and it works fine.

  • No Audio with Video in Photoshop Elements

Some videos such as MVI do have the audio when I add the video to Photoshop Elements slideshow project.  There is no audio on 99.9% of the videos (AVCHD Videos .MTS files) obtained from my JVC camcorder and added to the same Photoshop Elements slideshow project.  Why one video had sound after being added to Photoshop Elements, I do not know.  However, when I open these same videos from my Windows explorer, they play with sound just fine.

There is limited support for video in PSE. The PSE/PRE combo gives the best input/output options including export to h.264, mobile devices, mp4 and burning DVD’s.

I am working on editing a video in Photoshop CC using the motion layout and I and every so often I get a green frame. I am doing everything the same as always has anyone else had this problem?

any phone can bend. the people who have the most issues with that are the ones that wear skinny jeans. your pants are applying presure at the top and bottom of the phone and your thigh is putting pressure in the middle. so you are effectivly putting your iphone into a bending press.

  • How do I capture good stills from video on Photoshop Elements 8?

I'm using Photoshop Elements 8.  When I try to capture still photos from video clips, the results are not very satisfactory.  Usually the stills are very unclear, not sharp like I want them to be.  I have to make many attempts to capture a still before  I can get one that's halfway clear.   Does it have to be this way?   What can I do to get consistently clear stills from video?  Thank you!

    Fair enough, Barbara.  Thanks!

Frame from Video is  more or less a legacy feature in PSE 8. It was meant to capture a frame or two from a short homemade video at a low resolution. It doesn't do HD video at all, and isn't meant for a clip that's more than a minute or so in length. It's been dropped from the latest version because nobody has those kinds of movies anymore.
So the bottom line is you're better off doing this with some other program than with PSE.

  • Editing video in Photoshop problems

I have a piece that the client is prepared to ditch because the talent wasn't looking to good in the lighting available. I had the crazy idea to edit the video frame by frame in photoshop cs5 Extended. I finished one of the videos, and photoshop crashed on export, but when I go back to open the psd file I get an error that it can't be opened by my version of Photoshop. This has happened three times now. Anyone run into this issue? I will also post at Adobe's site but thought I'd check in here too.

Found the answer eventually on the Adobe forums. Updating Photoshop did the trick. Now to decipher all the settings since my 600mb .mov file turned into an 8gb file on render.
