Visio - bug - The server failed to process the request
Hi
When uploading a visio diagram into one of our sharepoint document libraries we then get a 'The Server failed to process the Request' error when we then try and view the document in the Web Browser. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks
I understand that this is an old thread. The following might be useful to other readers engaging this issue in the future.
I experienced the same error message when provisioning a new instance of the Visio Graphics Service application for a new farm. I first tested the approach presented by sjb500 and found that this approach did resolve the problem. I then
explored using a more limited permission approach. Over the course of several attempts, I eventually found that I only need map the application pool identity to the SPDataAccess role to resolve the problem:

PDFDocument Processor failed to process InputPDF Request.
I can't find anything on it here or in google. Could anybody enlighten me?

AlfonsoHello, I really would like to help but you did not provide any information about your system and form application.
Please specify form name (if it is standard SAP form), specify type (online, offline, interactive, dynamic, printing etc.). Would be nice if you could provide few system changes made before the first occurence of the problem.

Explanation RADIUS server failed to respond to request for STA
Hi all,
i have configured WLC 5508 to access through FreeRadius. Login is working fine but i see a lot of Warning message like :
WLC_5508_SECONDARY: *radiusTransportThread: #AAA-4-RADIUS_RESPONSE_FAILED: radius_db.c:472 RADIUS server X.X.X.X:X failed to respond to request(ID 28) for STA 40:83:de:3e:ee:81 / user '4083de3eee81'
In Cisco System Message i've found :
Explanation RADIUS server failed to respond to request for STA.
Recommended Action No action is required.
Is there a solution?
Thanks
MarcoI think you've not configured the WLC as a RADIUS client on the RADIUS server, or the RADIUS shared secret is incorrect.

RD Connection Broker randomly fails to process connection requests
The RD Connection Broker is a Windows 2008 R2 server. It's been running without issues for 3 years. It handles three RD servers also Windows 2008 R2.
Starting yesterday some users - not all - no longer can log on using the farm name. If the RDP file is set up to point to the server they were disconnected from then they get their session back.
There is only one error in the TerminalServices-SessionBroker log:

The MS updates were installed last week so this issue did not happen immediately after the install.
Any help, pointers, ideas would be greatly appreciatedThanks for replying, Dharmesh but I forgot to mention a couple of things:
1. There was only one 802 event and quite a few users who could not log on using the farm name for the RDP connection. This is still happening though the majority of the users have no problem logging on to the RD servers using the farm name.
2. Those who could not log on using the farm name could log on using a specific server name. I have not tried all the names because on the first day I had noticed that one server had no users on while the other two had lots. So when the first call came in
I pointed the user to the one server with the smallest load.
3. This is the first time this happens since I set up the farm.
4. This shouldn't matter but I had uninstalled IE 11 about a week before and reinstalled IE 9.
5. Some users who logged on using the farm name have to be logged off as they can't log back on after a disconnect.
I had seen the first article before I posted. Looked ant the second. I'll have to study it because at the first glance it doesn't appear to have much to do with my issue. -

Related to the error I also see warning related to "Local Dirty Notification State" and "Delta Synchronization State"
Thanks for any helpHi,
You may need to check whether your SQL server which hold SCOM database has any performance issue. You can restart related SQL services and system center management configuration service. In addition, please check operation manager event logs on management
server and find out is there any error messages related.
If there is event 31552, then you can try links below to troubleshoot it:
http://blogs.technet.com/b/sudheesn/archive/2009/07/28/getting-31552-exception-sqlexception-timeout-expired-very-frequently-in-scom-server.aspx
http://blogs.technet.com/b/kevinholman/archive/2010/08/30/the-31552-event-or-why-is-my-data-warehouse-server-consuming-so-much-cpu.aspx
In addition, please also try to flush health service state and caches for management server.

Yan Li

When I connect to the SharePoint site that contains the lists I need to build my query from , Power Query enumerates the list and displays them in the tool. I can click on the system tables and view the records but any table
in the list I created returns this error.
I can connect fine with InfoPath
[DataSource.Error] SharePoint: Request failed: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error. (An error occurred while processing this request.)
thank you for your help
Andrew
Hi Andrew. In order for us diagnose this issue, you'll need to capture some network traces using a tool such as Fiddler and share them by sending a Frown.
To capture a trace using Fiddler, start Fiddler, enable the Tools > Fiddler Options > HTTPS > Decrypt HTTPS traffic option, start the capture, reproduce your issue, then stop and save the capture. You can find more information here.
Once you've done that, please send a Frown through the Power Query ribbon and attach the traces.
Thanks,

Reports 11gR2 - The in-process Reports Server failed to start
Hello,
I recently installed the new Forms Reports 11gR2 on an Oracle Linux 5 update 6 64bit. Firstly, I installed the JDK1.6.29 64bit. Then, I installed the Weblogic Server 10.3.5 (jar version). Finally, I installed the Forms Reports 11gR2. After installation I reboot the machine. When it came up I manually started the Weblogic Server (10.3.5), the WLS_Forms, the WLS_Reports and OPMN. Everything looks fine except the in-process reports server.
I can access the page (http://apps8.orasys.gr:8888/reports/rwservlet) without any problems but when I try to access the showjobs (http://apps8.orasys.gr:8888/reports/rwservlet/showjobs?)
I get this message “REP-52266: The in-process Reports Server rep_wls_reports_apps8_asinst_1 failed to start.oracle.reports.RWException: IDL:oracle/reports/RWException:1.0”
The status of the In-process Reports Server is down. When I try to start it, it fails. This is what I get in the log files:

I am facing the error while starting the server. I see the following error.
<Sep 26, 2007 11:49:54 PM EDT> <Emergency> <WebLogicServer> <BEA-000350> <Unable to create a server socket on Channel Default for: 162.86.20.87, port: 8101. java.net.BindException: Address already in use Perhaps the address 162.86.20.87 is incorrect or another process is using port 8101.>

The WebLogic Server did not start up properly.
Exception raised: 'weblogic.server.ServerLifecycleException: Server failed to bind to the requested port. See preceeding log message for details.'
Reason: Server failed to bind to the requested port. See preceeding log message for details.
If the port is already in use how to find which server is running on that port, how to find the process and kill it. I am using weblogic 8.1 sp4 in Solaris 8.Bruce:
It sounds like (as you already note) failed to shutdown WLS, that is why the
.loc file was held and why the port is in use, WLS process was still
running. To see why it failed to shut down, I would examine the
weblogic.log, aslo the servers std out and err. Additionally taking a
thread dump (if possible) on the "it wont shut down" wls java process should
show (maybe unless the VM is hosed), where/what is hanging on/around. Do
you happen to have native code running with wls, say a type 2 JDBC driver?
Otherwise it sounds like a VM bug. But more data is needed to be sure.
Cheers

I was shutting down the WLS server using the console shutdown and itfailed to shutdown completely. I then attempted to use the kill command on
the process which usually works. This time I was unable to kill the process
without using the kill -9 command. When I attempted to bring the server
back up I got a failure to get a lock on the embedded ldap. I removed the
.loc file and came further up but was unable to get further than the
listener ports which were still locked to the old process. Do you know of
anything I can do the get the WLS server back up without rebooting my
Solaris server????
netstat -an shows the port is in use but the only process that is alloweduse that port is WLS.
