  • Table to check status(active or inactive) of objects?

    Hi All,
    what is the table name, which contains the status of objects.
    I want to check all the objects(pgms, tables, classes, FM etc) of server, if they are active or not?
    Thanks
    santosh.

    Hi santosh,
    There is NO ONE Table
    which will get u all the info.
    1. REPOSRC
       For programs, above is the tablename.
       R3STATE is the field for status.
       Note :
       If a program is in ACTIVE state first,
       and then inactive (due to some modifications)
      , then this table will contain TWO entries for it.
       a) A = active
       b) I = inactive
    2. Same Table for FUNCTION MODULES.
       In the case of FM,
       u will have to check the INCLUDE name
       for the corresponding FM.
      eg. ZAM_FG01 = function gruop
          ZAM_F06  = Function Name.
          LZAM_FG01U02 = include name for this FM.
                        (it can be 02, 03, 01 etc.)
    3. For Tables : DD02L
       field name = AS4LOCAL
      (There will more than 1 record, if table is in inactivated state)
    A     Entry was activated or generated in this form
    L     Lock entry (first N version)
    N     Entry was edited, but not activated
    S     Previously active entry, backup copy
    T     Tempory version when editing
    4. *----
      SVRS_GET_OBJECT_STATE
      We can also use the above FM.
      for the field object type, the following is necessary !
      Program : REPS
      table  = TABU

  • Microsoft Outlook 2010 The delegates settings were not saved correctly. Cannot activate Send-on-behalf-of list. You do not have sufficient permission to perform this operation on this object.

    I am trying to assign delegation to a user and I receive the following message.
    The delegates settings were not saved correctly.  Cannot activate Send-on-behalf-of list.  You do not have sufficient permission to perform this operation on this object.
    We are using 2010 for the server and client.  There are only specific mailboxes that this is happening for after being migrated from Lotus Notes.  The user can use their mailfile fine however it is just the delegation that appears corrupted somehow.
    I'm not sure how to fix this.  I have checked the access through the security tab in ad and that looks fine.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    I did some more digging and I solved it.
    This would be the solution:
    In Active Directory Users and Computers
    -Click on VIEW
    -Click on ADVANCE FEATURES  (this is important otherwise you won't see
    the complete list in the next steps)
    -Click on the USERS container
    -Find the problem user's account
    -Right mouse the account and click on PROPERTIES
    -Click on the SECURITY tab
    -In the top box, click on the SELF account
    -In the bottom portion of the screen make sure the READ PERSONAL
    INFORMATION  & WRITE PERSONAL INFORMATION  should both be checked for
    ALLOW
    If you can compare the permissions for 'SELF' with another user you probably should set them accordingly to be safe. I noticed that for the user where setting delegates (SOB) did
    not work, more than those 2 permissions were missing.
    Good luck!

  • DropTarget check against all objects on the stage

    Hey all,
    Not sure the best way to do this.  I have a class we will call DropActivity, here is the code
    package com.activitycontrol
              import com.activitycontrol.DropCheck;
              public class DropActivity
                   // Constants:
                   // Public Properties:
                   // Private Properties:
                   private var _selectedClip:Object;
                        // Initialization:
                        public function DropActivity(/*selectedClip:Object*/)
                        // Public Methods:
                        public function set selectedClip(selectedClip:Object):void
                                  _selectedClip = selectedClip;
                        public function stopDraggingMe():void
                                       var dropCheck:DropCheck = new DropCheck();
                                       //dropCheck.checkAgainst = dropTarget.name; ///***********
                                       if (dropCheck.canBeDropped == true)
                                            _selectedClip.stopDrag();
                        // Protected Methods:
    when the stopDraggingMe() method is called from another object (code shown below) I need to see all the objects on the stage to see what objects on the stage my currently selected movie clip is over and assign it to the dropCheck.checkAgainst method (that will be checked against an array to see if it can in fact be dropped, if so set the canBeDropped value to true and therefor run the .stopDrag() ).  I have read using root is not a good coding practice in AS 3.
    call to the stopDraggingme() mehod.
    private function setDown(event:MouseEvent):void
                             var droppedItem:DropActivity = new DropActivity();
                             droppedItem.selectedClip = this;
                             droppedItem.stopDraggingMe();

    No, I think I can use drop target, I just need to use it from the DropActivity class and not a document class. I just don't know how to use it from a non-document class.
    "and you need to loop through all displayobjects to see which have a positive hitTest with your dropped object, correct?"
    I am trying to say..... ok, what movie clip is currently under the one I have selected,  the drop activity class knows what object I have selcted as it is in the selectedClip variable.  so I need to find out what clip is under it ......... the light just came on!
    answer duh......dropCheck.checkAgainst = _selectedClip.dropTarget.parent.name;
    thanks a bunch kglad you have helped me out once again, you are the man. I might just have to buy you a beer one of these days.

