Want to know in which table is the sessionid for a user stored

Hello,
I am using Obiee 10g .
I would like to create a report having users and the no of sessions they logged in.
In obiee setting->admin ->manage sessions i can see the session id.
Can i just know where are they stored.
I have S_NQ_ACCT table in my db but that have the user but don't have the session id.

I wanted to know how to frame the query if the table is v$active_session_history as there are so many columns then how ill know which is related to dashboard and which are not?
Write a query in your TOAD or SQL plus in the DB that ur using for obiee ,this is the query select sample_time,client_id,session_id from v$active_session_history where session_id=30987
and check your dashboard manage sessions for the session id and incorporate it in the where clause so you can know which user has run the report.

There are no rules or guidelines for finding the table but i will share some of the tips used generally.........but i am not sure if we can do it for a tree structure..but try anyways....
Double click on the structure name seen on the F1 pop up window...
in the structure screen, try to analyse the field which is very important something like a key in that set of fields or do the same for the fields which we feel are more important,then click on the domain for that field....once in the domain..click on the "where used list for the domain" on the top...
it will display a pop up -> select only "table" and then press "Tick/OK"..A list will be displayed with the data element and table name ..from this we need to find out the right one we need either by going for text of the table or going through each and every one
It takes time but does the job.....

When target DB is down in which table is the data from source is stored, also where are the error messages stored in ODI( I am not getting any error message in E$_TARGET_ANI_TEST).
When i am running the interface i am getting the below error against the errored step
"ORA-01045: user ABC lacks CREATE SESSION privilege; logon denied."
Only E$_TARGET_ANI_TEST is created with no data. No such tables like C$_0TARGET_ANI_TEST, I$_TARGET_ANI_TEST are created and also data is not inserted in the target table TARGET_ANI_TEST.

Which table stores the information about a user (name, username etc.) .Is it LDAP server or MSSQL server? then hw to go to that table ?

I guess this is a question about CAD - and it doesn't matter much if it's UCCE or Express. The info is in the LDAP called Directory Services. In UCCE the Sync process updates the LDAP from the ICM config database.
You can use a free LDAP browser to connect to the LDAP (anonymous connection) and read the LDAP.

Which table has the data for DeliveryBlock and DunnCount ??

Hi SAP gurus
I am trying to read values of DeliveryBlock and DunnCount, but couldn't locate a table that has these values.
The help feature showed that the table name is V_TQ04A. However, when I try to use the command
"select * from V_TQ04A into itab." I get a message that V_TQ04A is not defined in ABAP dictionary.
I would appreciate if some one can please let me know in which table I can see the values of these two.

In which table is the Serice Order status is stored?

Hi Friends,
We have a requirement to get the Service Order Status in BI, so that when ever the SO is closed (CLSD status, in IW33 Tcode ) we can restrict in BI.
If we can know in which table is this stored, i can enhance the DS 2LIS_18_I3HDR which is populating in Service Orders Infocube.
Have any one have idea in which table are status stored (Like the SO status will be like CRTD....CLSD etc)

GLOBAL TEMPORAY TABLE with the ability for a user to see others's entries

I have a list of record available for many user at the same time for them to work on.
Every one has the tendency to chosse the first record...
I want each of the users to be able to chose a different record once the preceding record has been selected by another user.
It would have been somthing like a GLOBAL TEMPORAY TABLE but with the ability for every user to see others records
so I would do and anti-join...
Does anyon have an idea on how I could implement such a behavior?

You will not be able to use a global temporary table for such a requirement.
It sounds like you will need a permanent table, which you will need to lock certain records (prohibiting users from taking those already in use), you can look at using the DBMS_LOCK package for this.
That's just speculation based on what you've typed, if you provide more details you make get more specific help.

In which table does the Manage Rejection data is stored

I need some information regarding Manage Rejection.
In which table is Rejected users data is stored. Actually what I am looking for is to look at the comments of all the rejected users by the reviewers.
Currently I need to go into each and every request for the comments of reviewers.
I searched for any specific table on the net but was able to find any.

