Vimeo or YouTube embedded videos not showing CC on iPhone

Hello,
I am building my first site and I am trying to add a short video I created. I have it on both Vimeo and Youtube, with CC in various languages.
After publishing the site, to preview it on my iPhone 5' Chrome and Safari, I can play the video fine. I even have the option to choose the language (I have 4), but it doesn't matter what language or browser I use, the iPhone's player opens-up and does not show the CC. However, when I go the YouTube app it does show the CC. I think the problem is from my iPhone's video player.
Having the option for people to choose the CC is very important for the project, I hope you can help me figure-out a work around it.
I am using Adobe Muse 2014.3
iMac 10.10.2 Retina 5K

//www.youtube to load videos to iWeb using html widget.

YouTube embedded videos not working on iWeb 3.01/Safari?

My website has three videos, uploaded to YouTube and the embed codes downloaded to iWeb 3.01 site using HTML.
All three videos work on the site pages, although video one uses the "new" code and videos two/three use the "old" code.
In each case, I have had to add http: before //www.youtube.com to make these videos load to the iWeb site.
After uploading the site to Host Co. using FTP. The site works perfectly when using Firefox. But when using Safari video one will play
but videos two and three will not play and an error message is displayed.
Please help - am I missing something from the coding, or do I need to do something specail for Safari?
I am not an expert on coding.

When I right click it, it says movie not loaded; are the flv

YouTube "New Videos" not showing every subscription.

In the "New Videos" section, its only showing the new videos for only *some* of my subscriptions! Can anyone tell me what's up?! :(

Videos not showing up in iPhone video app.

I am running the lastest version of iOS and iTunes. I have home sharing activated on both my iPhone 5 and my MacBook Pro. My MacBook is on and iTunes is open. My macbook is set not to go to sleep while connected to AC power. I can access my home sharing music library. However, when I open the video app all I can access are the three videos I have loaded onto my iPhone's internal memory. While I am at home and connected to my network, I would like to be able to access all the videos in my iTunes library. I do not understand what I am doing wrong. I have included a screen shot of what I see when I open the Videos app. The three TV episodes are loaded onto my phone if I ever find myself mobile with time on my hands. Thank you to anyone who helps!

I did some more experimenting...
I have one 'TV Show' type video on my iPhone = "Shared" missing;
I deleted the 'TV Show' = "Shared" reappeared;
I added the same 'TV Show' back = "Shared" missing;
I deleted the 'TV Show' = "Shared" reappeared;
I added a 'Movie' type video = "Shared" remained;
I added the same 'TV Show' back ="Shared" remained;
I deleted the 'Movie' = "Shared" remained.
So the videos on my phone in step 1 and 7 are the same but after randomly deleting and adding videos, I was able to toggle the "Shared" button back on. I did all this on iTunes while leaving the Video app on; after every step, the "Video" app would update with the "Shared" changes. Certainly not a fix for the problem but I hope this workaround helps others too.

Then it's probably YouTube - have you checked here to see that you're watching the hi res version? It could be that YouTube is choosing an easier version to display based on your internet connection.
You can see on this screenshot that although the video has up to 1080 specs, my connection is making YouTube show me the 360p version by default.

Embedded video not loading?

I seem to be having a problem with embedded video not loading.
For example: In Youtube if a video is embedded in a larger screen (example: http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCY30JRSgfhYXA6i6xX1erWg) it will not load but if I load the video in its own page (example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_profilepage&v=bLT0z60vBl4) it will work perfectly fine.
The issue comes when there are videos that don't have the option to load in a full screen (example: http://www.cbc.ca/thenational/watch/).
I have the latest version, have hardware acceleration unchecked, this happens with all browsers (IE, FF, Chrome), have deleted cookies... what else can I do?

Then it HAS to be something outside of Flash Player and the browsers, because:
IE usues a proprietary plug-in - ActiveX, which is ONLY for IE amd functions independently of the others
Firefox uses the standard plug-in, which neither IE nor Chrome use, unless you specifically disable Chrome's proprietary plug-in
Chrome uses its own proprietary plug-in called "PepperFlash" which not only functions independently of the other two, it's a different format (PPAPI vs NPAPI)
The odds that all three different plug-ins (in two different formats, no less) have the exact same problem with one situation (viewing embedded YouTube video in another page)... are astronomical.

Youtube suggested videos are showing over the video playing??

When i go to youtube, i can't see the video playing properly and can't see the quality settings icon for the youtube suggested videos are showing over the video playing. Really annoying, i have to double click to fullscreen to change the quality settings. How do i fix this?

Assuming you already run OS 10.4.9 or above and have Quicktime 7.2, and are using Safari 2 or 3, download and install (or re-install even if you already had them) the latest versions, suitable for your flavor of Mac, of:

Flip4Mac WMV Player from http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/wmcomponents.mspx (Windows Media Player for the Mac is no longer supported, even by Microsoft)
Perian from http://perian.org/
Adobe FlashPlayer from http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1ProdVersion=ShockwaveFlash
In Quicktime Preferences, under advanced, UNcheck Enable Flash, and under Mime settings/Miscellananeous only check Quicktime HTML (QHTM).
In Macintosh HD/Library/Quicktime/ delete any files relating to DivX (Perian already has them).
The world should now be your oyster!
You should also have the free VLC Player from http://www.videolan.org/ in your armory, as this plays almost anything that DVD Player might not.

click on the iphone which show up as a camera there
navigate the dirs on the phone and copy out the videos to where on your computer
you wish them to be located

Import iPhoto Flip video - not showing.

Running iMovie 09. iPhoto '11 (9.1.5). Imported video from Flip into iPhoto. Video not showing in iMovie. Is this a format issue? Is there a workaround?

Make sure that if the Flip came with a disk or software to be installed, that you run the installer. I've got a first gen. Flip mino that requires something called a 'codec' to be installed before the video clips can playback. In my case it's a piece of software from a company called 3ivx.

But, one little thing to share:
"There's an option in settings for Playlists. It was set to Music only. Changed that to All then found the movie playlist under Movies by selecting Genre."
This is not to be done in iTunes in your computer; this is to be done at your apple TV under "setting". "audio video" "show playlist" "music only/all"
I am posting this here because I started chat mode with Apple support last night at midnight till 1:30, they didn't know what to do.
They called me back this morning at 10 am.
It's not 11:40 they finally know what I am talking about and showed me where to to find the "music only / all" toggle. My problem is now fixed;
all these time, they have in front of them a screen shot of your questions and answer but they don't know where to change it from music only to all.
So, I hope this will save the next victim a lot of time.

For what I PAID for this GREAT Phone, there should be NO LIMIT as to how many APPS. that I can download until and UNLESS my memory is FULL, which it is NOT even half full yet.
APPLE: Please change this LIMITATION, because there seems to be thousands of APPS. to choose from. Just as you have NO-LIMIT on the number of songs that I can download, I would like it to be the SAME for my APPS.

iBooks appear in the separate iBooks app in OS X 10.9 Mavericks.
Audible handles only audiobooks. They can't help with any issue with an iBook.
