Warning: While Running sapgenpse

Hi,
WARNING
sapgenpse WARNING: Environment variable "USER" not defined!
I am getting warning message while running sapgenpse, i am successfully able to execute the sapgenpse utility for generating Key, importing key, but while executing following command for checking wheter SNC connection set correctly or not,
sapgenpse get_my_name -v -n Issuer
I am getting following output.

NO readable SSO-Credentials available (total 1)
Any Idea on this,
Do I have to set USER Environment variable in starting profile,
I check .sapenv.sh .sapenv.chs files, Environment variable USER not define there,
Where i Should define If that is the problem?
