View standard tabs in BP transaction

Hi Experts,
        I have a requirement to view standard tabs on BP transaction which are not visible.
For Eg:
While Creating Business partner with role as (BP General) I could see the following tabs :- Address , Address Overview , Identification , Control , payement Transaction , Long text , Marketing Attributes ,Status , Documents tabs respectively.
But while creting Business partner with role as (Finincial Services BP ) I could see differenet set of tabs.
My requirement is if there is a tab name Ratings available on (Finincial Services BP ), I want that tab to be visible on ( BP General screen), i.e I want Ratings tab to be also visible on BP creation screen when the role in (BP general).
Please letme know the respective SPRO settings or is there some other settings which I am supposed to do.
Help will be appreciated.

Hi,
For thsi go to transaction SPRO. Follow the path Cross application components -> sap business ppartner -> business partner -> basic settings -> define bp roles.
Here double click  on the role and click on hide flag.

    Hi Anil
    Goto T code OBD2 select your account type for which you want new tab. Click on details button above.
    On next screen you can see "Field status" box.
    Select (double click) on the view (i.e. General data or CC data or Sales data) in which you want to add new tab.
    Again on next screen double click on the field present under "Select group" box.
    On next screen go ahead with your settings, i.e. which fields you want and how.
    Save the changes. Goto XD01 and test the same.

    I want to add a new field in address tab in communication area.
    I tried doing through EEWB but the transaction creates a new tab and adds the new fields.Can anybody suggest how to shift the custom fields from the new tab to standard tab.
    Many people have suggested BUCO transaction but it would be great if anybody can give the steps to do the same.

  • Wide report causes standard tabs in two-level-tabs to move

    I know that sounds odd. So, if you have a large (wide) report, that spans the browser window, and you resize the window, the tabs will move to the right, eventually right out of the window. Very odd.
    I have Apex 3.0.0.00.20. I have a simple report region with a query that has over 20 columns. The data isn't really meant to be read, there is a download to spreadsheet link that people will use. However, there is also a two-level tab system in place. Parent tabs at the top (on the right) look fine. The standard tabs, below are left aligned and look good on all pages except this one. If the window is wide, fitting the entire width of the report, then the tabs align on the left. That is very wide, filling up more than my widescreen monitor on my two-monitor setup. For users on a single smaller monitor, they cannot size it that large, and if the window is narrow enough, the tabs are actually off the screen. You have to scroll right to see them. It's the strangest thing. But, it's a pain, since they need to use these.
    Anyone see this? Any ideas how to prevent those tabs from moving and staying anchored on the left?

    Sounds like the result of a layout based on nested tables, which are expanding to accommodate the wide report content.
    Solution would be to move the standard tabs region or the report region to another region position, or change the page template so the tabs current region position is not contained within a table that also contains the table containing the report region position.
    This should all become clear if you view the page in Firefox and outline the tables using the Web Developer Toolbar...

  • Can't grasp the relation between tab set, parent tab, standard tab set and standard tab

    Very novice to apex application building, but after trying to figure the concepts behind the tab sets I'm getting more and more confused about it as I always get different behaviour when changing things.
    The documentation is not very clear on this.
    Is there someone who can explain this in a comprehensive way?
    It would be nice to have a view on the consequences of using these different levels of groupings.
    Any help will be dearly appreciated ;-)

    One level tab application
    Tabsets are used to group standard tabs.
    Use full when splitting up the application in different sections. Much like how the apex is split up in the application builder, sql workshop, team developend and administration.
    Parent tabs aren't used. And a one level tab application can't be turned into a two level tab application.
    Two level tab application
    Parent tabs belong to only one tabset "main".
    The standard tabset is the connection between the parent tab and standerd tab.
    There is one standard tabset for every parent tab.
    The standard tabset in the two level application has the same function as the tabset in the one level application.
    The standard tabset also determines when a parent tab is current.
    When on the page the setting Standard Tab Set is set then the parent tab belonging to that standard tabset is current.
    This means that if you change a page form one parent tab to an other you not only need to change the tab settings. But also the settings on the page.
    If you still in the position to choose between list or tabs as your main form of navigation I would recommend using lists.
    The possibilities with the list templates are greater that with tabs.
    Tabs have a maximum of two levels. List don't have such a limit.
    If you created your application as a one level tab application you can't turn it in a second level application without some serious hacking.
    Clicking on a standard tab submits the page and branch after the computations. This could also be viewed as a pro for tabs because with list navigation your page needs to be accessible by url. Did isn't necessary with standard tabs making them more secure. Parent tabs also use an url to navigate.
    Only the standard tabs belonging to the current standard tabset are rendered making a drop down menu impossible.
    Hope this clears up some of your questions.

