can you please elaborate more.
you can use sequencial numbering option as i am using it in version 12.1.3 for ap voucher numbering.
1. go to system administrator
2. go to aplication
3. go to seq. numbering.
4. create sequence from define window , check the message box to display message.
5. assign the created sequence to 'Standard Invoice' application Payable from assign window.
then try to book AP invoice . before this set the profile option Squencial numbering on partial use.

You need to change your Apple ID password. You could login to Find My iPhone and wipe that iPad if you felt the need to do so.

Manual Document Number for Journal Entry

I tried to upload invoices via DTW. I used manual doc. series for those invoices. SAP automatically creates a journal entry for every invoice but with it's auto numbering series. How can I use manual number for journal created by system? Thank's a lot.

as far as I know, there is no manual option series like in document e.g. sales order.
you could create new series and it is intended to manual operation of journal entry. By using this way, we can manage and differentiate the journal entry document numbering. Which one is for document accounting transaction journal and memorial journal (manual journal).

How does system generate the voucher number in a payment batch?
In my system, some voucher number in a payment batch seem sorted by supplier name, some are not.
I want to know is there any sorting rule for generating voucher number in a payment batch?

Thanks for your information. Maybe I did not explain clearly.My problem is...
If my setup for payment doucument sequence is starting with 200900000001.
The user create a payment batch for 10 payments, 200900000001~200900000010.
I am wondering how does the system decide which payment is 200900000001, which one is 200900000002?
My users used to file the physical document sorting by supplier name for one batch.
Most of time, the payment document numbers are also sorted.For expamples,
200900000001 Supplier A
200900000002 Supplier B
200900000003 Supplier C
Sometimes the sequence become like this,
200900000001 Supplier B
200900000002 Supplier A
200900000003 Supplier C
