We just bought a new ipod touch, but only iphoto connects to it and i can't set it up with my itunes account. I have 2 other ipods already
I am trying to add another ipod device to my itunes account, but itunes does not pick up the device. I have 2 other ipods that work just fine. Only iphoto picks up the device.
What happens when you try to sync the music and videos to the iPod?
Was all media purchased wit the same Apple ID?
Did the music and videos sync to the old iPod?

I just bought a new ipad 2, but cannot use it as it only shows the itunes logo and a cable. This means it's telling me to connect to itunes. I've done this and performed sync, still no way out. I have been told by friends to "unlock" it. Please how?
Have you already activated the iPad? That is what the screen is telling you to do - connect to the computer with the supplied cable and run iTunes while connected - and iTunes should guide you through the set up process. If you have already set up the iPad and you are still getting thos screen message - restore your iPad. You must be running iTunes 10.5 on your computer as well.

If you can't restore this way, you will need recovery mode.

Just bought a new Airport Extreme BS. After setup my iphone4 won't find the network (not even with manual entries), but my iMac (2009) does. What is wrong?
Well, after another call with Apple support and the engineers, no success. After spending over 20 hours trying to debug this, I give up. Apple was basically fishing for a solution with trial-and-error settings on the iphone. Then they wanted me to plug in software to log my iphone connections to the router, etc, etc., etc., at which point I decided I no longer wanted to participate in their testing process and will simply return the router.
25 hours of my life I'll never get back.
Big bummer, and frustrating for all the obvious reasons. -

Not possible.
If all music was purchased from the iTunes store, you can manually download each song one by one with your iPhone without having to pay for it again.

You can also enable automatic downloads with your iTunes account on each device for future purchases.
Settings > Store. Under Automatic Downloads, select Music and Books and Apps if you want on each device. With this selected on each device, after purchasing/downloading a song on one device it will be downloaded on the other device automatically. -

I'm trying to manually sync all my music to my iPod touch, but whenever I click the sync button it counts to 5 then stops. Is this because I have to check all 3055 songs individually? If so then I'm quitting with apple as a whole....
Sync and manually manage are two entirely different things. You either sync or manually manage.
Manually manage is drag and drop.
Sync is when you select what you want and then sync. -

Windows XP can't import video files larger than 500 MB using Camera and Scanner Wizard. You can transfer these files from your device by selecting them in My Computer and dragging or copying the files to your computer's hard drive. -

iLife11 is SnowLeo 10.6.x (and therfore Intel only). Version 09 would be the last ppc 10.5.x compatible.
I for sure remember to have loaded the full ilife 06 suite on Leopard back then , it ran fine.
So you could look for any version from ilife 06 to ilife 09 to be on a safe side, they work all on Intel and PPC and also all on 10.5.x .
Of course the newer the version, the more features ( but the more power is needed ).

I have a PC with Windows Vista Home Premium 2007, entering into iTunes Store on the main screen I get only AppStore, Podcast and iTunes U. In my screen I get only ipad2 Podcast, iTunes U Downloads. My problem is I can not access any application to download music, videos, books, etc..
ITunes will be installed wrong or what should I do to activate these options?Go to the front page of the Store, and click Change Country. Make sure it is set to the country where you actually are.
Then you will be able to see everything that is for sale in your country, which, depending where you live, might or might not include music. -
