    You need to execute the program RFCMCRCV from transaction SE38 for creating the A/R summary so that you will be able to view report.
    Hope this will resolve.

  • UWL CONFIG FIELD MAPPING

    Hi all,
    We have done some config in UWL by uploading XML file so that the workitem displayed in the manager's inbox(UWL) has got one box where he(manager) enters some text if he accepts or rejects the workitem.
    The filed in XML file is
    < action property u201CUserDecisionNoteTextu201D>
    I am not able to locate to which field this text which manager enters is mapped to R/3.I require the field to which it si mapped as i require it for further processing.

    Hi,
    Check the below may be usefull.
    What you need to is to modify the section or add new parameters if it doesn't. Here's a sample custom task/item type configured to launch a custom web dynpro application with the work item ID as a parameter, you can modify this according to your needs:
    code <ItemType name="uwl.task.webflow.TS.SAP_R3_HumanResources" connector="WebFlowConnector" defaultView="webflowView" defaultAction="launchWebDynPro" executionMode="pessimistic">
    <ItemTypeCriteria systemId="SAP_R3_HumanResources" externalType="TS9" connector="WebFlowConnector"/>
    <Actions>
    <Action name="launchWebDynPro" groupAction="" handler="SAPWebDynproLauncher" returnToDetailViewAllowed="yes" launchInNewWindow="yes">
    <Properties>
    <Property name="WebDynproApplication" value="Approval"/>
    <Property name="WebDynproDeployableObject" value="DC"/>
    <Property name="DynamicParameter" value="wi_id=${item.externalId}"/>
    <Property name="display_order_priority" value="1"/>
    </Properties>
    <Descriptions default=""/>
    </Action>
    </Actions>
    </ItemType>[/code]

    Yes... you should ALWAYS vimdiff (or whatever) your pacnew files against their existing counter parts to capture changes from the devs first!

  • C4500 VSS quad - incorrect config synchronisation

    Testing two C4510R+E chassis VSS in quad supervisor 7-E configuration.
    All 4 sups. had the same basic configuration – converted to VSS and added VSL ports (same in each chassis).
    During testing I inserted one more linecard to each chassis and added one port from the card to VSL. All worked fine. Then I removed active sup., booted previously ROMMON booted sup. to IOS and config was synchronized from ACTIVE to STANDBY sup. and VSL config was updated. Again, all worked fine.
    But the I realized incorrect seting of calendar so I began to change UTC calendar time from factory to local setting. Change active - active synchronizes to standby, switchover, boot second sup. etc. But after second switchover, on ACTIVE sup console appeared warning, that config was synchronized from STANDBY to ACTIVE!
    First I was thinking about version revisions of configuration – higher revision would have higher priority, but did not find any information about it so could the time synchronization be problem.? I was changing approx. +7h from factory settings.
    Does anybody have any experience with this behavior?
    Note: the log bellow is from Active sup. that had factory time setting and Standby sup. (probably) had updated time.

  • Java APM Agent initialization failed: SEAgent.config.xml does not have a valid event sender configured

    Today I tried to configure JAVA APM on a CentOS 6.4 server with tomcat6 installed through the normal RPM package. Adding this server to SCOM was no problem and it shows itself as a 'Deep Monitored Configuration'. The last part of enabling
    JAVA APM fails. I have followed the following process:
    1. Imported the JAVA APM MP's
    2. Extracted the JAVA APM Files
    3. Copied those files to my CentOS server
    4. Added the JAVA_OPTS to my tomcat configuration file
    5. Restarted Tomcat
    When I look for the log file which needs to be created through the installation of the APM agent it cannot be find. When I look into my Catalina.out file I see the following errors:

    Does anyone have seen this error before? Can someone help me with this one?
    Thnx,

