View Responses not matching form

Our form categories are not matching the columns for our view responses headers.  Some are missing altogether.  How do I fix this?  I do not think that adding the column in the view responses spreadsheet will correlate with the form.  Help please!

Do you have any filters specified (Personal view) within the Response table?

  • Entry View is not matching with General Ledger View in a document

    Dear Experts
    My problem is entry view is not matching with general ledger view because of  profit center. I have  posted the general ledger account with posting key 40 and profit center 1200 but when we see the same through general ledger view getting different profit center (i.e. 1410).
    Offsetting general ledger account is compulsory ? if it is working for one general ledger account it should support other general ledger accounts also, but it is not the same in our scenario. Any customization level problem ?

    In the general ledger view, the line items for the selected ledger are taken from a data merge between the document line items in the entry view and the document line items in the general ledger view. In the case of fields that exist in both views, the data in the general ledger view takes priority. However, fields are only transferred from the general ledger view to the fields in the entry view if they are active in the relevant ledger. If fields exist in the general ledger table group but are not active in the relevant ledger, they are transferred from the entry view. In the data merge, amounts in the entry view are in some cases (such as cash discounts) distributed proportionately across the amounts in the general ledger view. This is necessary if, as a result of document splitting, a line item in the entry view has been split into multiple line items in the general ledger view. The proportionately distributed amounts in the entry view cannot then be used for reconciliation with account balances because the total of the cash discount amounts from the line items, for example, does not correspond to the balance of the cash discount account as a result of the rounding differences.

  • Columns' positions do not match in pdf form compared to the "View Response" tab in Form Central

    I think I understand why this happened. And I am loookng for workarounds.
    For example, let's say in the beginning you have five fields (A, B, C, D, E) in your form. Later on, you decided that you need to add two more fields says A1, and C1, and now the fields are as follow A, A1, B, C, C1, D, E. After you submitted the form to Adobe Form Central, you take a look at the "View Responses" tab, and you realize the order of the columns are as follow A, B, C, D, E, A1, C1.
    I believe this happened because the new fields A1, and C1 were added later. But I am wondering what are the workarounds?

    Yes, it does work in Acrobat Reader. I'm just trying to determine if this is a recent bug in Tiger (like maybe because of the 10.4.9 update) or if it's something related to the particular version of Acrobat the file was created in.
    I haven't had to have Acrobat Reader on any of my Mac's since Jaguar.

  • DI Webservice - Response not well-formed XML & OBServer.dll failed extract

    Hi,
    My company just implement SAP B1 this year.
    So far, we encounter 2 issue :
       1. Every month we encounter "Response is not well-formed XML" using DI Server Webservice.
       2. Failed to extract OBServer.dll from CAB file (encounter also once a month)
    For issue 1, restart DI Server service will not help.
    I need to reboot the Windows OS to make it work again.
    For issue 2, restart DI Server service will help to solve the problem.
    But the question why this happening ?

  • Publish view does not match the Preview

    The preview of my site had the "hands" image taking up the entire width. But, in the publish view, it is not filling the page.

    I have written an ASP.Net web service which returns english,chinese and portuguese data. Everything seemed working fine until the method retunred only english data. The moment it returns english, chinese and portuguese data I get the error:

  • Viewing and retrieving PDF form responses problem

    Yesterday there were 2 submissions of our driver application form. One was my test and the other was from an actual applicant. Both were clearly displayed under the View Responses tab and I could click on either one and save as a PDF. Today I have 7 new responses. When I click on the number under Total I get a series of horizontal cells: Time Submitted  First Name Middle Name, etc. I am not seeing the individual submissions as I did yesterday. What's the fix.

    I would like to inform you that with forms central, you can convert the selected fields to PDF.
    However, your selection should be sequential. Example- You can convert column 1,2,3,4 and not select column 5; but it is not possible to select only column 2 and 3.

  • View responses is not the same view

    my form is not showing the view responses the same - its like the view method was changed but i didnt change it and now i dont know how to change it back i need help fast

    What I mean is that when this first started I could see all responses
    easily - like the columns were all laid out by subject of the form i
    created and now the responses are showing up vertically and before it was
    horizontally and so now i cant read anything on my responses. I dont know a
    phone number to call for support and i use this for my buisness for orders

    The following line produces the exception below.

    (the code is exactly as it is in the example, except for adding "?blob=base64" to the url of the AssemblerServiceService obeject, and I have the 3 files in the root of my c drive)

    after looking at the example more closely I discovered that there is a key name called "optionsLink.pdf" that doesn't match the source in the DDX file.

  • How to save to PDF form View Responses tab without including blank fields?

    Is there a way to save in PDF form from View Responses withouth including blank fields? More specifically, my form has several fields that have action (Show/hide) depending on the values. Once form is submitted and I am reviewing it from View Response tab, I use "save as PDF" button to save/download my completed form, however when I open it, it shows blank fields as well. Is there a way to somehow specify not to include blanks. If there is no way it would be a nice feature to have. Please let me know.

    No, the PDF is always going to show all fields, the "Show/Hide" does not affect the PDF we generate.
    I will soon post a Form for users to submit feature requests, keep your eyes out for an announcement in the forums for it and you can submit this request.

  • Why can't I view responses and form shared with me anymore?

    Someone shared a form with me, made me a co-author, and I was tweaking the form and getting responses on Adobe Forms Central with a user id that begins with swm.  I bought Adobe Pro using a different user id and had problems getting my educational discount done.  After 2 weeks of back and forth, the customer service people did eventually make it so that I have one user id, swm and a free adobe forms central account and a paid educational Adobe Pro account.  I spent over 3 hours on the phone with adobe today over two calls trying to get this finalized today.  However, NOW when I log into adobeforms central it tells me I don't have access to that document or permission to view it anymore even though I am using the same email, which is my adobe id.  
    Do I have to get the person who originally shared it with me to do something, or can I do it myself or with the help of adobe customer service?  I do NOT want to bother the person that shared it with me if it's possible because the school will have to PAY that person!  Please help!

  • Can not view cellular data account any more (email address does not match)

    On iPad, was originally able to go into Settings > Cellular Data > View Account and view the account info. Now cannot. If try using correct email address and password, get message that account or password are incorrect. If try entering just the email address and clicking "forgot password", get "the email address you entered does not match the email address on file for this device".
    But the 3G cellular is still working.
    Don't know if related, but this problem began after the reports of the 100,000 iPads/users hack. Leads me to wonder if I got hacked.... or more likely if the system/database that "View Account" normally accesses is offline or being reworked by AT&T.
    Any suggestions? Best AT&T contact via Internet? By phone #? By local AT&T store? Via Apple? Use iTunes to reset to factory defaults and start over (risk loss of unlimited plan?)?.

    Thanks for the replies, I just had the same problem yesterday and it was a misspelled e-mail address, BUT, it did take me three calls to AT&T and more than two and a half hours. The first person didn't even know what I was talking about and gave me a number for iPad support which turned out to be Apple's, so... no help. The second person told me they were there only to solve iPhone problems until I read her your posts, then she tried and tried until the call was cut off (this is AT&T after all). But the third person finally understood, even though it took her almost an hour to get to their iPad support department (she told me it was busy all the time) not before trying with their "technical department" also. I just can't believe that Apple sells millions of these things and AT&T can't supply a direct phone number for this department, or doesn't even train their personnel.

    That means you are looking at the form online with a browser that uses its own (incompatible) PDF viewer, not the Adobe Reader plugin.
    Either
    download the form to your local disk and fill it from there
    use a browser that employs the Adobe Reader plugin