Which table contains the status for WBS elemnts

Hi Experts ,
Could some one provide information regarding :-
While we check WBS element in t-code :CJ03 for every WBS there are some status fields indicating REL / PLN etc.
At the table level i m unable to find this status field.
Aldready Checked in master data table PRPS and PROJ also PRHI but it doesnot exsist in any of them.
Is this populated though some other functonality or its stored in some database table : corresponding to WBS elements
Any help is beneficial
P.S : The answer to the above was not found in any exsusting thread here . So before Locking the thread please do provide the reason and tehn lock

well thanks for your reply ,
But , the field PSPNR of PROJ when applied to POSID of PRPS it provides the detail about one WBS Element only
whereas there can be multiple WBS element for a single project definition .
On the other hand , if the third party system needs to WBS elemnts master data then its required to send all the available created WBS elements .
As per my analysis there cannot be a WBS creation in Project System without a Project Definition.
So even if we donot check teh exsistence of teh project definition associated with WBS then also the data should be fine. What do you suggest on this ?
Since i dont find an appropriate field to provide Project Definition number in table PRPS or which field in PRPS can relate to PROJ ?
Because a project can have multipleWBS elements assigned (can you approve this ?)
Eg :
In CJ03 : Project Definition = M.9995 on checking the WBS assigned follwing are the WBS elements
WBS :- M.9995.1
M.9995.2
Now which field in PRPS can enlist me all theWBS for a projcet : Suppose the Project :M.9995then i need all the WBS associated at the table level . I m asking this question since i dont think there is such a field . As PRPS-PoSID = PROJ-PSPID only this relation exsists.
Please verify the above understanding , it will be very beneficial as a knowledge of PS . Could somebody suggest on the above assumption

let's say we've two fields in the querry e.g: Actual GI Quantity, Actual Value of GI
This fields from PP Querris level how would i know from which table we're getting data is there any easy process to find out please drop your suggestions..
Next doubt is when generate querry e.g. PM Module we don't know exatly what're the available tables & fields technical names but in my currently project using SAP Delivered Infocubes & Querries at the moment & generating querries but when we test in the Portal it's shows some fields '0', X. I've to check in source system weather it's having any values or not.

I'm a colleague of Maarten, and I think maybe we didn't explain well enough what we want. So let me try to elaborate:
We want to obtain the reference (within the SOAP-Body of the XI-message) to the attachment which contains the main payload (at least, in XI itself). This reference seems to have gone missing, once our adapter module (after having gone through XI) is entered (and, by the way, before we enter the SOAP-receiver-adapter).
The JAVA-representation of the XI-message seems to hide the fact that in XI itself, the main payload is an attachment, referenced from within the SOAP-Body.
Nevertheless, we would like to obtain/retain(?) that reference, in order to put it in our own to-be-created-additional-attachment, which would go (via the PayloadSwapBean-module of SAP) into the SOAP-body of the final SOAP-call, and should then reference the 'new attachment' (which was (in XI itself) the main payload).
So, I think both answers (up to now) don't help us much (however: thanks for your reaction anyway of course).
So, maybe someone has another idea?

Actually Im new to oracle applications,
Im getting an error when i open a form from system administrator responsibility saying that table doesnot exist.
My basic doubt is, how to know which table in the database a form is accessing.

Use the function module READ_TEXT for fetching the long text..
I came across similar situation in my project where i need to fetch the long text for Notification no.I have used the following code for fetching the Notificatin long text,you can just compare this logic and change accordingly.
      CALL FUNCTION 'READ_TEXT'
           EXPORTING
                CLIENT   = SY-MANDT
                ID       = 'LTXT'
                LANGUAGE = WA_STRUCT12-KZMLA
                NAME     = QMNUM
                OBJECT   = 'QMEL'
           TABLES
                LINES    = INT_TAB13.
Specify LANGUAGE if you wanna fetch the long text regardless of the log on lang.The resulting long text will be stored in the itab INT_TAB13 which can be defined with reference to the structure TLINE.
