Hello Jacque1955-
As this product would be outside of our 15 day Return & Exchange Promise shown here, we would not be able to exchange the product for you.  AWBrown has linked you to our trade-in program which would list an estimated value for your product if traded in at one our stores that accepts trade-ins.  We would not be able to give you the same value as what you originally paid for the item.
In addition, as AWBrown mentioned, this site does not allow customers to sell their products to other users either publicly or privately.  We would not be able to accommodate your request to exchange these two items straight up for each other.
I apologize for any disappointment that this may cause you.
Sincerely,

  • I have a samsung galaxy tab3 and when downloading it says my system is not suppoted

I have a samsung galaxy tab3 model number gt.p5210 and when downloading flash it tells me that flasg is not supported

There is no more Flash Player for Android and there won't be another. Android is no longer compatible with Flash Player. Playing Flash content is very processor consumptive and it drains your battery, also shortening the life of it. Android (Google) recommends using either "Dolphin" or "Puffin" as your browser if you need to view Flash content with a mobile device running Android. They're both free in the GooglePlay store. These browsers use "server side" rendering to reduce the load on your device.

  • I want to install Adobe Reader on my Samsung Galaxy Tab3 and am having all kinds of issues

I Google Adobe Reader on the tablet and click install and it comes back with a message wanting to go to something like Google Play App.  No idea what that is

    Hi,
To install any application on an Android device, you will have to download it using the Play Store application on your device.
To find the Google Play Store application:

  • Advice on Buying A Samsung Galaxy Core Prime Mobile

What would you like to know?

I would have said it is a bit better than an entry level phone with a low quality big screen, a reasonable back camera and not much storage. The storage is however expandable with an sdcard and it does have a reasonable front camera for selfies. The quad core processor should be good however the 1GB of ram will probably crap out before the processor does. I would only buy this phone if I was looking for a reasonable priced big screen prepaid device. If you are going onto a contract I would pay the extra money and get one of its big brothers. Having said all that I bet all you wanted to know is what colour it comes in.

  • Samsung Galaxy Tab3 and Telstra dongle connection

I have just bought a samsung tab 3 and would like to share (tether) my current telstra 3G plan to access the net on my tab? How do I do this - I have only a laptop (with 3g dongle connected) and a tab 3. Can I wirelessly pick up my telstra account somehow please?

    Hey hevins,
Firstly, welcome to CrowdSupport. Please stick around and offer any expertise you have in the range of topics we have here, in our Community.
I'm assuming you only have the Telstra USB dongle not the Wi-Fi version where you can easily share your connection with other devices.
In this instance you mentioned that your laptop connects to the internet via the dongle and now would like to get access on your tablet as well via the same connection.
What's the make and model of your laptop? Have you tried connecting your tablet via USB cable and turn on or allow internet sharing service on your laptop?
Quick google search with your laptop make and model and how to share internet connection with tablet should give you some answers. Let us know how you go with this so we can point you in the write direction. Thanks hevins.