    I'm running tomcat on a CentOS release 6.4 (Final) server. I installed Tomcat 6 through an RPM from the CentOS sources. I have installed Apache Tomcat/6.0.24 wit JVM version 1.7.0_09-icedtea-mockbuild_2013_01_16_18_52-b00, the JVM Vendor is Oracle Corporation.
    My tomcat configuration needs to be done in '/etc/tomcat6/tomcat6.conf'
    I installed the APM Agent in the path '/opt/apm/' with the rights  40755 (root/root). The files have the following rights:
    -rw-rw-r-- 1 root tomcat  32046 Mar  3 15:38 apm_facade.jar
    -rw-rw-r-- 1 root tomcat 244819 Mar  3 15:38 apm_monitor.jar

    The above rights are equal to the /etc/tomcat6 directory with the tomcat configuration files.
    In the tomcat6.conf I have added the following entries:
    #Microsoft SCOM APM
    JAVA_OPTS="${JAVA_OPTS} -Djava.library.path=/opt/apm"

    Hi All,
    We have deployed ESS 1.41, MSS 1.41 and HRAS 1.41 business packages on Portal EP7.0 EHP1 SP7

Task id is TS1000076. Now when we HR Admin open the workitem from R/3 inbox, it opens up a dialog box for printing the document.(PDF Form)
    But these tasks are not visible under HR Administrators UWL iView in Portal. I have already checked the workflow system creation and its fine. Regards,

    Hi Amol,
    Configuring this in SWFVISU will help with the creation of the xml file telling the task how to launch and what to launch with:  See the following help documentation:
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/EN/2c/05b15de3864040a9426788a12699b3/content.htm -
    This is the documentation for action handlers.
    Universal Worklist action handlers enable you to customize how a SAP Business Workflow work item is launched. So you will need to check too with the workflow specialist in your organization, but my guess would be that you would launch it with the Abap webdynpro launcher.  By defining this in SWFVISU, when you press the reregister button on the webflow connector in the Universal Worklist administration, it generates the xml file and puts a definition in the file for launching the task.

  • Remove System Warnings for LSMW recording-Warning wont process data

    Hello,
    We have created a LSMW recording to upload Maintenance Plans. The maintenance plans being uploaded has cross company setting that our company utilizes. But, that corss company setting will provide a system warning when IP42 (Create Maintenance Plan) is run. When we manualy create a maintenance plan ,we can over write the warning by just pressing enter, but the lswm recording cant overwrite the system warning. The exact warning is: Message no. IO233 (Maint Plant 2000 and work center plant 1000 have different company codes).
    Does anyone know how to remove the system warning in "Config" for Plant Maintenance or for this exact issue.
    Thanks.

    Check,Define System message in maintenance and service processing node.

  • Testing workflow in UWL

    Hi,
    I have a workflow in SAP, it works fine in SAP Gui, now the users are going to test the functionality of the same in UWL. The prerequisite config for UWL has been done. The custom methods are in background tasks in the workflow developed and which is going to be tested in UWL. we are using only the user decision task and edit task (although copied and edited). Do we have register these tasks in SWFVISU before they are tested? Please let me know the other prerequisites, like portal roles, mapping user to the exact .portal system etc.
    Thanks,
    S.

    Hi,
    If it is a user decision Task, then the SWFVISU is not required.
    Just you need to Re-register the Tasks in Portal.
    For the other things, Please search in the Portal forum.
    Thanks.

    <ItemTypeCriteria systemId="SAP_EBP" externalType="TS14508044" connector="WebFlowConnector"/>

  • Remove the view detail button from the UWL

    After migrating from Ep 6 to EP 7 and importing the same standard launchhandling config for ESS and MSS in the UWL, a "View detail" button appears in the EP7 UWL for each workitem.
    Does anyone know how to remove or disable this "View detail" button?
    (When an end users clicks this button he can click to go to the SAP gui and to other functionlaity we don't want to offer.)