    I would like to view one tab while I am working in another. I can do it by opening one of the tabs in a new window and tiling both windows on the screen. Is there any way to do it within one window?

    I am facing some problems in creating a custom tabs in CRMD_ORDER Transaction code in Solution Manager of SAP.
    Actually my requirement is adding of two tabs(one is header & another is item tab) in the above Transaction, i was able to put one tab i.e header tab but i was not able to keep item tab. i found a badi CRM_CUSTOMER_I_BADI in which documentation was given & i processed in the same way.
    For information i used the Badi CRM_CUSTOMER_H_BADI for header tab which i was able to add the tab & all functions like change, save working Good.
    But i want how to add custom tab in which item details were to be attached.
    i was done with the necessary SPRO settings(or Tcode CRMV_SSV) & able to see the 2 tabs thats it, but the functionality save is not working for the second tab & not saving in table CRMD_CUSTOMER_I (in this table there is one CI include where we added our item fields).
    And also i had a doubt whether to use ALV or Table Control. And if possible can any one can sent me the screen design & the code for the above requirement in detail.
    can any one who have knoweldge in Solution Manager & in the above Badi implementation can give me a right solution which will help me a lot.

    Hi,
    These options are coming from Excise Group settings.
    Go to : SPRO-Logistics General-Tax on Goods movements-India-Basic settings-Maintain Excise Groups-in 'MIGO Settings' tab, select the check boxes, accordingly you will get the options in Excise Tab of MIGO screen.
    Hope this will resolve your issue.

    There are more than one Applications folders. At the root level of your system is an Applications folder for all users, where most installations go. Every user, including you, also has a separat Applications folder.
    Check all of them.

    Yes it is possible, but we are talking a modification of SAP standard here. Also the effort needed will be at least 10 times higher than using EEWB as you have to reprogram all generated code / screen helps that SAP provides. Moreover these fields are then still not exchanged with the interfaces / BDocs etc which will be also some more days of work. There is no usable documentation on this - at least not by SAP and I am not aware of another one. It is much easier to create an EEWB enhancement and then move the fields from one tab to another.
    Doing this all by hand is like adding a second processor to an existing motherboard for more performance compared to exchanging the existing one with one of higher specifications.This is possible, but requires a) more work/time/material b) more experience c) you lose warranty d) in the end you do not know for sure what the outcome will be

    There is a requirement to add a custom field in sales tab of BP transaction in 'Sales area data', above the field 'Customer group 1'.
    Is it possible with BDT,else any other method to handle the procedure.
    I think it is not possible with EEWB to add field in this screen of BP. Please correct me if am wrong.

  • Sap r/3 rel 4.6c - F-03 Process open Items Column Width standard tab output

    Hello All:
    I use SAP R/3 Release 4.6C.  I am learning how to use the F-03 Clear G/L Account function.  On the front page of F-03 you enter the account number and then click process open items.
    The output comes on the screen in the "standard" tab.  In this tab you may start to clear your items.
    My question:  How do you change the width of these columns?  I know you can change the column width by moving the column margin with the mouse.  I want to know how to change the column width permanently - make the column a "fixed" width that will not change unless I change it.
    Do you know which variant I need?

  • Columns' positions do not match in pdf form compared to the "View Response" tab in Form Central

    I think I understand why this happened. And I am loookng for workarounds.
    For example, let's say in the beginning you have five fields (A, B, C, D, E) in your form. Later on, you decided that you need to add two more fields says A1, and C1, and now the fields are as follow A, A1, B, C, C1, D, E. After you submitted the form to Adobe Form Central, you take a look at the "View Responses" tab, and you realize the order of the columns are as follow A, B, C, D, E, A1, C1.
    I believe this happened because the new fields A1, and C1 were added later. But I am wondering what are the workarounds?

    Yes, it does work in Acrobat Reader. I'm just trying to determine if this is a recent bug in Tiger (like maybe because of the 10.4.9 update) or if it's something related to the particular version of Acrobat the file was created in.
    I haven't had to have Acrobat Reader on any of my Mac's since Jaguar.