  • Duplicate check for Connection Objects in CRM

    Hi,
    I want to implement a duplicate check for connection objects in CRM. The duplicate check shall use the address of the connection object and perhaps additonal attributes. I have found a duplicate check for business partners using the basis address service and TREX as index pool. However, I couldn't find a similar functionality for connection objects. Does somebody know:
    1) How to implement a duplicate check for connection objects which is based on the address of the connection object?
    2) Is there a way to use the TREX-based duplicate check which is integrated into the basis address service for connection objects?
    Thanks in advance!
    Best regards,
    Frank

    I also have a requirement to check for duplicate address at connection object level and we are using SAP data servies to validate the address. Can anyone share their experience.

  • "changes to the distribution list membership cannot be saved. you do not have sufficient permission to perform this operation on this object"

    Running Exchange 2010/latest updates on Windows 2008 R2 servers.
    When I create a new DL that I want someone to manage, they received the following message when trying to add/remove from the DL:
    "changes to the distribution list membership cannot be saved.  you do not have sufficient permission to perform this operation on this object"
    I have followed everything in "http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2009/11/18/453251.aspx" with no luck
    Any suggestions?

    Piggybacking off of the discussion above, with our deployment of Exchange 2007, we created a set of web-based tools that allowed people to create Exchange Resources including distribution lists.  To allow multiple people to manage the lists for a given
    department, we programmatically created a group, which is populated with one or more users from the "resource department".  We then set the following AD permissions to allow members of the group to manage membership of departmental distribution lists:
    Add-ADPermission -User DepartmentalGroup -AccessRights ReadProperty, WriteProperty -Properties 'Member' -DomainController dc.contoso.com
    Fast forward to Exchange 2010 and the landscape has changed with Exchange 2010's implementation of Role Based Access Control and I'm struggling to come up with a way to programmatically allow a group of users to manage distribution list membership for a
    subset of distribution lists - note that we have approximately 75 departments, with each having its own set of coordinators who should be able to manage distribution lists for their department but not lists created by other departments.  The specific
    error we receive in Outlook when attempting to modify group membership is the same as the title of this thread - "Changes to the distribution list membership cannot be saved.  You do not have sufficient permission to perform this operation on this object".
    I implemented the settings referred to at
    http://sysadmin-talk.org/2010/06/omg-allowing-end-users-to-manage-distribution-group-membership-in-exchange-2010-2/ which details the process of creating a new management role and revoking the role's ability to create new distribution lists and remove distribution
    lists (which we want because we want those actions to be performed using our web tools).
    All that to say that the ultimate problem we have is that the above relies on the "ManagedBy" field of a distribution list (viewable by Get-DistributionList Listname | fl *ManagedBy*) to determine group ownership.  When "ManagedBy" is set to a user,
    the user CAN edit a distribution list's membership from Outlook and OWA.  When "ManagedBy" is set to a group, members of the group are UNABLE to edit the membership of the distribution list via Outlook or Outlook Web Access/ECP.   Furthermore,
    Set-DistributionGroup does not allow you to specify a list of users to assign to the ManagedBy field.  However, if "ManagedBy" was set to a specific user and that user logs in to the Exchange Control Panel and adds additional "owners" of the distribution
    list, which I can then see from EMS - both the original owner and any additional owners added can in turn modify group membership for the list using Outlook or Outlook Web Access/ECP.
    My questions:
    1) Is it "expected" behavior that while I can assign a group to the "ManagedBy" property of distribution list, members of that group are still unable to edit the group membership?  ...or is there a fix for the behavior I'm seeing?
    2) Can multiple values be assigned to the "ManagedBy" property when using Set-DistributionList - ex: Set-DistributionList DLName -ManagedBy:user1,user2
    3) Any other suggestions?
    Thanks,
    -Lance

  • How to perform validity checks just before form data is saved?