  • Verizon Customer Service and Samsung Galaxy S III

A little over 3 weeks ago I purchased a Samsung Galaxy III phone from Verizon.
    The exact store is:
    224 North Weber Road,
    Bolingbrook, IL 60440
    (630) 226-4660
When I purchased the phone the person who sold me the phone told me that I had 30 days, If I was not completely satisfied with the phone I could return it and get my money back.  However, he assured me that I would LOVE my new phone.
I had just come off using a Blackberry for 4 years with no problems AT ALL!  I loved that phone, but I thought it would be nice to get up to the 21st century phone standards and get a touch screen phone.  Well, I went for the best…… or so I thought.
As soon as I got my new phone in the car, I started using the speaker phone hands free.  The speakerphone began to cut in and out and the person, my husband whom I most speak with could not understand what I was saying.  I used the speakerphone on my Blackberry without issue.  I did not think much of it because I was so happy to have my new phone.  I thought maybe I was just in a bad area etc… Well the issue persisted also when I called my bank, my husband’s mother, my mother and it did not matter where I was the speaker phone did not work properly.  Then my phone started to drop calls.  Again, I thought it may have been the area, but it started happening a lot.  So now I was really beginning to wonder.  Having though I was still under the 30 DAY warranty, I gave it a few more days.  I began having to take out the battery to reset the unit because apps where disappearing and when I went to re-install them the unit indicated that app was already on my phone and wanted to know if I would like to uninstall the app.  I had to once again take out the battery and have the unit restart.  Well, I could not take it anymore.  With all of the things going wrong only a couple of weeks after purchase, I had to go into the store and see what they could do for me.  I went in and explained my situation to the manger who was greeting people at the door, I think her name was Katie or something like that.  She put me in line on her IPad just like everyone else for someone to assist me.  I was assigned to a very pleasant associate who took the battery out of my phone and said try this to see if this works for you.  I, not knowing very much about the technology said ok and walked out of the store.  Well it kept on getting worse.  I went back to the store on Sunday, September 30th 2012 asking for my money back or a new replacement for the phone.   They would not assist me. I started with a regular associate and went up the chain finally getting Katie (the store manager) who repeated everything that everyone else said.  So, obviously, she has no managerial skills at all.   She stated that they would have to totally reset my phone to see if some apps where conflicting etc.  Isn’t that what you purchase a Smartphone for??? To put apps on it and calendars etc.  I just downloaded a calendar and Xfinity because that is what I have my e-mail on.  I don’t’ think that was the issue, but you could not tell Katie anything.
I wanted a new phone replacement or money back as I spent $300.00 dollars on this phone.  She would not have it.  She said we have to go through the proper trouble shooting because I was out of the 14 day return policy!!!!.   OMGsh 14 days????  I was told 30!  Had I known this, I would have gotten my money back the first time I took the phone in for the issues I was having.  At that time, I was still under the 14 day policy!  I proceeded to express my opinion to everyone in the store stating “Don’t buy a Samsung Galaxy III” They are pieces of **bleep**. Well, needless to say Katie did not like that and she set my phone down in front of me and said, if I am going to swear, she is not going to help me.  Ok, then I re-worded my statement to tell everyone in the store “Don’t buy a Samsung Galaxy III they are pieces of garbage”  I cleaned it up a little, but still got my point across.  I also told her that I would blog about it and send a letter to the corporate office of both Samsung and Verizon.  I don’t think that she believed me, but here I am taking my time for this stuff.  Time I don’t have much of, but I feel very strongly about this situation.  I was lied to and Katie had the nerve to tell me that if I get a replacement phone from them, it would be a refurbished unit even though I just purchased the unit 3 weeks earlier.  THAT is unacceptable by any standards!!!
Needless to say I left the store totally dissatisfied with Verizon’s customer service and the Samsung Galaxy III phone.  I have not put any unusual apps on my phone nor have I downloaded a new calendar to my phone and I am still having the same issues with dropped calls and bad speaker phone.  I will not put any time into this phone for them to tell me they need to reset the whole darn thing again!  I am not going to bother going back to that Verizon store, because I know that they will not lift a finger to do anything about it.
My husband wants an IPhone 5.  We will not be purchasing this from Verizon and I will probably eat the cancellation fee and go through AT&T so that my husband can get his IPhone.  I will never purchase another thing from Verizon, this is not the first time that that they have let me down.
I hope that this letter, blog, facebook, YouTube note will open some eyes with regard to Verizon customer service and the Samsung Galaxy III phone.  I don’t know if it will, but with social media as it is, I hope it DOES!
    Thanks for nothing Verizon!!!
    Sincerely
    Donna {edited for privacy}

  • Is Samsung Galaxy Ace compatible with Macbook Pro?

Hi everyone.  I am interested in buying a Samsung Galaxy Ace (Android 2.2 Froyo) but I dont have any idea if its Mac-compatible.  I tried searching the net for answers but can seem to find anything so far...
Hope you can help me with this issue guys...Thanks!

