Warranty for ebay purchased items

I purchased my Iphone 5 from ebay and
now i face hardware problem
screen rotation is not working
i try to get support from local service center
But they told the warranty is covered only in USA
So what is the solution?

Whomever sold you the phone bought it in the US. The warranty is not international. You will have to take the phone to the US for service. Ask the person who sold it to you for a refund.
Therr is no solution other solution.

How to Link Sales Order for Non Purchase items to Purchase Order

Hi,
I am using SAP 2007A SP01 PL05.
I am creating a Sales Order for Non Purchase Items where i have 3 companies involved.
1. Owner of the Product
2. Transport Agent
3. Customer
Owner Sells to the Customer non Purchase Items manufactured internally.
Owner buys transports services from the Agent for these non purchase items.
I am creating a Sales Order for the Customer and at the same time i want to create a Purchase Order to the Transport Agent.
How do i Link Sales Order to a Purchase Order for Transport.
The Transport Charges are not to be Charged to the Customer and should not be added to the Sales Order.

Create purchase Item frieght in the purchase tab enter the transporter. include this in the sales order and in the logistic tab of sales order active purchase order check box, you frieght item will have a value of 0. when you create sales order the the system will lead you to create purchase order. there you can enter the price of freight. you can explore options there.
hope this will help you.. by doing this your base ref for PO would be Sales order.

HT1349 5W power adapter, warranty for accessories purchases seperately

I purchased the Apple 5w power adapter from Target in Jan 2013. The device stopped charging my sons Ipod. It is not the outlet, cable or the Ipod as they charge with the power adapter for my Iphone. equally my iphone can not charge with the defective power adapter. How does one go about getting warranty access for the 1 year as this item is defective. Apple store isn't that close and online/support doesn't bring up anything for accessories or when searching by the SN of the item.
I am putting this in the iphone 4s community as there isn't a selection for power adapters or accessories in general.

While the items you buy separately have a 1 year warranty on them, I have found that my local Apple store seems to ignore teh purchase of the separate item, and includes them under the iPhone warranty. When I bought my iPhone, I got just the iPhone, then 3 months later we bought my wife's iPhone. About a month after that, I ordered 3 extra Lightning cables and a couple of the microUSB adapters. I have tried to get the lightning cables replaced under their separate warranty, but the APple Store keeps refusing to consider the cable purchse date and only looks at the purchse date of the iPhone itself. In about 3 weeks, my iPhone will be a year old, but my cables should still have warranty for 4 more months. I highly doubt that the clerks at the store will honour that since the iPhone itself will be over a year old...

Supplier specific packaging unit for a purchase item

Hi,
I am currently looking for a field where we can store the information about how many of a purchased item have to be purchased at a supplier.
Example:
Our item is some chemical foam which is delivered in bottles. This bottles are packed into cartons, and we have to order them in whole cartons.
We setup our item 'chemical foam' with primary UOM of EA (each).
We have 2 supplier for this item with a Blanket Purchase Agreement per supplier with a price per EA.
But: At supplier A we have to order in cartons of 6 bottles (order quantity 6 EA, 12 EA, 18 EA,...) , at supplier B we there are 10 bottles in one carton --> have to order at least 10 bottles (order quantity has to be 10, 20, 30...)
Where can I store this information? It must be somewhere item/supplier-combination specific. Best would be on BPA. But it is important that we see this informatin on the item catalog form when we enter a requisition.
Unfortunately, I cannot find any field for this info.
DFF would also be okay. But the DFF on BPA line is not visible in the Supplier Item Catalog form. And we definitely need the information there, when the user decides for which supplier he will make a requisition.
Hope somebody had this problem sometimes as well and can help me.

Hello,
In PO you can manage "Approve Supplier List" : you can define for each item one or several "approved" suppliers.
You can manage in this table supplier reference, but also the purchasing UoM in the Supplier-Item attributes. From here you can also identify the corresponding blanket order.
You can enforce use of ASL for some items, on the item GUI, tab Purchasing, check "Use Approve Supplier"
If you use PO Open Interface to create/update your blanket order ASL can be automatically created, there's an option on the Request.
To access ASL
Resp PO Administrator
Menu : Supply Base -> Approved Supplier List
Once a ASL is defined you can access to attributes by the button "Attributes"

Is there a way to get receipts for previously purchased items in the Mac App store?