    hello all,
    i need to perform some checks on various fields just before data on a standard form is saved, and to eventually rollback the transaction.
    if the checks are succesful i have to perform some db operation in transaction with main data.
    solution ( if existent! )  has to be addin only -> no triggers / no procedures / no sbo_transaction thingies
    scenario:
    involved tables:
    OITM
    USERDEFINEDTABLE1
    USERDEFINEDTABLE2
    involved forms:
    Items - OITM - formtypeex = "150"
    logic:
    an user defined field U_UDFCHECKACTIVE has been added to OITM, a combo box has been added to items form containing values Y and N, bound to OITM.U_UDFCHECKACTIVE.
    when the user saves an item, if OITM.U_UDFCHECKACTIVE == Y we have to perform additional checks on USERDEFINEDTABLE1
    if the check result is true we have to save OITM current data and insert a record in USERDEFINEDTABLE2 containing itmgrp value (  )
    if the check result is false we have to block save operation
    if OITM.U_UDFCHECKACTIVE == N no check is performed and everything works normally
    we started hooking the form data event for oitm / form type 150:
    Application.SBO_Application.FormDataEvent += new SAPbouiCOM._IApplicationEvents_FormDataEventEventHandler(FormDataEventHandler.SBO_Application_FormDataEvent);
    then we filtered the event
    switch (BusinessObjectInfo.FormTypeEx)
                        case "150":
                            if (BusinessObjectInfo.BeforeAction &&
                                (BusinessObjectInfo.EventType == SAPbouiCOM.BoEventTypes.et_FORM_DATA_UPDATE ||
                                    BusinessObjectInfo.EventType == SAPbouiCOM.BoEventTypes.et_FORM_DATA_ADD))
                                BL.Items_BusinessLogic.SBO_Application_FormDataEvent(ref BusinessObjectInfo, out BubbleEvent);
    in our business logic class i don't know how to correctly check the values just before they are saved to db
    for example i tried using oitm.browser :
    if (oitm.Browser.GetByKeys(BusinessObjectInfo.ObjectKey))
                            String value =  oitm.UserFields.Fields.Item("U_UDFCHECKACTIVE ").Value as String;
                             //perform checks
                                  //if ok insert records and bubbleevent = true
                                  //if ko rollback the bubbleevent = false
    //if checks are not to be performed then bubbleevent = true....
    but it's wrong, as it populates oitm object from db, and not from the form. i have old values stored in the object, values tha are to be overwritten with those present on form.
    i tried inspecting the form for data sources but i don't know how to navigate to the right one, i found only system generated objects with SYS_##, with no clue about the related dbfield
    i tried getting the values directly from the form, but in object BusinessObjectInfo i don't have anything that identifies univocally the form i'm editing.
    i mean if i have 2 item forms open, i don't know which one is the one i'm saving.
    i'm expecting to find somewhere a temporary oitm business object containing values that are to be saved, values that i can easily check.
    so i'm asking you how to find those values in order to perform my bl checks
    thank you in advance

    Hi Christian,
    The values that are about to be saved should be in the datasources:
    form.DataSources.DBDataSources.Item("OITM");
    form.DataSources.DBDataSources.Item("ITM1");
    The form variable should be form 150.

  • How to turn off the authorization checks for a object in infoproviders?

    Hi - how can I turn off the authorization check for an object (ex: 0orgunit) in infoproviders?
    I have 0orgunit as an authorization-relevant object and is used in one of the cubes. When reports are run for this cube, this is causing authorization issues. The object is present in other cubes also but I have to remove or turn off the authorization check of this cube alone. How to do this? Please help.
    Thanks,
    Raj.

    Hi Raj,
    Srinivas, is right , however in BI7 the correct transaction is RSECADMIN and not RSADMIN.
    In BW3.5, use RSSM transaction to do thins.
    OR
    Go to transaction RSECAUTH ---> Choose  the authorization object that has been created for org unit(and has been assigned to the user). Go to change mode. Remove the cube from the dimension 0TCAIPROV
    If you are using old authorization concept in 3.5 or in 7.0
    Go to RSSM. In the checks for infoprovider, enter your infoprovider name. Choose change.Here you will see a checkbox to switch off the authorization.
    Hope this helps you,
    Best regards,
    Sunmit.

  • How to check if an object exists and how to discard it?