DavidGoodnight, I hope FoneSync for Android by Nova Media is the one you are looking for.  Their site says you just search for the app in the Android marketplace, install in your device and it wil just automatically download into your mac after syncing.  I haven't tried it myself because I have given up on buying the Samsung Ace because of compatibility issues but based on feedbacks from other users in this forum, this is the app you are looking for.
Here is the link for the app: http://www.novamedia.de/en/mac-fonesync-android.html. By the way, the app cannot be used to sync tablets running Android OS 3.x
I hope this answers your question.

  • Device Configuration for Samsung Galaxy Tab?

Longtime Flex/AIR developer here, but first time developing for Android.
Want to build for Samsung Galaxy Tab. In Flash Builder Burrito, when creating a Run Configuration, there's a list of devices to target. But the Galaxy Tab isn't one of them. Which one should I use? Or do I just create one and enter the right dimensions etc? Is there any information associated with those device configurations besides the pixel dimensions and pixels per inch?

Try the nearest match in terms of resolution. Also if you design your controls with relative size (%age based or relative to a fixed initial size), it shouldn't be a problem on device. There is also a blog post which may help you in writing your app: http://www.adobe.com/devnet/air/flex/articles/writing_multiscreen_air_apps.html

  • Can I use my iPhone 5s contract sim in a new Samsung Galaxy S6 Sim Free?

Hi, I am thinking of buying a Samsung Galaxy S6 Sim Free. I currently have a contract with EE for and iPhone 5S which doesn't end until December. I was wondering if I could use this sim in a Samsung Galaxy S6 with no problem, so I can still use my contract but with a new phone which I've bought? Thanks.

Yes you can. But just to let you know a sim free device wil lock to the first carrier that the SIM card is on when put in to the device.  So if you put your EE SIM card in the device it will become locked to EE.

  • I need opinions. I currently on dilemma on buying iPod Touch 4 or Samsung Galaxy Tab. Comparing these two, which one is better? Why? Tq.

Well, I want to buy a new gadget for myself. But I currently don't know which one to choose yet. Both iPod Touch 4 and Samsung Galaxy Tab are great inventions! But i can't afford to buy both of them. So i'm asking all of you, any ideas or opinions on these two gadget? Which one is better and why? What do iPod 4 have that Samsung Tab don't have and vice versa. Thank you so much if you replying this.

I'm having the same issues you are having on my S3.  I was on the phone with tech support (Verizon) last Friday for about an hour.  I had to get a bit nasty with the tech when he attempted to blame Samsung for this (Samsung didn't release that update without Verizon's OK- and have you noticed Verizon has added their logo to the startup now?).
My data usage has gone up, battery draining much faster (and I have an extended battery!) and I had to re-load some of my widgets on the phone (including the My Verizon widget).  The tech had me start the phone in Safe Mode (holding down the power, volume rocker and Home button at the same time until the Samsung logon screen shows then let go of the power button while continuing to hold the other two buttons until the phone logs on completely).
Whatever he did remotely seemed to make the phone act better yet he decided I need the update 'reflashed' to the phone.  First he credited my account $30 to take care of any possible data overages.  He then contacted my local Best Buy store to see if they could 'reflash' (upload the update again) the phone.
I went to Best Buy and had it done the next day.  I think the phone was better before the 'reflash'!  The tech gave me his personal Verizon cell number so I will be calling him back today.
An update for the update is coming yet the release date hasn't been confirmed.  The tech said my account will be monitored for any overages in which I will received credits to cover it.
Good luck, Ginger- and I agree with you: if this doesn't get fixed I will move my business to T-Mobile!

  • OS lion can't find my samsung galaxy s i90000 when i plug it into the Mac. I don't want to/cannot use Kies, that programme *****.

I just bought a iMac, OS lion, and I want to send the photo's from my Samsung Galaxy s i9000 to my mac but it doesn't see the connection. (USB cable).
I finally succeeded in downloading Kies (isn't compatible with Lion) but that doesn't work either. Isn't it possible to just move my pictures from the phone to my Mac with Finder?