    The item type config and uwl standard views are allready both configured towards our needs. We have experience in changing this config and tried to change it in order to remove the button. But there is no option for removing the "view detail" button, in this config. At least we didn't find it. Also in the help documentation from SAP about UWL (http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/39/a1bb5c4c0d4ab4a417e87ef35f1efa/frameset.htm) there is nothing to be found on the View Detail button.
    We just don't want our users to see all the details from the workitem.
    When this button is displayed users are also able to go to the SAP gui and this is highly undesired. Users should only approve / reject leave.
    When the iview is displayed in the "normal mode" (not in the webdynpro mode) this button is no where to be found either. But in this mode the workitems cannot be started. It just opens a new portal page and not the ITS workitem.

  • Adding notes to decision task in UWL

    Hi there WUGers,
    We're looking into deploying UWL and I'm running into some "challenges."
    First, we're on  Portal release: SAP NetWeaver 7.0 (2004s) SPS 15, the backend is ECC 6.0 (Release: 700     0015     SAPKB70015)
    What I want to do is to have the "generic decision step" allow me to enter a comment/notes when I select the "reject" option on a given work item, as I've read in numerous forums, WUG emails, etc...
    The "standard" config in UWL for this task is:
        <ItemType name="uwl.task.webflow.TS00008267.EX3" connector="WebFlowConnector" defaultView="DefaultView" defaultAction="launchSAPAction" executionMode="default">
          <ItemTypeCriteria systemId="EX3" externalType="TS00008267" connector="WebFlowConnector"/>
          <Actions>
            <Action name="launchSAPAction" groupAction="" handler="SAPIACLauncher" returnToDetailViewAllowed="yes" launchInNewWindow="yes" launchNewWindowFeatures="resizable=yes,scrollbars=yes,status=yes,toolbar=no,menubar=no,location=no,directories=no">
              <Properties>
                <Property name="newWindowFeatures" value="resizable=yes,scrollbars=yes,status=yes,toolbar=no,menubar=no,location=no,directories=no"/>
                <Property name="openInNewWindow" value="yes"/>
                <Property name="display_order_priority" value="5"/>
                <Property name="IAC" value="BWWF_WI_DECI"/>
              </Properties>
              <Descriptions default=""/>
            </Action>
          </Actions>
        </ItemType>
    When I created a custom XML for it  (I did it verbatim according to the sample in Darren Hague's book and/or as shown in SAPHelp), and when doing so, I don't event get the decision task options to appear.  All I get is "Forward" and "Cancel Assignment" buttons.
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <!DOCTYPE UWLConfiguration PUBLIC '-//SAP//UWL1.0//EN' 'uwl_configuration.dtd'
      >
    <UWLConfiguration version="1.0">
    <ItemTypes>
    <ItemType name="uwl.task.webflow.decision.TS00008267" connector="WebFlowConnector" defaultView="DefaultView">
    <ItemTypeCriteria connector="WebFlowConnector" externalType="TS00008267"/>
    <Actions>
      <Action name="Approve" groupAction="yes" handler="UserDecisionHandler">
       <Properties>
        <Property name="decisionKey" value="1"/>
       </Properties>
      </Action>
      <Action name="Reject" groupAction="yes" handler="UserDecisionHandler">
       <Properties>
        <Property name="decisionKey" value="2"/>
        <Property name="UserDecisionNote" value="mandatory"/>
       </Properties>
      </Action>
    </Actions>
    </ItemType>
    </ItemTypes>
    </UWLConfiguration>
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Yours truly,
    Joe Toledo

    I had the same problem and it was all the XML.  You need to make sure you register after you create your workflow and custom tasks.  I then copied the generated XML ( uwl.webflow.clientname.xml ) to another file and deleted everything but my custom tasks.  You have to do some modifications to show the decision buttons and have the note be mandatory for rejection or whatever your requirement is.
    I posted this earlier at Re: Dobuts in modifying an UWL XML file.  The XML doesn't show for some reason but if you hit reply on my message at the bottom and quote it, you will see it.  This was a simple version with just one task.
    [You can also download the full version with all tasks here|http://www.2shared.com/file/5688314/467ddbb2/final.html]
    Make sure and set the priority to High after uploading.

    The file /etc/modprob.d/sound displays my sound card .
    The sound is working fine . I'm using alsa and kdemod3 .