I just switched computers and did not save all of my receipts from my previously purchased items from the Mac app store. I was wondering if there was any way to retrieve receipts that showed how much I paid and when I bought the items.

Open iTunes on the new Mac, sign into your account and view your account information. There is a section for Purchase History where you can view the invoices for everything that you have ever bought from the iTunes stores and the Mac App Store.

Assessable value for VAT purchased item in A/p invoice

i want to raise A/P invoice from PO..The item unit price is :6,72,320 in PO...
But CST 2% value is calculated on Assesable value given By dealer is: 6,36,667
=>CST2%=12733.34
but in a/p invoice screen Assesable value field is not editable for non-excisable items..
how to do..please help me how to enter assesable valve in A/P invoice documet

That is a great question! As far as I know, a purchase made from the Best Buy eBay Store is not eligible for points because Best Buy on eBay is not associated with the My Best Buy™ program. It would almost be like the products that are sold through our online Marketplace, which are also not eligible for points. International Warranty for W520 purchased from the US?

I am intending to purchase the W520 online while in the US. I was wondering if the warranty is valid internationally? It is stated on Lenovo's Shop online that it is only under a 1 year Depot Warranty.

You should buy the 3year Next business day warranty. However, there is a lot of hassle getting this warranty if you purchase it online - took me nearly 3 months of pain to get it registered so I could actually use it.
You will come across a lot of conflicting information on this warranty- the UK lenovo warranty department told me it was UK only, but their website and sales team said it was international. the terms and conditions state its a worldwide warranty, then goes on to
say that the warranty only applies in the country of purchase.
Also, some countries, like Lenovo in Spain, will not honour this warranty - you have to pay with your credit card to raise any warranty request after 1 month of purchase, 3 year warranty or not.
Also, you have to deal with the country you are in, you cant call up the States and get them to organise a fix in say in France. If you dont speak French, you are going to struggle.
The Dell NBD warranty is far far superior.

I Just purchased a NOS ipod 5.5 brand new in factory sealed packaging from an apple dealer. I charged the unit overnight but the battery will not hold a charge. I read the Apple warranty and expect Apple to honor the warranty to the original end user purchaser (me). however I do not want to give up this iPod for a newer model because I love the sound from the Wolfson board. The newer iPods sound horrible and give me headaches. Does Apple still provide batteries for the 5.5 30 gb iPod? Or am I out of luck due to obsolescence? Thanks in advance!

I feel your angst, especially, knowing that Apple has become the most profitable company in the world, by selling us products that breaks down when the warranty run out, and crap service staff, who doesn't know anything about the iPod Classic, except offer to sell us refurbished iPod classic.
You can get the Battery replaced at 3rd Party store for less.
BTW, (most contributors might not agree with me) if you recharged your iPod everyday, it will be dead just 2 months after the warranty expires. My logic, the iPod battery will last for about 400 recharge cycles according to Apple Specs listed below
Charge Cycles
A properly maintained iPod battery is designed to retain up to 80% of its original capacity at 400 full charge and discharge cycles
So if your lifestyle is plugin in to car Audio dock, while driving, and plug in to home stereo while home, then it is 2-3 charge cycles per day.
But then you cant do anything about it, just switch to another media player.

Unable to raise RTV (Return to Vendor) for a purchase item

Hai all,
An item purchased from a supplier and stock delivered to sub-inventory, from that total quantity we want to return few numbers of item to the supplier.
While we try to raise RTV (Return To Vendor) (Navigation: Oracle Inventory Responsibility > Oracle Inventory > Transactions > Receiving > Returns) for
that particular supplier, unable to raise RTV for an item.
In that purchase order we raised 15 items, among these 15 items system allows to raise RTV for 14 items expect 1 item what we want to return to the supplier.
Anyone kindly offer solution to solve this above issue.

Try checking rcv_transactions_interface for any pending / errored record for RTV against the same PO.
you can query from backend or you can use Transaction Status Summary form.
if you find any stuck records, try to identify errors, and reprocess it.

Downloading purchased items

I just downloaded itunes 10.4 the option for downloading purchased items is cool but what about audio books any tips would great
i lost 5 of them ipod crashed.

I'm not sure that audio books can be re-downloaded without re-paying for them. Have you not got a backup of your content ?
