Rolland will be one of the touch judges for this year's final, along with Welsh referee Nigel Owens. Rolland is also the reserve referee.
"It is an enormous honour to get the final and I would like to thank Paddy and the (selection) committee for giving me the opportunity," Joubert said in an IRB statement issued Monday.
"I am now really looking forward to getting out there and enjoying the occasion," added Joubert, only the second South African to take charge of the tournament climax following two-time World Cup final referee Andre Watson.

I didn’t particularly want to watch the World Cup semi-finals this weekend but I’m still suffering a bit from jet lag so I’ve been up and about early in the morning and the TV has been on.
Watching the games was difficult for different reasons. The France v Wales semi-final brought home how poor we were against France last week and what a golden opportunity we had missed.
I thought the first semi-final was a poor quality game and I found myself cheering for Wales, especially after they went down to 14 men early on with the sending-off of Sam Warburton.
A lot has been said and written over the weekend about whether it should have been a yellow card rather than a red. My view is that if you go by the letter of the law Alain Rolland made the right call.
Sam didn’t mean any ill intent, he tackled a bloke who was a lot lighter than him and he hit him with a good tackle.

Sounds like you're just bumping heads with some firmware differences between the two modems. The 7500 has a few bugs that I believe Westell may have ironed out, but Verizon hasn't built into their version of the firmware yet. As far as the difference in stats between the two modems, it's basically a difference in chipsets and how they react to different line conditions. Around here, the 7500s seem to do a pretty good job in maintaining connections even on longer lines, though there are times where a 327w will downright beat them and vice versa.