    Greetings,
    I have a main GUI panel in a JFrame that creates a smaller JFrame with a progress bar and text area whenever a process is initiated. I've set the default close operation to DISPOSE_ON_CLOSE as when I set it to EXIT_ON_CLOSE the main GUI panel closes as well (!). But whenever I'm closing the smaller JFrame and initiate a new thread, then the same operation is perform in parallel 2, 3 ,4 times, etc. It seems that the object of the class ProgressGUI which carries all the components of the small panel is not disposed properly. So my question is how can I check if an object exists and if yes how can I discard it? Or in other words how can I discard the JFrame of the small panel without closing the main GUI panel as well?
    thanks,
    Thomas

    I've set the default close operation to DISPOSE_ON_CLOSE thats right.
    So my question is how can I check if an object exists Whenever you create an object, save its refrence somewhere, then just check
    if(reference==null){
             //object does not exist
    }else {
            //object exists
    and if yes how can I discard it? Ensure that no references of the object to be discarded are remaining with any of the objects and then believe in 'Garbage Collector' to do the job! e.g. if there is only one reference to the frame (in your case) somewhere, you can just make an assignment like:
    reference=null;by doing this, you have made the object a candidate for garbage collection. Rest is done by 'Garbage Collector', not you.
    For cases like yours, it is better to make the small frame just once and whenever required just make the frame visible.
    e.g.
    JFrame smallFrame;
    void showSmallFrame(){
        if(smallFrame==null)smallFrame=new SmallFrame(); //or something like that
        smallFrame.setVisible(true);
    }Thanks!

    Hi,
    Plan versions enable you to carry out various simulations and compare plans in the system in parallel. As a rule, only one plan version depicts your enterprise's current organizational plan.
    Implementation Guide (IMG), under Personnel Management -Global Settings in Personnel Management -Plan Version Maintenance-Maintain Plan Versions and Set Active Plan Version in that table see which plan version is active if you are using 01 as plan version cross check is current and active plan are checked if not please check.
    2. Check the switches PLOGI PLOGI shld be with 01 integration

  • The performance of Distribution of Cost Object Hierarchy Costs.

    Dear SAP Gurus.
    I am checking the function and the performance about Cost Object Hierarchies distribution with Control Through Variance Key.
    The number of production orders assigned to COH is about 100,000 per month.
    All orders will be closed at current month and new 100,000 production order will be assigned to COH at next month.
    My concern is about performance of Distribution of Cost Object Hierarchy Costs
    because a huge number of orders will be accumulatedly assigned to the Cost Object Hierarchies.
    I think that the COH will be distributed with not bad performance.
    (Actually I want that to be OK.)
    What's your opinion about that?
    Sincerely.
    Mahnkwi.

    Hi Mahnkwi,
    Sender-/receiver-relations should definitely be below 1:1000 or even below 1:500. This depends on other factors like general size of the hierarchy and data to be processed as well. This hierarchy needs to be restructured. In case you do this the
    distribution needs to be reversed first.
    Below are some other hints on performance in KKPX
    - Parallel processing should be used.(note [386508|https://css.wdf.sap.corp/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=0000386508])
    - Switch off detail lists since the consume lots of memory.
    - Old orders should be archived.
    Note [77718|https://css.wdf.sap.corp/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=0000077718] also explains tips to avoid the memory error for transaction KKPX or KKPY. As note explains, you should consider
    whether a distribution of the cost elements according to their origin is required; if not, the corresponding indicator should not be set in the costing view of the materials.
    If many error message is issued in the error log, this may have bad effect on the memory of your server. In this case, you should make these error message "not to be displayed" by message control in IMG.

  • Active and inactive portal objects

    Hello!
    I would like to indentify the active and inactive(unused) objects (Rolles, Worksets, Pages, iviews, etc...) in portal. Can any one advice me how to identify them.
    Note:
    Version Inforamtion
    J2EE Engine - 6.40 PatchLevel 104329.313
    Portal - 6.0.17.0.0
    KnowledgeManagementCollaboration - 6.0.17.0.0 (NW04 SPS17)
    Thanks in Advance,
    Immanuel Gollapalli.

    Hi Immanuel,
    a tool that might help you as a super administrator to check object dependencies / delta links and to compare object properties (e.g. for objects where you assume they are multiplied), might be the PCD inspector. Before using it you should be aware of the following comment: T"he change function should only be used with great care and by persons who have expert PCD knowledge. Accidental changes (such as deleting a PCD object) normally cannot be undone and could gravely endanger or permanently damage the portal." So be careful when using this tool. Details can be found in the documentation here: <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/c0/2d8a80b5c12945b48cf29bc203f4b4/frameset.htm">http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/c0/2d8a80b5c12945b48cf29bc203f4b4/frameset.htm</a>
    Something that might be interesting for you as well: In order to check the usage of the pcd objects by end users, Portal Activity Reporting is pretty useful. Find documentation here: <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/58/728ea01cf64fff996b827f2a06f9b1/content.htm">http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/58/728ea01cf64fff996b827f2a06f9b1/content.htm</a>
    Hope this helps to ease your tasks of finding unused or duplicate pcd objects, best regards
